The property is amazing.The staff is so welcoming.On arrival we were told that the hotel is over booked and they can not give us the room we booked 5 triple room instead they will up grade us to suite,2 bedroom family room and double bedroom.along with that free laundry and free Alcarte dinner which we didn’t use.So much to eat all the time.the hotel staff make sure to serve you in best way how ever they had problem understanding English.We were family of 15 ppl and the kids loved the water park and activities in the resort.Gozleme at the beach cafe was amazing.Cherry on top when we went to check out Mr Ibrahim and miss selene told us that they will give us first night free and will only charge for 2 nights out of three.loved every bit of it

The staff are extremely hard working and still always smiling nothing ever is too much trouble. Titi and his team and great and really know how to entertain and keeping guests and especially kids busy. Amazing food and drink lovely rooms.

I liked the ambience, variety of things to do and the hospitality.

Staff needs to be more courteous and approachable, same level of customer service should be accorded to everyone regardless of race.

Everything was nice, a paradise for kids, as per the pictures. Even with the hotel full it does not feel crowded.

Hotel facilities were great. Meals spread was wonderful with a lot of options. Staff were constantly working hard to keep the premises spotless.

Once in the hotel, our stay was very comfortable… however our checkin was far from comfortable. On arriving at the hotel after an almost 12 hour journey, we were told by the guest relations that they didn’t have a room for us as they were overbooked. They offloaded us to another hotel based 30 min away, absolutely filthy and nothing compared to what Maxeria had. This experience left a very bitter taste especially when we met a few more families who had to face the same issue for the 1st few days of our stay. They didn’t have to wait until we got to the hotel from the airport… instead could’ve informed us in advance and handled it in a better way than to give us the shock of our lives!! However, after 3 days once we got a proper room, everything was comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Also, hotel could possibly start looking after their vegetarian clients by keeping veg dishes separate at the buffet and labelling all the dishes correctly ( a basic requirement in today’s world ).

Food was very bad en every day the same

it is suitable for children, friendly staff and good animation team. Perfect Wi-Fi.

It was not an ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE 5 star hotel according to my expectations. very poor quality of alcohol and soft drinks. the pool sun beds and umbrellas are not well calculated and every time you need to go at 07:00 to reserve which is not pleasant. there is no shade outside, almost no trees (a few olives in the beach). the sea water was dirty. the food was well prepared, but no diversity (each day cover 80% of the day before) There are a lot of things to improve, but will never go there again. Me and my family were booked 6 nights, but we stayed 5! When we go back at home it was a relief!

Everything, the whole hotel was amazing. Reception staff were 10/10, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Entertainment staff, were just fabulous. Everywhere was always clean, and tidy, restaurants and bar staff were amazing and the pattiserie was too die for. So many little extras that made the holiday. We wll be returning to this fabulous hotel xxx

Sun loungers.... To get one we found that 6am was the time, 7am there was little to non left. Maybe a time should be put that you can not reserve until 8am or similar or towels will be removed. 6am is not fun on holiday.

Amazing food, great kids aqua park and slides for adults and children.

We liked everything because it was more than we expected from this Turk Aegean coast. The hotel is exceptional! We liked everything: the beach, the food, the view, all the facilities! Recommendation: try everything the hotel offers. There was not a single frown from the stuff or anyone at the hotel. We felt like royalty!

We liked everything: food, facilities, comfort, always-smiling staff! It was everything we ever wished for a holiday! And the breathtaking view…

It was wonderful! We were with 4 boys and they enjoyed every moment of it. So did we!

The only think we didn’t quite like was that people reserved spots around the pool early in the morning. And if you go around noon you can’t find were to stay even if all the sun beds around were empty.
