The house was ideal for our family holiday weekend away. Plenty of space for the adults and kids and all of the amenities you could ask for. The house was clean an well kept. The views of the ocean and the Pt. Judith Lighthouse was amazing., and you can't beat waking up to the sound of the ocean. Communication with the property manager was excellent and all of the needed information was provided though email and printed copy at the house.

The views are incredible! We celebrated with our life-long friends, two 60th, one 59th birthday at this fabulous house. The layout is a little choppy but it actually worked well for us. The kitchen on floor 1, living room up on 2 and bedrooms on 3 levels gave everyone privacy and the card games later in the night could move around depending on who was trying to sleep. We walked to the lighthouse and did beachwalks at Roger Wheeler, Scarborough and Narragansett beaches. We used the fire pit one evening... nice to hang out and listen to the waves but the pit isn't properly ventilated and we had trouble keeping it going. We had a catered dinner by West Bay Gourmet, cake by Sweet Althea so we could spend as much time at the house. We'd recommend both! The house was nice and clean and well stocked with basics and Gregg replied quickly to all communications.

Had the best time staying at Gregg’s home. The house is huge and in a great location with breathtaking views. Perfect for a getaway with a big group of friends.

Better than advertised. Working with Greg was fantastic, the house was spotless and perfectly maintained, and you can't beat the location and THAT VIEW!!! Highly recommend.

This property had amazing views from almost everywhere. It had everything you needed (kitchen,beach…). Gregg responds immediately and takes care of anything you need. The 5th bedroom is very small and a few rooms could use closets but overall this is a great house In a great location with stunning views!!

Everything was wonderful!!! Greg, my contact person was great and very helpful. Only suggestion was new larger clothes washer and dryer. The existing small dryer one did not work well. I would love to rent again.

The home is lovely and the view from the upstairs deck and bedrooms is spectacular. The sound the ocean surrounds you! Location is amazing and able to walk to beach and restaurants. Great house to spend time with family and friends. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had 11 family members stay in the house. Great location within walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream. Ocean views from several rooms and plenty of space for the entire family. The house was very clean and stocked with all kitchen and beach essentials. Would absolutely stay again!

The house was big and had plenty of sleeping room for our group of 14! The owner was easy to reach when needed and they provided plenty of extras like linens, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.

The location of the property is amazing, especially the views of the water from so many rooms in the house. We especially loved the 2nd floor deck that is partially covered, so that you can spend time out there both day and night. The view from the 3rd floor bedroom is absolutely breathtaking. The owner was extremely responsive to any requests we had and the property is very well equipped with everything you need for the beach (even chairs) which was definitely an added benefit.

There was a great supply of beach gear and Scarborough beach is a short half mile walk up the road. We did get a beach pass for a couple of days to get everyone and everything over there. The directions and information about the house was very thorough. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and ice cream :) Bikes are fun to have there. If you are going to rent them, do it in advance. The block island ferry is a 5 minute drive or easy bike for a fun day trip. The outdoor shower is nice. I would recommend for the owner to put in a clothes line for beach towels in the backyard. The house was well cleaned but I put 4 stars because it seemed really damp. It is a beach house of course so maybe I should have put 5. Last thing, this is a great place for surfers. There were some really great waves when we were there and it was great to watch.

Spectacular house with amazing ocean views. The sound of the ocean waves at night and the birds in the morning was lovely and relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host, Gregg, is extremely responsive and very friendly to any need or question. Cleaning prior to our arrival was immaculate including of course clean linens and towels. Each room has its own temperature control of the HVAC which is super convenient and comfortable. Having the clothes washer/dryer available in the house really is helpful. During low tide we took some casual walks down from the house onto the rocks along the shoreline to look for small rocks and shells as souvenirs. Three different beaches, all very nice, are close by with easy access. The Ferry going over to Block Island is only five minutes from the property. Block Island (including the Ferry ride) makes for a great day trip. There is a great selection of restaurants ranging from casual dining to elegant ambience. This was a great house and location for a vacation and we will definitely be returning !!!
