Pretty neighborhood, close to the beach

Several items in need of repair, loose steps on stairs, overhead microwave feels like it’s about to fall off, overhead cabinet, hanging on one hinge, several other small things. Those who stay at this Beachhouse only have access to one small portion of the beach, which is extremely crowded, we’re talking umbrella to umbrella while on the beach. 

the location was great and the house was very clean and comfortable!

the only thing we noticed in need of updates was the paint and some of the beach equipment. otherwise everything was great!

The home was beautiful and cozy, a great location, owner contacted us 1st day to see if we needed anything, def coming back, you will not be disappointed if you choose this location

Property was very good. Lots of room and very comfortable.

Very few items provided in the kitchen for cleaning.

Very clean. Updated decor with great location to walk to Rosemary Beach businesses. Tram service was great to private beach area.

Really just three things. Overall a great place to stay, however I directly questioned the owner about the ocean view and she said she would send me a picture from the balcony, but I never received it. There was NOT an ocean view except for a tiny sliver off in the distance between the trees if you squinted. Had I known this, I probably would have rented a different place. Also, the bicycles there for use were not rideable due to the chains being rusted (except for one of them). The kitchen was nice but the icemaker wasn’t working and there were no trash bags or small things like wine bottle stoppers. All in all really a great place to stay except for these few things.

the bedroom at the top had no bathroom anywhere close, had to step down 2 flights of stairs
