Dieses charmante Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer und ist ein Haus im Ranch-Stil, das viel Platz bietet und sich gleichzeitig gemütlich fühlt. Beim Betreten des Hauses werden Sie den offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich bemerken. Am Esstisch gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten für die ganze Familie, um gemeinsam die Mahlzeiten zu genießen. Das erste Schlafzimmer auf dem Flur verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Etagenbetten sowie ein eigenes Bad. Wenn Sie weiter den Flur entlang gehen, sehen Sie das zweite Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite, das die Master Suite ist. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad! Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch einen eigenen Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda. Es gibt ein gemeinsames Bad auf dem Flur und dann das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und Zugang zur Veranda.

The house was just fine except that the listing said there were two king beds but there was only one. That the house had two king beds was the main driver of our choice/. When we arrived we found there was one king and two queens which did not meet our expectations or our needs. Also, the television in the living room did not work. A person tried to troubleshoot over the phone which didn’t work, and another person came out the next day but couldn’t get it to work. We never heard further. The house otherwise was fine but again the beds were not as expected.

Our week in the panhandle during the first week of May was beautiful
It was still kind of quiet and most of the owners were there getting their places ready for summer. They were all kind and friendly.

Loved the house perfect for our needs. Only had a couple good beach days so it was great having the pool with privacy fence. Beach was super close by and we were very happy with the location and checkin super easy quick responses and great friendly communication. Definitely would stay again and recommend. A+

Our girls trip was a success! The location was perfect for walking to seaside, watercolor and surrounding areas. The seaside run was our goal and “Lucky Enough “ was our wonderful retreat.

We stayed for the first time in April and we will be back! Quiet little neighborhood. A short walk to everything we needed. House was spacious and clean.

Lucky Enough provided a comfortable and convenient stay for us. The pool was perfect, the screened porch was my favorite place for late light chill out time and the kitchen was well appointed. The only negative was all of the road construction but no one has control over that. We will return on our next trip to the seaside area.

We love this area close to the beach and walking distance to Seaside. Just Enough is a wonderful place to stay. All the bathrooms have been updated and are so nice. We love getting the chance to stay here.

Upon checking with the property manager an hour prior to arrival that the property was ready and receiving confirmation that it was, we arrived to discover socks on the couch, half eaten doughnuts on the kitchen counter, beds unmade, etc. Clearly, the location was not ready for us. After reaching maintenance, we were assured that our property would be cleaned within an hour, and we would be refunded one night's stay which we felt was fair. I have left two voicemail messages and called three times to ask about the refund. No one has returned my call. I say this is unfortunate because we liked the property and talked about visiting it again next year; however, it is too much to risk that this may happen again and there are many other properties ready to accomodate us.

This is a cute little bungalow and I will say the location is great and it’s not bad however there are a few things that need improvement. If you cook a lot, the frying pans are all bent up… if u want to grill, forget about it. The grill is old and crusty, so dirty and probably unusable which was disappointing since we wanted to grill and hang by the pool after a long day at the beach. That was unable to happen because the pool filter was broken half the week we were there and they never replaced the pool light for us to do any night swimming. They kept giving us the excuse of the hurricane being here and why they couldn’t send someone out, however the gulf never got hit and it was a gorgeous week the whole week. Not one drop of rain.
The living room is extremely OLD and not cozy at all. Cushions basically fall of couch when sitting. The master shower drain is gross and unattached so just a hole and the caulk and grout is old and gross. Basically this place could be amazing… but it’s very outdated and fix the non working issues. We still made the most of our trip and love the area so we will always be back… maybe not to this exact place unless items fixed. Hopefully this place the love it deserves.

The location is very convenient to the beach and attractions at Seaside, yet the "wooded" feel of the area gave respite from the busyness and crowds of the beach side. The only drawback to our time at the property was from the impacts of construction activity along the street. Otherwise, great location, great amenities, and a great place for family time.

The issue with the bathrooms was that there was no storage for your toiletries, towels, etc., which was not a deal breaker but did stink. We had a great stay! It was the perfect location and everything was so clean. It was the perfect size for 8 of us. The bunk beds weren’t the comfiest but they were fine for 3 nights! We had a great time!

This property is just a few blocks from the main square in Seaside and we loved it. Another selling point is It was only two blocks from the beach which was perfect for my small kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends and family.

An Easy Stay
My family enjoyed staying at Lucky Enough. The house was clean, well appointed, and the linens were fresh. The location was fantastic and once I parked we didn't drive again. Seaside is just a quick walk down the back road and the provided bicycle made it easy to explore. I would recommend this home to friends and hope that I have occasion to stay here again when the weather is warmer and We can take advantage of the pool.

Loved the location!
Beach access was 1 1/2 blocks so really close to the house. Beach was not over crowded, we had plenty of room to set up our stuff, spread out and have front row access to the ocean. Seaside shops and food trucks were a 4-5 block walk. Kitchen was well stocked. Cute house! I would suggest more comfortable mattresses and chairs in living room. Otherwise, the house is great!

For the amount of money we spent we expected this house to be top notch.
Outdated locks, sand in beds, sand on floors, flooring warped and worn, flooring traditions into each bathroom EXTREMELY dangerous, blinds broken and eaten up by an animal, holes in furniture, mold in shower, paint peeling from walls, broken handles on facet, propane tank empty ( took 5 days to get a replacement) and air conditioning broke. This house needs to be bulldozed and condemned.
Will not be staying here again.

Beautiful home, convenient location!
This was our first time visiting Seaside/Santa Rosa Beach! The home is within easy walking distance to the square in Seaside and very close to a public beach access. In the home the beds were super comfy, plenty of seating for everyone, and we spent most of our time on the amazing screened porch on the back!
There is construction going on right behind the home but I never felt like that had an impact on our stay. This home is nestled behind trees and pretty quiet!

Lucky Enough was wonderful! Super short walk to the beach and easy access to Seaside town. Six of us - 3 kids and 3 adults were very comfortable here. Would come back again for sure!

The only two improvements I would suggest is new mattresses. They were truly awful by all accounts. I’m generally not picky about these things. And a little clean-up of the pool area. The pool was full of leaves which wasn’t surprising because the whole backyard was full of leaves, sticks, etc. it needs a little attention.
Overall, a really great house! We would stay again and again aside from the beds :)

Great property
We had a great time & the property fit our group of 6 perfectly. Adults, teens, & kids all had own rooms. Screened patio & front porch were nice too. Walked or bikes everywhere. Beach was very close too. Pool was cold...but expected for the 1st week of April!
