This is the perfect house for a family with adult kids and grandkids! The carriage house is attached but secluded enough for our son and his family to be with us but have their own space!! I hated not being on the beach but it was a short walk there and the neighborhood is gorgeous. Seaside is walking distance and an easy bike ride awayso that was a bonus!! Only downside is no views of the beach from the house but everything else is amazing. Loved it!!

The house is in a great location - very close to the beach. The pool is nice. The house is mostly good. The televisions are small and outdated. You would think that’s not a huge deal but we were there on a rainy week and there was no smart tv in the main room. The upstairs master bedroom tv was so small we had to sit in the edge of the bed to see it. It’s a dog friendly home, which is great. The bike tires were all completely flat which was annoying. And there was a lack of soap. It was missing from the kitchen and one bathroom.

Overall we very much enjoyed our Fall Break trip to 30A Sugarwood Beach. The location of the house was great! The house was clean and well stocked (with the exception of propane for the grill...we had to make a trip to the store for that). And the pool area was really nice. One negative, the bedroom between the kitchen and the in-law suite is not private at all and consequently not really useful as a bedroom (family used as office space). But again, great house in great location.

We had a few minor issues or suggestions with some repair/maintenance/replacement after the 2021 stay, and every issue was addressed well over expectations before the 2022 visit. Always clean on arrival. The management company is easy to work with and very responsive. We have already made reservations for our 9th year, 2023.

Upon arrival the house was perfect. Close to the beach, quiet street, close to Seaside, shopping and restaurant. The house is decorated well and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the full pantry to store our food for the week. The second refrigerator was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the pool after beach days. My family had plenty of room to enjoy each other as well as their own personal space in their rooms. The 6 bikes were a nice perk as well. I highly recommend this home and would certainly rent again. This was my 22 year visiting Old Seagrove/Seaside.

Wonderful house for spring break
We were pleasantly surprised by this house - which is even nicer than the pictures. Just a wonderful house in which to relax for a few days in the middle of spring break. My teens each had their own space and made great use of the pool. Easy two block walk to the beautiful beach so no complaints there. The first few blocks of the walk/bike ride to Seaside is a little tight between the traffic and the side of the road; otherwise, the location is perfect. Communications with 30A were easy through the app. Plenty of towels and supplies for our 3 night stay. If you are there for longer you likely will need to bring bath supplies and more dish soap and laundry detergent and paper towels, but that’s normal for beach rentals. They installed a brand new grill while we were there. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this house to anyone.

Convenient to beach/great location
This was our 2nd stay and we would stay again. It’s nothing fancy but its functional and close to the beach and restaurants. Roomy too. Pool is good sized too.
Downside FEATHERS in the bedroom. We are highly allergic and suggest those pillows, etc are replaced. Bedrooms are really smelly when you walk in. Have to move them out to rooms we weren’t using then run fans and open doors to air out.
We did have an issue with renters behind us partying until 1a.m. Called 30a to get info on curfew and who to call to complain. 30a never responded.
All in all we would stay again.

Amazing Home!
This home is exactly as described in the listing. We were a group of 12 with 3 under 4. Plenty of space the home had a very well stocked kitchen with all you need for your stay especially if your cooking! The pool was beyond amazing, clean and warm with pool toys for the kids! A short walk and you were on the beach, short enough that’s the kids didn’t need a stroller or wagon! We used the bikes to go to “town” multiples times definitely an added bonus to the home!
Heads up bring beach towels and expect to purchase the basics, garbage bags, paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent! I did message via email regarding the pool lights and cleaning and didn’t received a response though the cleaners did show up on Monday! Great stay and would stay again!

My family loved Flamingo Key! This property was in the perfect location for quieter beach access and a quick bike ride into Seaside. It also fit 9 adults and 2 dogs comfortably. We loved the private pool option and put it to good use! We did notice that the ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working, there were no beaters to the hand mixer, the iron did not work, and the guest bedroom door upstairs does not latch. Even with these minor inconveniences, we all still loved our stay!

Such a great location! Easy and quick bike ride to all the Seaside shops and an easy walk to the beach with a quieter beach area. This house fit our family of 9 adults and 2 dogs nicely. We did notice that the beaters for the mixer are missing, the ice maker in the kitchen fridge does not work, the iron does not work, and the door to one of the guest bedrooms upstairs does not latch. Even with those few inconveniences, our family had the greatest vacation and are thankful we booked this house with a private pool!

Enjoyed our visit. House laid out nicely, the backyard felt private and roomy. Only issue with home was the plugins in both bathrooms kept tripping and we couldn’t use them.

We were hit with excessive cleaning fees and damages, although we did not cause the damage. I’ve called several times to discuss the charges but cannot get through to the 30A team. Overall a very lukewarm experience with the 30A management team and flamingo key.
