This was the perfect place to stay! The bedroom setup was perfect for our family dynamics. The house was spacious and very clean. Whether we were having a meal together or playing games or just visiting and relaxing, there was room for everyone. The view of the lake was beautiful to wake up with and see as the sun went down. This home was super appreciated. We would rent it again!

House was great for the group that stayed ranging from 1.5 years to 36 years. Everyone had something to do. Very close to the boat rental. Pool was nice for the kids. Great view. House was stocked with everything we needed. Host was great with communication. We’d stay here again.

When we arrived our unit was already occupied by another family and manager did not have our name on her reservation list. Brianna and her crew did go out of their way to find us a different house to stay in in the same neighborhood which saved the vacation. The replacement house was brand new and was missing items and took longer to check in because it still in the process of being stocked and cleaned. Brianna and the crew stayed late to get the house ready and kept in contact during the week to furnish various items for us. Overall, we had a excellent vacation.

Our family had an amazing stay! We had 6 families with 11 adults and 8 kids ranging from 9 months to 9 years and this house was perfect! The bedrooms are spread out, providing privacy for individual families, with spacious communal areas for big gatherings. The community pool was a HUGE hit. The playground is no longer there, but they have a water slide in the big pool with 2 splash pads. It’s tough for little kids to walk from the house bc there is really steep hill, but would be easy for adults. We didn’t go to Silver Dollar City because it was too hot, but it was literally a 5 minute drive. We even saw some people walking there. The view on the back porch is gorgeous. Our favorite part of the trip was playing games at the table out back! Brianna is a great host and always responded to my questions almost instantly. Recommend to any large groups, especially if you plan to go to SDC!

This home is large and clean. It slept 15 adults and 2 toddlers very comfortably. The game room downstairs was great for all. The views of the lake and tree covered hills from the deck is absolutely gorgeous! I could have sat on the deck the whole trip and been happy 😊. There is a 4 min uphill walk to the community pool which is large with lots of seating. This is a 2-3 min drive to Silver Dollar City and you avoid long lines of cars trying to get in which was so awesome! Brianna was very responsive and kind. No complaints- Will stay again!

I'm going to start by saying that me and my family have rented several properties in the past in different cities around the US and we were always overall happy. This was the first time we are having to leave a negative feedback. I won’t list all the issues that we had, because it’ll be a very long review, but I will list the top THREE. 1- The rude property manager (Brianna Pharr). 2- The less than average cabin view. 3- The daily loud construction noises. The photos that are shown on the listing paint a much nicer picture of reality. When you’re standing at the balcony looking onto the lake, most of the view is completely blocked by the properties surrounding the cabin. So, if you’re looking for a great view, you will be disappointed! To make matters worse, there is ongoing construction surrounding the cabin from all directions and it starts at 7am every day!! Finally, the property manager left a negative impact on all of us. She was behaving like an Entitled Karen for the most part. I have all the communication saved on my cell phone. I don’t know where to start with Brianna. I called her about a week before our check in date and asked her about the check-in instructions and she asked me to provide the property address. When I told her it’s on Amanda Paige Dr, she asked how did I know the address if I didn’t get the email!! I replied, that I figured it out on my own, but she still insisted that I tell her how, and I told her that it was a simply map zoom in, so she wasn’t

The check-in and out process was seamless and the property was as described. It was absolutely gorgeous, clean and well kept. The Host was very accessible, easy to communicate with and answered every question or concern in a timely manner. There was plenty of space for our family of twelve adults and seven kids. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake and surrounding areas and the kids enjoyed spending time in the game room; they also went into town each day and enjoyed various activities for kids. We brought kitchen utensils, pots and pans because we didn't know what to expect, but the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. Plenty of food storage with the two refrigerators. The location was great and close to activities in town such as Silver Dollar City, the Tangler Outlet Mall and other places of interest. Our family had an awesome time and if we should return to the area, we will consider staying at the property again. Thanks again for making our Family Gathering fun and eventful time.

The entire process was smooth. Great communication with owner. Teenagers really enjoyed all the games. Property exactly as described. Very convenient to everything we needed.

This was a seamless process. The host was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and very enjoyable.

Everything was excellent except for the construction noise that began early every morning.

This home was fairly new and very comfortable. The game room was awesome for the children, the beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was a very spacious home with plenty of room for a large family to spread out, and the location is absolutely perfect for daily visits to Silver Dollar City.

We rented this and one other property in Indian Point for a large family reunion. Everybody was so thrilled with our accommodations! The game room was spectacular and everything was working great! Thank you thank you thank you for providing such a beautiful setting.

We are a big family of 20 on this trip ages 62-2. The house was perfect! Great location!! Had trouble with a ceiling fan and it was replaced in one day!!!

Great space for a multi-family vacation. Plenty of area for seating and sleeping. Laundry machines on main floor and 2nd set in basement. Every room was well cleaned. Upstairs gets warm when outdoor temp gets to 100+ but upstairs A/C will bring it back down to 70 degrees before bedtime. Basement is plenty cold, always. TP was supplied as well as soap at all the sinks and shampoo and soap at all the showers. Trash cans were scarce, though, 1 small trash in each bathroom and 1 in kitchen...fills up quick with 20 people. Wifi worked throughout house but was strained a little for streaming or gaming purposes. Router in living room had ports for ethernet if necessary, though I didn't test it. House is built on steep hillside and there'll be no area for kids to be running around outside at the house. Didn't matter, though, they all spent every moment in the basement playing. Community pool is a walk up the hill (I drove) and it's plenty big. Water was very warm, as in approaching but not quite "unpleasant" warm. But, again, it was 100 outside. Overall, a terrific vacation house and every family felt the experience and accommodations easily exceeded our expectations.

We all commented on how clean the house was . Nice beds and perfect location for Silver Dollar City . We would come back for sure!

Beautiful home, very well decorated with an incredible game room and beautiful views of Table Rock Lake! Our kids loved the arcade games in the game room and are already asking to go back! The beds were very comfortable, the home was very clean, and the location next to SDC was perfect! Will definitely be back!

So excited we found this place in Branson! We will definitely stay here again when we come back! So close to Silver Dollar City (which you need more than one day to do by the way!) Great accommodations! Kids LOVED the game room downstairs and so did the parents! View from Balcony is gorgeous! Tons of room and very nicely decorated. Only thing I would add is it needs a colander for the Kitchen and a little bench in the main floor Master Bathroom to set towels on when getting in and out of the shower. And those are only suggestions! Super place to stay!!

Parents and kids had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for four families. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Deck with lake view was a nice evening space to relax. They had large groups in mind when designing and stocking this house. Pool/hot tub/fire pit was wonderful too!

We loved the house for our family celebration. Everyone had a great room. The deck is outstanding as well as the many gathering rooms of the house. Lots of room to hangout together or find a quite place. Nice view of the lake and close to the activites. We were very happy!!

We had a great week with our whole family, boating, sightseeing and eating at the area restaurants, stopping for a taste at the local wineries, and shopping at Branson Landing. Then coming back to the Black Bear Den and the comfy beds, sharing breakfast and coffee on the big deck and watching the sunrise and the sunset over Table Rock Lake! Everyone especially enjoyed the fantastic game room plus swimming in the lodge pool! We will always remember the fun we had at Black Bear Den

Annual Family Vacation. Ages 5 to 67. Everyone had a fantastic time. Teens loved the game room. Their own space. The deck was out main hangout. Great memories made this week. It was a wonderful experience!

We were very pleased with the house. Everyone had a great time. There is so much to do and a wonderful large deck to relax in and enjoy the lake and trees.

It's a pleasure to review our recent stay at Indian Point. It exceeded our expectations! The property was huge and immaculate with more amenities than expected. The location was amazing - beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, Butterfly Palace and more. We had lots of activities planned and in between the kids (and adults) were entertained with the game room (too many games to list!), relaxing on the deck, or taking a quick nap in the comfy beds before heading out for more fun. And we couldn't have asked for a better relationship with the owner - Brianna was quick to respond to every one of my questions! I have already recommended this property to friends. The property was very clean and modern and appealed to all our guests. The kids loved the arcade games and pop a shot in the basement. Golden tee was a hit with the adults. The views from the back deck were amazing! We would return to this property again.

The place was BEAUTIFUL!!! Very spacious, fun, and clean. Brianna was very attentive and handled everything on her end fast. Very high in the mountains so it was very foggy but great for just staying in. Construction is on the site that was my only problem but everything else was great. I recommended people already and I would very much stay here again!

What a great time we had staying in this house. 4 families, 3 Generations, 17 people, all comfortably snuggled in this fantastic home. Brianna was great, and responsive. We did have an issue with the coffee maker, but Brianna took care of that quickly. The deck is fantastic, the views were / are amazing, the location was perfect for us, and the house had everything we needed to make several large dinners along with plenty of room to enjoy those meals together as a family. We would definitely do this again.
