First time to stay with Brianna and she answered the mail. Every question was answered prior to arrival and we had a wonderful stay. Gorgeously decorated and very well maintained. We had a family of 8 guests and had no issues with space. Kitchen is very well stocked and large refrigerator up and down stairs, we ate in every night. The property is very clean inside and out! When staying here be sure you have your passwords for your streaming accounts, TV's are awesome and we watched several football games. We were fortunate enough to use the provided You Tube TV log in and it was awesome. Played plenty of pool and plenty of video games the down stairs is where the younger crowd stayed (All kids over 23, oldest 28) they had a ball. The Christmas tree was incredible and blended right into the kitchen with plenty of seating an awesome view of the Branson Belle leaving and returning to port and plenty of oven and stove space to cook for 8 no issues. This is a must stay home. Highly recommend! Thank you again Brianna! Keep up the great work we will be back!

This was a great place to stay, Very clean, well maintained and plenty parking for our group. We took a family vacation for the holiday to Branson and needed a large home to accommodate. This home was able to accommodate our entire group comfortably. There were 2 rooms with double beds upstairs along with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main level which was great for my parents and the lower level had 4 bedrooms with 2 bathroom along with another living area and game room. My kids and grandkids loved the game room which had a pool table, hockey, basketball and lots of video games. Check in and out were extremely easy and the host was very accommodating an easy to work with. We take this same vacation to Branson each year and this was the nicest house we have rented. I would highly recommend this home.

The house is wonderful for kids with all the games that are provided.

Family reunion for almost a week. 2nd time at this house. Great location to Silver Dollar City but not far from downtown. Very spacious, kitchen fully equipped- teens enjoyed all the games in basement!! Back porch deck was wonderful!! We had great weather so spent lots of time there!!! Totally recommend!!!

Loved the house and the back deck views were amazing. We had more than enough room for 8 of us. The downstairs was great for our college aged kids, they loved all the games!

We held a family reunion over the weekend (June 2023) and had a great time. Communication with the owners was very prompt and accommodating. Great view of the lake and plenty of room for 12+ people to have their own space.

We stayed at our first house for 2 days with no air conditioning then finally got moved to another house . We were glad to be able to move to a house with air conditioning for the last 3 days …. But it’s not easy moving 16 people and all the food and clothing in the middle of your stay when people have things planned all day long .

We came for Christmas time in Branson. The home is 5 minutes fro SDC it is a. perfect location. Great home for large groups. We will definitely stay again.

House was everything we hoped and more. The setup is perfect if you are taking kids, as they can hang downstairs in the game room with plenty to do. Everyone loved the house. We'll be coming back in the future for sure. Brianna was so helpful with my parents who got there before anyone else and were trying to find the house. Thank you so much!

This lodge was the perfect size for our family reunion with 8 bedrooms! The kids loved the variety of games in the game room and the back deck was perfect. Large enough for all of us to have meals outdoors, with large table/chairs and variety of seating, and we were able to see the lake. Good communication with the owners.

Wonderful place for family to gather, plenty of beds and a great basement for the kids to hang out. Yes, there is a lot of construction in the back area (even on the week end), but it was something that entertained my elderly parent! Brianna was great to work with and we were able to bring in a rented lift chair for my parent which made things more easy for him and us!!!

We chose to stay here because of the location. Its literally minutes from Silver Dollar City, has a wonderful view of the lake, only 2 miles to the marina, and about 15 minutes to the strip at Branson. Brianna was very accommodating. She even ran us an extra blanket late at night when she didn't have to. I'd definitely stay here again. The house is very spacious and the game room downstairs can keep many guest entertained night after night.

We had a great time at this house. The view is gorgeous, the kitchen is well stocked, and the response time when we asked questions of Brianna was super fast! We are thankful for the special memories made with family and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful home. Met all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Well stocked kitchen and perfectly maintained home.

This house exceeded my expectations! We had a large group of 22 with adults and kids and we had so much room! We were never on top of each other and we loved having so many bathrooms! The kids loved the games, the outdoor deck had a killer view, parking was easy, and the house came with everything you needed! The host was great at following up and checking to see if we had everything we needed! We will be back!

The home was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. We had a few issues that the property owner took care of promptly.

We had a group of 14 and stayed for a week. Game room was amazing and everyone had lots of space. Kitchen was very well stocked. Breanna our host was amazing. We will definitely come back again.

Steps away from SDC, you could literally walk there if you wanted to. Beautiful view of table rock lake. Great kitchen and plenty of space to cook and feed our youth group. The kids loved the game room with all the games. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Our extended family of 16 (ages 3-87) stayed here for 6 nights and there was plenty to do to keep everyone happy. Game room in the basement was a big hit for the kids and teens. Played lots of games and did lots of puzzles at the kitchen tables. It was so nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. House was very clean and welcoming. Brianna was quick to respond to any needs or questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Branson!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean. The kids had a blast with the game room. This the perfect place for a family getaway.

This house was great for our family of 19. My 9 grandkids just loved playing in the basement with all the games.

House was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of room for all of us and all the games were a big hit for all age groups. Lake View was great but there is construction going on so hoping it doesn’t block tge view.

Clean, cozy for the size, plenty of room. Very comfortable. Minor issues easily communicated and hopefully squared away for future visitors. Double check status of construction when booking. Can be distracting.

The house is beautiful and layed out nicely. Love the big deck with all the furniture. Beautiful view of the lake. Everyone enjoyed all the games.

This house was perfect for a 4-day stay our extended family. My elderly retired farmer parents who are in their 70's like to rise at 5:00am and having bedrooms on 3 levels really helped the rest of us normal people sleep in a few more hours and not hear them. The deck was very nice in the cooler mornings and evenings. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking family meals, it was clean, the view was nice, and there was plenty of space for all. There is some construction going on below, but it entertained my Dad, who has the same enthusiasm for construction sites as an 8-year old, and wasn't that loud, so I can't complain. Would definitely stay at these properties again.

This is a great place to have a family reunion or gathering! Very easy access to SDC. Something to do for everyone! The adults enjoy the deck porch, the kids had a blast with the games in basement.!! Very clean and taken care of! Very nice pool within walking distance (if you don't mind a couple of hills) The kitchen well equipped and great storage in bar area. Seating for everyone which is nice for a large family. Would highly recommend this property for your needs!!!

We stayed with 12 adults and 6 kids and the property was perfect for our large group. The deck has an amazing view of the lake and was big enough for the whole family to enjoy. The pool was an easy walk from the house up a small hill and it was a nice clean pool. The house has activities for people of all ages and the game room was used all the time. The host was excellent in communicating as well before, during and after our stay.
