The staff were so helpful and informative.

El personal son gente tan linda y cálida siempre me hicieron sentir en casa. Es un lugar muy muy tranquilo y cómodo.

Excellent location as a 10 minute walk from the centre of Monaco at a fraction of Monaco hotel prices. Secure underground parking on the same street (24 euros for 24 hours, we stayed an additional 15 hours over the 24 and it came to approx 50 euros). Helpful staff and very comfortable beds. We only booked for one night but found it’s location to be perfect so we stayed an extra day.

Breakfast was limited and no hot food option. Our twin bed room was adequate but not large and the bathroom the same, we were fine with the shower but a larger framed person may struggle. The hotel is on a busy side road with a pizzeria and bar opposite which was lively but we were so tired having walked around Monaco we fell asleep straight away.

Issues to get double room even though they had confirmed it through Booking.com. One towel in the room was completely dirty and unfortunately I realised that after having used it. The owner really unfriendly and impolite: the night porter told us breakfast until 11am at weekends, the owner in the morning complained that we were late as breakfast is served until 10:30am… no comment. Then she complained because at 11.30am we had not checked out yet and deadline was 11am (same as breakfast)… which I can understand but if you are nice and polite everything can be explained, instead she was rude and came out like “these are the rules, if you want you can buy the hotel”… I recommend her to keep her own hotel just for herself so she can play by all the rules she wishes to !!

Old rooms, all night noise from streets. Poor breakfast, no hot dishes and eggs
