温泉の使用時間が長く快適に使用できた。 朝食もバランスよく美味しかった。

温泉でフェイスタオルを使用してしまい部屋で使用する分が欲しかった。

It was easy for taxi drivers to find and the rooms were very comfortable.

It was a little challenging to order food and drink - essentially it’s like a vending machine and you take the ticket to the chef to cook up. If I didn’t have GoogleTranslate, we wouldn’t have been able to order anything.

建物は新しく清潔であった。食事も夕飯、朝食と利用させて頂いたが満足。浴場も空いており堪能。緑茶、麦茶の用意などちょっとした気遣いも良かった。

Wi-Fiが欲しかった。テレビもＢＳが見れれば尚良しと思った。

Good size rooms. The hotel is quite new so it was comfortable. Easy access to the motorway, two convenience stores around the hotel, and one with a small food court. Good restaurant downstairs, and good food for a good price at around 1000 yen per meal. You need cash to purchase a meal in the vending machine next to the entrance. We had a room with a Mt Fujii view however we didn't get to see it as it was overcast weather.

Breakfast was amazing. Bathroom was super clean. Body was scent was amazing

Aircone too loud

The room view is fuji, few miles away from gotemba outlet. Nice public bath and breakfast
