The location was perfect, and the unit, upon arrival, looked very clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The kitchen was stocked with some basic necessities. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked well. Suggestions: The kitchen could use some baking sheets, a new can opener, a spatula, a paring knife, and pot holders. Add a TV for at least 1 bedroom. Parking is not easy. The parking area is hard to get in and out of if you are not the first one to park. (which is explained in the check-in process.) You can park in the street. Upon checking out and doing a final walk-through, including gathering towels and cleaning, I found something in one of the kitchen drawers by the sink. I took a picture and sent it to the text host phone number, but I did not receive a response.

Owner has excellent communication skills and provides detailed instructions on getting there and parking. Unit was clean and in a great location. He provided a plethora of information with a sense of humor in the binder left in the unit for places to eat and visit. It is a nice touch and very much appreciated. We have no complaints about him or the apartment. The upstairs neighbors, not sure if they are long term tenants or short term renters, were very loud during our stay to include slamming doors and arguing. This is no fault of the owner and can happen wherever you stay. We would stay here again due to the overall positive experience.

It was a perfect property for my daughter, Dad and I to stay at while we were in town for a cheer competition. It was comfortable, easy to access, great communication with owner and a great location to the convention center where she was competing! If we end up back in OKC for a comp we would stay there again.

The property is spacious & the neighborhood was quiet and within a short drive of pretty much everything we were doing.

Good house, close to the job

This stay was easy to get to with a great private parking area. Although quite basic, the beds were comfortable and it has nice kitchen/living/dining area for staying with family. It’s conveniently located on the ground level of the complex for easy entry with luggage. However, residents on the upper floor did make it a bit noisy. All in all, we would stay here again.

It was clean and in a great area. I was able to hang out with my girlfriends and feel safe. Thank you.
