Die Moonshine River Retreat Cabin im Rock Hill Park liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Beavers Bend State Park entfernt und grenzt an den Ouachita National Forest. Der Name der Hütte wurde von der reichen Geschichte und Kultur der Region inspiriert, Moonshine während der Prohibitionszeit herzustellen.
Das Innere der Hütte ist rustikal und ruhig, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von einem Ferienhaus erwarten können. Auf 1100 Quadratmetern verfügt die Kabine über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten. Es schläft 4 bequem. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und Sat-TV. Der Essbereich ist separat und blickt auf die hintere Veranda und den schönen Wald.
Die Küche verfügt über brandneue Geräte, darunter einen großen Gasherd und Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Mixer und sogar einen Topf für einfache Mahlzeiten.

The cabin was so cute and clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect and pretty secluded. We stayed for 2 nights. The only disappointing part was after the first night, we had no hot water, so showers were ice cold.

The house was beautiful. We had little problem with TV in front bedroom. Had to turn on & off on side of TV. Same thing with the sound.

The cabin was nice and clean , my only complaints are the bedding and beds weren't good quality so it was hard to sleep and they had no coffee which we thought was weird. Great location and easy to access. Our neighbors were extremely loud and had flashlights shining through to our cabin so it was hard to enjoy our fire.

We loved the location of our cabin. It is on the end of a road with lots of privacy. We loved the caving, the hot tub was great, and it was overall in a great location! The winery down the road we highly recommend!

We spent our 25th anniversary at Moonshine River Retreat. The cabin was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. This was our first visit to the Broken Bow/Hochatown area and we really enjoyed it. We plan to come back. I would definitely recommend eating at Shuck Me and visiting the candy stores. Can’t wait to visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moonshine River Retreat. It is located at the end of the road and felt like our group was on a private piece of land. It was perfectly clean and offered all the amenities that we needed. It rained one day we were there, but still got to enjoy the outside and wild life because of the patio (front and one in back with the hot tub).
Perfect for a weekend get away with the family or small group retreat. Would highly recommend!!

This was a little more than what we would spend for a place to stay, but we truly enjoyed our weekend thanks to the accommodations in the cabin. Due to the weather we did not get to do as much as we would like, but would like to come back and stay in the same cabin and maybe get to do what we planned to do

Absolutely loved the cabin and the location was great. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the privacy. Great layout and lives much bigger than square footage would imply. Would definitely rent this place again.

A hidden gem tucked away in Hochatown
This property was fantastic! We were so pleasantly surprised by the cabin, as the pictures just don't do enough justice to how wonderful it really is. The owners were very communicative and helpful through the process, which allowed my family to enjoy a wonderful weekend getaway in Broken Bow.
This property is tucked away nicely at the very end of the road, which lead to a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, rarely interrupted by passing cars. It was a beautiful place to stay, and wouldn't think twice before booking again. Thank you!

Great stay- perfect location!
A beautiful property, great for my family. Location was perfect. Privacy. Lots of deer in backyard! Everything you need to cook with in kitchen, so well stocked. Very clean- some dog hair on rugs & blankets but since they allow pets this is expected and was minimal. Otherwise very clean and they provided lots of towels for both shower and hottub. A wonderful stay, will be back and book again.

New year’s get away
Property is as advertised. Location could only be better if the river ran through the back of it. Very private, access was great. Rooms are comfortable and the cabin is tastefully decorated. Hot tub could be a bit hotter but other than that, it was great! Definitely would return!

October Weekend in Broken Bow
Great cabin, perfect location (like a 4 min drive to Broken Bow and 5 min drive to Hochatown), loved the fire pit setup, very secluded and couldn't see any of our neighbors. Fully equipped kitchen and a big porch to hang out on, can't ask for more!
