Very close proximity to Center Street and the beach. Good size and layout for our group of 6. Nice balcony and seating outside. Doors with lock codes made it easy for our group to cone and go without sharing keys.

The unit itself is a little worn for the wear, as far as the flooring and showers. Loose tile in bathrooms, mildew around shower units. A little pricey for the week in that condition.

The location was the best thing about this condo

The problem was the ac went out Sunday and it took till Wednesday to fix. It and it still never got cool also the condo needed upgrades everywhere and had no water pressure at all you could barely get wet in the shower

The entire five days we had no air conditioning they kept lying and said they would send someone to repair. We were told Monday night when we arrived that we they got a request to fix the air conditioner yesterday and I said that’s funny because we just arrived last night ,they kept lying about sending someone ( no show WHILE WE WAITED!) It was 79 degrees to 80 the whole time, We had a special needs child that wasn’t easy to deal with due to extreme heat from broken air conditioner and my daughter had to go to a emergency care doctor for heat stroke. We were put in the incorrect unit and overcharge to $278 because of that

The property was close to the ocean.

The condo was filthy. There was not an iron in the place. The sweeper did not work. We requested cleaning supplies to scrub floors, they were not delivered. The door leading to the deck did not lock. Air conditioning was sub par. Trash can was broken. Living area was over crowed. The couch and love seat were worn out. Beds were not comfortable.
