Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and in a great location. Our communication with the owner was enjoyable. She is very nice and responded quickly. The pool, spa and game room were awesome and the views are very nice. This place is highly recommended.

The location of the house and layout was perfect for our group. Pool is nice and shaded and plenty and bedrooms and bathrooms for all of the adults. Love that the bunk room was on the top floor too. Only complaint is there is no staircase inside the house to get to the pool and garage level and not one off the patio either. Have to go out the front door and through the front yard to get to anything.

We stay in the Kingsland area multiple times a year, and this was definitely our favorite house/location so far. Pool/hot tub/outside area was amazing. We spent most of our time outside or in the game room. Texted a few times with questions/concerns & received immediate responses. Convenient boat slip was a huge plus. We will stay here again!

Boat lift right next to property, awesome view, elevator for in-laws was key, great instructions, pool and game room were clutch—great way to rest between boat sports…. This place is great, we’ll be staying there again…

Amazing House
This house was amazing and perfect for our family reunion. The house was clean, well stocked with the basic kitchen essentials and the bathrooms included items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location of this house was perfect. Being right on the lake and having a boat slip made it even better. Crystal was amazing to work with as well! I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to having an amazing time!! One tip- use the HEB in Marble Falls as the one in Kingsland is quite small and a little run down. 😀

We returned to the FUNHOUSE for the second year in a row to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family. The house is amazing for families and Crystal is a delight to work with. We will likely make a visit to the FUNHOUSE an annual event given the wonderful experience we had.

The house has a great location to all things.
Wonderful amenities, Hot Tub. Outdoor set up is amazing. Game room as well as swim up pool. Literally was sad to leave. Lots of space in the house. The Owner was super helpful once we were in the house. We hope to rent it out again for an annual get together :)

Great view, new house, great access to boat slip/ramp. We had 2 families in our group and its hard to imagine a better lake house setup for our crew. Gated neighborhood, great pool, sonos speakers, boat slip, patios with view, comfortable furnishings. We will consider this property when we return to the lake.

Great house for 4 families. Fun pool, hot tub and game room area. Bunks for kids with their own bath was a plus. Very convenient boat ramp and slip with a lift. Great amenities for endless fun. We would definitely rent this property again!

This contemporary house had the cool factor for our children and the elevator we needed for my mom. The game room was a big hit and the pool and hot tub were fun for football watching and hanging out. A great house for a group getaway!

Great birthday weekend
We really enjoyed our time at the Funhouse! Crystal was very responsive if we had any questions. The house was beautiful, comfortable and fit all of our needs. Pretty much everyone that came to stay with us either wanted to come back, or rent it on their own for family. I will definitely consider coming back!

This house was awesome. Cool design inside and out. Great location on the lake, and nothing beats coming in and then hitting the pool. No complaints and the owner was super responsive to all calls and questions. We will be back!

Great Lake House Experience
Extremely clean property with loads of amenities to enjoy. 13 of us, family and friends had an amazing 5 days. We rented a pontoon boat for daytime on the lake and the evenings in the house were filled with non stop fun. Great decision staying here!
