Wir waren hier 1 Woche in der Nebensaison, dementsprechend war es sehr entspannt in Allen Bereichen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade und hat im eingezäunten Hof einen Privatparkplatz. Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Die Schlüsselübergabe war pünktlich und problemlos. Bei Fragen kam die Antwort immer sehr schnell. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und flexibel bei Anfragen. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen.

Bei der Ausstattung wäre aus unserer Sicht ein Staubsauger angebracht und ein paar Putzmittel für die Grundreinigung. Das Kochgeschirr sollte teilweise ausgetauscht werden.

flat is really nice with everything one could possibly need (no condiments in kitchen and no detergent for washing machine or dishwasher). the beach is literally a few meters away and the views from the flat are amazing - and the natural reserve is also very close. the town has shops (food shopping) and restaurants and the train station (to Cadiz or Jerez) isn’t far away (ca. 20 min walking). the host is super nice and friendly.

There was no breakfast it was an apartment on the 6th floor, we had difficulty finding the apartment as the address could not be accurately found on 3 motorcycle sat navs, this needs to be reviewed. The apartment was excellent but more suitable for a couple with children rather than single males which was our group make up. Whilst there wasn't breakfast available there was a very good bar serving food at ground level immediately outside the main building and a small shop with a good range of food and other domestic items

Twin beds in the main bedroom would have been more appropriate for our group of single males. The secure car park area could be accessed by any non residents through a small gate at the side of the block which was not locked. Whilst at the apartment I had my motorcycle helmet (£400.00) stolen from the car park which was not noticed until the 3rd day of our stay.

The location was superb. View to die for, plenty of cafes etc around. Very clean. Lift made things easy.

No wifi. (I didn't notice this on the site). Host didn't speak English or French. Host should have been there at the agreed time but wasn't. The kitchen was tiny and very little space to prepare food and no draining board

We had a great two week stay in the apartment. In many years of travels it's lovely when a property exceeds expectations. Very spacious, a wonderful view, very well equipped and in a great location. We love Valdelagrana and El Puerto but staying here with easy access to the beach, the Los Torunos park and regular buses directly to the old town was as good as it gets for us. Would definitely consider booking again.

Very little to criticise, the only feedback we'd give would be maybe offer an extra set of keys as it's a bit awkward if you separate, eg in our case one cycling and one swimming. And why not point out the Cabisur wi fi signal that's available - it works ok for browsing and is a cheap alternative to using your 4g data allowance. No complaints as such at all.

All aspects of the property are amazing! Location, view, and amenities were absolutely perfect! On site parking is available. The rental managers are hospitable and respond immediately. The apartment has everything you need to have a great vacation. The apartment is also located next to restaurants and grocery stores so no need to drive anywhere. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The only bummer was....No WIFI but we didn’t really need it because we spent most of our time on the beach.
