Lovely, lovely stay. Everything about our time there was top-shelf, beginning with our host, Deb, who was warm, responsive and inviting. She has gone to great lengths to create a quiet, comfortable sanctuary with impeccable design that instantly felt like home. The place was spotless, and everything in the unit, from the shades to the sheets to the appliances, was high end, earning six stars on a 5-star scale.

Deb is the most gracious host. We didn’t want for anything. The star of the weekend was the secluded and quiet back yard garden that we shared with hummingbirds and squirrels. Also, her suggestion of a local fish restaurant was excellent and within walking distance.

We came for a long girls weekend and the property was in a great neighborhood where we felt safe and is so close to everything! The place was AMAZING, with everything you could need or want. Basic + top grade extras were stocked in the kitchen and the bathroom down to the bath salts for the huge whirlpool tub, which my friend loved soo much! We really loved the walk-in closet, nothing makes women happier than a walk-in closet with so much space to move around! The whole place was just so amazing. We asked for recommendations and Deb had all kinds of list for us, that were so helpful. Deb was just amazing with everything we asked about or for she was on it right then and there for us. At night we sat on the deck in the beautiful private back yard and just talked, laughed and ate with the sun going down and a light breeze, it couldn’t have been any better than that. Better than a 5 star hotel! We will be back!

We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed our stay in west LA. Our location was close to the beach, Marina Del Rey, and to Hollywood attractions. The place was awesome and the host was excellent in every way. We will be back !

The property was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed the spa-style hot tub. The frig was stocked with eggs, OJ, butter, yogurt. And also fruits and snacks were provided. Plus there was a reverse osmosis water filter in the kitchen, which was a nice bonus. Deb was super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were visiting our daughter and new grand baby who live near Deb’s place. Her in-home apartment could not have been more perfect. We had complete privacy in a lovely, luxury quality studio apartment in a charming, safe neighborhood. We had the use of a beautiful back yard completely to ourselves and we entertained our daughter and family both inside our cozy apartment and outdoors. The just installed full kitchen was beautifully designed with top quality appliances and marble countertops. We are cooks and it was a joy to cook in. Every possible kitchen need was supplied. Top quality washer and dryer in the huge walk in closet. The bathroom was luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The lighting was so well thought out. Deb was a delight. So thoughtful and responsive. I asked if she could put a comfortable chair in the very large walk-in closet so my husband, a very early riser, could have his coffee without waking me up! Deb not only put a comfortable chair in there but also a little side table, an ottoman and some chocolates! He was completely comfortable!! We were greeted with an overflowing basket of yummy snacks and fresh fruit, a bottle of wine and chilled bottled waters plus lovely breakfast options of the highest quality. Overall, we felt pampered and happy and will definitely be coming back often. Cannot think of a more pleasant place to stay!

My husband and I were so impressed with this property. It was absolutely perfect!!! Besides how beautiful it was (pictures are very accurate), the location, size, amenities were all great. Literally everything you could need was provided. There's a private entrance and fenced in yard which was so convenient as we were traveling with our small dog. The owner also has a small dog and was happy to let them play together which we absolutely loved. The owner is so kind, and has excellent communication and response time. Highly recommend this property!!! You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be recommending to our family and friends!

Deb is an amazing host and the property is beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and more. Great location near the beach with restaurants within easy walking distance too. It’s definitely a premium property and premium experience. We hope to come back soon.

We had a great time staying here. Deb was super inviting and had lots of welcoming treats. It is a great location on a quiet street with easy access to stores, restaurants, etc.. It was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Will be coming back when in LA again!

Deb’s place was exactly what my daughter and I needed and is just as it is pictured on the VRBO website. A restful stay in a place with everything we could ask for. The location was perfect for what we were looking for, great restaurants and shopping and proximity to the beach. Every detail from amenities, to comfort and convenience was thought of. I have never stayed at an place that with as many amenities as Deb’s place. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom a place of zen with the elegant bathtub and three shower head options. The kitchen is compact and with all state of the art appliances and supplies. I could go on about the place itself but the best part of the stay was the most gracious host, Deb and her sweet dog Elliot. It was as if we were staying at a friends place for a couple of days. Thank you, Deb!

The property is as advertised and Deb is extremely helpful and generous. All the other reviews are a good representation of how well you will be treated. There were more amenities here than I believe I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO before. The fridge had half and half, eggs, orange juice, yogurt, waters and there were three kinds of coffee makers with the various types of coffee to utilize them. There was a basket of snacks with chips, popcorn, etc. the bathroom is heaven! You will hear footsteps and sound from the main house, as you are essentially using the guest casita that has its own private entry. Deb is very respectful of your privacy, so for us it was a non-issue. Great location and quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

Everything about my stay was perfection! Deb has put together a tranquil, relaxing and beautifully appointed retreat. From the super comfortable bed with the softest sheets to the luxurious soaking tub, and every amenity you can think of. Deb was a fabulous host and I look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days, and had a great stay! Deb was a fantastic host, and she really went above and beyond with amenities and local suggestions for us. The only downside we saw was that this is connected to the main house, so we could sometimes here footsteps from the room above us, but it wasn't an issue for us. Other than that, we have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

The suite is amazing as is the backyard. A long soak in the giant tub and a magical night by the outdoor fire is what you need to relax. Delightful property in a great location

Location was convenient to everything we needed. Very clean and interior finishes were impeccable. Bathroom was the highlight with the jacuzzi slipper tub. I need one of those. Backyard provided a great place to relax with seating and fire pit. Would definitely go back here

We were thrilled with the accommodations. Everything we expected: clean, neat, fresh, and more. Our host, Deb, has the gift of hospitality, friendly, inviting, caring, and seeing that our needs were met. Deb took the time to go through the quarters and explained how all equipment and controls operated. It was a wonderful experience and plan on returning. Our dog shared the backyard with Ollie and they enjoyed playing together.

Deb is an exceptional host for this beautiful property. This well hidden getaway offers a bit of luxury for a weekend getaway but makes you want to stay much longer. Feels like a home away from home and convenient to the beach and many area attractions and locally favorite restaurants (there are many). We will definitely book again when staying in the area. ❣️

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this architectural gem has a very private first floor studio that is a visual delight! The bathroom is a spa retreat. The space opens up to a deck and yard that is a great respite from the bustle of LA. The owner is eager to make sure you have everything needed.

We were blown away by how beautiful Deb’s home is. We were greeted by Deb once we arrived, it was such a nice and warm welcome. She showed us around the space and made sure we had everything we needed. The backyard was nice and spacious, perfect for our puppy we brought with us. Our host was very responsive to questions/needs and very respectful of our privacy. Delightful stay!

Deb is a wonderful host! She has everything in place with extra added amenities that you would never think of. You can tell that she puts her heart and soul into everything. A truly beautiful person and her dog Oliver you fall in love with. Never felt more relaxed and comfortable. The flat is beautiful new addition with all the modern goodies. Deb, our host, was there for anything we needed. The beautiful room was stacked with goodies and above and beyond extras such as filtered hot and cold water machine, coffee maker, and so much more. The bathroom was gorgeous and had a deep tub with jets and salts were provided to soak in. We loved that since we had come for a pickleball tournament and were tired and sore. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. I would recommend her highly.

Well maintained with a spacious bedroom, cooking facilities and bathroom with choice of showers and a jacuzzi tub. Outside deck for reading with table for dining and access to a quiet backyard. Deb (property owner) is a caring person who can provide suggestions as to nearby shopping and dining and otherwise help you enjoy your visit in this quiet residential neighborhood. My toddler granddaughter enjoyed playing in the backyard.
