Loved the location of this studio condo. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks inside. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Parking is tough and you might not be parking right outside your building, but due to the location, we didn't really need our car that much.

Perfect location. A little hard to find as the buildings are not clearly marked. Wish that coffee was provided but other than that everything was great.

Would not recommend, there were crumbs and residue in the dishes when we arrived. The extra comforter in the closet had stains on it. Unless you are only staying for 1-2 nights I wouldn’t recommend it.

This condo is in the Villages of South Walton. I've stayed in this area many times before and keep coming back year after year because the location is so convenient!
A couple of specifics about this particular condo:
- The A/C points DIRECTLY at the bed, so be prepared it may leave you waking up with your sinuses feeling a bit dry.
- The bedding is really just three sheets, would recommend them adding an optional duvet because we were freezing in the night with the A/C
- A bit tricky to find this unit as the front door is in an interior hallway, they really should provide better details about how to find it
- Locking the door is extremely impractical as you have to fuss and fight with the deadbolt before closing the door. They should probably provide instructions on this as well.
All in all, it's a good little condo. Could have used a bit more of a deep clean as the couch was pretty stained. However, for a quick weekend trip, it was really affordable and a great location!

I have never written a negative review before but this place let us down. We were thankful we only had to stay one night there.
Pros: location and spacious for two people
Cons: Not the easiest place to find due to lack of directions, could not open the blinds on the windows, the floor was dirty( i walked barefoot to the bathroom and came back with stuff all over my feet-we had just gotten to the room so it wasn’t from us), there were only 3 pillows on the bed for two people, we had no wash cloths, the shower curtain had a large stain that looked like snot, the couch was stained, could not find the remote to the living room tv, and the decor lacked a “beachy feel.”

I did like the location of the condo. We were able to walk and never drive to eat or shop. The only complaint about the condo is that the remote for the tv in the LR did not work abs there was no way on the tv to change the Chanel or volume. That is minor considering it is vacation and we did not spend a whole lot of time inside. I did also have a major complaint about Seacrest Beach. I do not like how they only allow a small section for condo renters to set up chairs/umbrellas. It is too small of a space for that many people and too crowded. I will not go back to this Beach. I have stayed in Grayton and it was so much better not being forced to rent a chair if I want up to the edge of the beach. Beware if you are not wanting to spend $80+ each day to rent chairs and umbrellas, you better get out to the beach by 6am to claim a good spot. I wish I had known this prior to booking.

Overall, this was a nice little quaint place to stay. If you are not going to spend a lot of time in the unit, and as much time on the beach as possible, then this is the place. It is within walking distance of everything! The only thing I would suggest is having extra blankets available as the room did get cold. Other than that the stay went well!

Our trip was nice but the place had a decent amount of problems. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and our cell service of Verizon has no connection in the area. I brought this to the attention of the property manager and it was never fixed. The air conditioning also barely works so the room gets really muggy. I brought this to the attention of management and it was never addressed. The walls of the apartment are paper thin so every day we were kept up by a baby crying in another apartment. The location was great and there’s live music there every night which is nice.

Great location, not 100% impressed
This condo is in the perfect location in 30A. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and the pool was very nice as well. The check in & out process was easy.
With that being said, this room was not the best we’ve stayed in. When we arrived the hallway & our room was stagnant and soooo hot. We attempted to turn down the A/C in our room (which is just tiny unit on the wall) and it gave us zero relief. We had to call the property managers multiple times until we finally got it just bearable enough to sleep. The lady I spoke with was very nice but seemed as though she wasn’t too concerned about the inconvenience. She said the A/C is likely to freeze up if it’s set even in the low 70s. Do they not realize it’s the middle of the summer in Florida? That’s unacceptable.
The shower looked like it needed some work/extra cleaning. I don’t know that the shower was cleaned thoroughly since there was hair left from the previous guest.
Also the door to the place was very difficult to open and close. It would easily get left open by accident because you had to force it closed.
Overall, I felt the place was mediocre for the price. We were only in the room the get dressed and sleep so it didn’t ruin our trip by any means but it just wasn’t a great stay.

In the middle of the action
Overall the property fit the bill. The location was loud due to being over shops and the square where people mingled and music played until 11 PM.
Getting to the beach you either had to hike a ways or take the tram. Jumping in the car and driving to a public beach 10 minutes away was much easier.
You can walk to Rosemary Beach and having restaurants, shops and activity can be nice if that's your thing. Parking was a challenge.

It’s in a good location but the small condo wasn’t cleaned and needs maintenance. We couldn’t even sit on the badly stained sofa. The bed sheets were clean which is a plus!
It’s so small there is no excuse for not cleaning the 1 toilet and 1 shower/tub in the condo.
I did call them but didn’t receive a call back til the following day and she said maybe the cleaner was in a rush. That’s the only explanation I got, obviously will not stay again with Vacasa at all! It is in a great location to walk to everything if you need something in a pinch.

Too many rules!!!!!!
To far from the beach and once you got to the beach you could only sit certain places. Never been anywhere like that before and won’t be going back!

Great location and that’s about it
So the pros: good location, plenty of space for a couple, corner unit so lots of windows, and good ac.
Cons: first off finding the unit took 20 minutes, it was so confusing and just wander around looking for it. The door is almost impossible to open or closed and my husband always had to force it open or closed. The bed is like a rock and both of us are going to need a visit to a chiropractor. Once you look a little closer everything was dingy and cheaply done. Do yourself a favor and spend more for a nicer place, price isn’t worth the quality. We would have left if could have gotten a refund.

Pros: Great location and nice corner unit. Cons: The wi-fi was weak and kept going out. When I called Vacasa, they told me to unplug the router, wait a minute, and then plug it back in. That worked...but only for a few minutes. I was having to constantly unplug the router. So I called back and they said they wouldn’t be able to get a technician there for a couple of days. They told me to piggyback on one of the neighbor’s wi-fi and gave me the password. It was definitely better. The front door is very difficult to open and close. Almost all of the blinds are missing the part that allows the blinds to be opened and shut.

Nice place in good location!
Nice place in good location and very clean and up to date. Would be very helpful to send map of complex because unit was difficult to find, but call center was very helpful in assisting us in finding place. The door is difficult to open and doesn’t self close. Would recommend owner repair that.

Great property close to everything; all in walking distance. The instructions of where the beach access was and how to access it could have been more clear and transparent before the booking but it all worked out anyway.

Great get away just some minor repairs and updates.
The location was great and condo very comfortable. A few things I would change or have repaired. The rug and sofa very soiled. The door was so hard to open I had to have my husband open. The light above the sink was out and you have a leak from the unit above in the bathroom. If you had all that repaired or updated it would be just perfect.

TERRIBLE
I will NOT be going back nor do I recommend. I read so many reviews on this place and others and this one had great ones....well not the case.
- A lot of black mold in bathroom & smelt like it too! CONCERNING!
- HARD to find literally like a jigsaw puzzle
- Couch had nasty stains on it
- Room looked and smelled like it was not cleaned
- Rugs were so bad I didn’t want to walk on them barefoot
- Fridge barely worked, was basically lukewarm the whole time
- No blankets like they said but you don’t need them because the room is so hot
- Remote didn’t have batteries
- None of the doors shut & the main door was hard to open...like very hard
The ONLY good thing was the location....choose a different room in this condo! Our friends that stayed in a different one was like complete opposite to ours!

Great beach location but a few tips for future renters
We loved the area - you can't beat Seacrest Beach and Rosemary. The room was fine but the door was hard to open and shut and the rug and floor didn't seem like they had been vacuumed well. We arrived later than the rental property office hours due to a horrible rain storm and did not have clear instructions on how to find the specific condo and ended up searching almost another hour in the pouring rain. We had to call the next day for something and the rental company was very helpful and quick to respond! Other than the frustrations in the beginning, the amenities were nice and the area was perfect and we had a great time!

Location, location, location!
This condo was quaint and cute in the best location. It was cleaned extremely well and was quite roomy for a couple for 3 nights. The only suggestions I would have for the property would be that the unit gets too hot. We utilized the air conditioner in the unit, but it didn't seem to circulate very well which left us stuffy for our trip. Another concern was the door to the unit; it doesn't shut or lock very well. We found that it got stuck multiple times upon closing and worried it wouldn't lock behind us. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Terrible experience
We decided to book this property based on the location and good reviews. However, our experience has been nothing like most of the other “great” reviews. When we arrived for check in, we received NO information about the process and spent 2.5 hours just trying to get someone on the phone to give us more information. After we FINALLY communicated with someone over the phone, they explained that we had to drive across the road to a lock box (this was not mentioned previously). After we arrived at the location to get our key, the code they were giving us did not work. The lady we were speaking to had to give us a special code to FINALLY get in our unit (3 hours later). We booked our stay for one night, so we spent half of our time just trying to get into the place. Not to mention, 7 out of 1 Vecasa agents we spoke to were very RUDE! After all of this chaos was solved, we were told that they manager would be in contact with us immediately. 24 hours later, and we have heard nothing from the manager. Needless to say, we do not plan on booking our vacation here again.
Side note : the location is wonderful and the unit is nice, but the bad definitely outweighed the good for us.

Great location, beautiful property
As others mentioned, you cannot beat this location. Close to restaurants and shops, we were able to enjoy all the amenities thoroughly. The unit itself was lovely, and the decor was modern. The appliances were all updated, and we were able to do a load of wash while we were there. We would recommend this location to anyone who is considering NW Florida. .

Nice condo
This condo is very nice, but the top bunk beds are not safe to use. Bolts were loose and the mattresses are too close to the railings to safely be used. I thought the condo was nice, but the cleaning crew did not clean the floors at all, and I stressed the whole time about my kids getting black feet near their all white furniture. I read the reviews about the master bed being very comfortable, but the mattress is EXTREMELY firm. Loved the pool, tram to the beach, and close proximity to restaurants. I would recommend this condo, but it does not sleep 8 as advertised.

Comfy and convenient
Generally when I stay out of town I dont sleep well. Not the case here, as I had to be careful not to over sleep every morning. The location with this place is everything though. Located above the shopping center you’re a short walk to everything. Park the car and dont get back in until you leave or want to visit one of the other beachs. If you find the seacrest beach to be too crowded, its a 15 minute drive to seaside and a 5 minute drive to the peacefully quiet inlet beach. The food options in the area are unlike no other. Walk down stairs for a slice of pizza for lunch or take a two minute walk to Rosemaries and grab a salad at one of the many healthy options. Feeling frisky in the evening the Mexican restaurant located below is amazing or walk to Rosemary for a fancy dinner experience. This place has it all. And at the end of the evening cap it off with the live music downstairs. Oh and if you’re staying on a Sunday bring your reusable bags because the farmers market has everything. Fruits, veggies, meats, baked goods etc. Definitely saving this place for my next visit to seacrest. Hard to find a better stay in the area.

Really nice place, right on the outside corner of building overlooking everything on 30A. Front door very hard to open, really needs to be adjusted, but otherwise the place was in great shape. Cant beat the value. This unit doesn't have a balcony like a lot of others had, which would have been nice to sit on and listen to the live music played below each night.
