The condo did not disappoint us. My girlfriend loved the place. Any issues that arose, were quickly responded and resolved. Great place!

Wonderful stay at the Orange Condo on the beach. Convenient location to many restaurants and attractions. The condo is clean, comfortable, well furnished and has a great parking spot. The property managers were terrific to work with. Special memories in a special place. We would highly recommend the Orange Condo!

Very clean, right on the beach and our hosts were the best we’ve ever come across.. any questions or concerns they responded almost immediately..don’t see that very often.. a beautiful trip and look forward to coming back:)

The condo was very clean, everything you would need in a kitchen, and no stairs. The owner was very accommodating and would get back with you immediately.

Excellent location! I felt safe and secure. Loved being on the ground level and being able to walk directly out to the pool and then coming back in for a snack or nap. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Will come back soon.

I can say without a doubt that our stay was one of the most pleasant I've ever had. I've booked a lot of vacations and rarely have I ever experienced a stay that exceeded all expectations. The condo was beautiful. The location was perfect. The hosts answered all of our questions and they treated us with a kindness that is very difficult to come across. I've owned a business for 41 years so I know about customer satisfaction. I will tell anybody that the hosts truly care.. Its a wonderful feeling when you lay down your hard earned money and come away feeling very good about spending it. I want to thank the hosts again for the way we were treated. They are obviously very proud of the condo and they should be. I tip my hat to them. If that condo is available and you want a great beach stay don't hesitate to book it.

Loved being so close to the beach, Just walked around the building and up the ramp. Very convenient. The apartment was adequate, two bedrooms and two baths. Everything was there to cook, washer and dryer., TV, pool outback and deck chairs. Also chairs and equipment for the beach. Very enjoyable time.

My husband, teen daughter, and her friend stayed in Sara and Max’s “Orange You Happy” condo this week, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or for more comfortable accommodations. The condo is just as described, with the well-maintained pool only a few feet away and beach access very close as well. The beds were so cozy. And I love the ground-floor access, with parking right at the door. Sara was easy to communicate with and so quick to respond to a question. A great host! Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Jax beach! .

The condo was very clean, well equipped and was in a great location.

We had a fabulous time. Condo was exactly as listed with everything we could possibly need already there! Plenty of pillows and blankets (which I am one that sleeps with at least 3 and was so happy to see all the pillows). Owners made sure condo was cooled off before our arrival and we’re very helpful in any questions we had during our stay. Would love to stay again in the future!

How amazing is it to walk out the door to dunes, beach, lawn and a pool? What a wonderful outdoor experience. Perfect scenery, lots of variety and wonderful weather! Great indoor accommodations to unwind after living your best outdoor life! We all enjoyed clean, well appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable furniture, cozy beds and plenty of room to spread out. We definitely will return!

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in a great location, look no further. This condo is clean with all needed amenities, even beach chairs. The pool is right out the back door and you are literally only steps away from the beach. It is extremely nice being on the first floor with no stairs to climb. The condo is also located in close proximity to all your favorite restaurants and stores. The owners, Max and Sara, were easily contacted throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely rent again. Steven

The location of this condo was perfect and it was hard to decide where to spend our time, the beautiful beach or the wonderful pool and patio! Great location near many great restaurants and attractions and the condo had all of our beach needs, boogie boards, beach towels and beach chairs! Highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay! The owners have really taken the time to ensure you'll have everything you need during your visit and it shows! Even down to a lemon juicer and treats for our pup when we arrived! They were so responsive to our questions while we were there and every communication from booking through our stay was pleasant, polite, and professional! The condo is well-equipped with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. everything you need for a stay at the beach is provided, even down to beach towels! This is an older, well-maintained building and seems to be a mix of vacation rentals and residents. Everyone was very welcoming. It's truly a family atmosphere. Another great feature was that the units were very well insulated. We never heard any noise from the other condos, even though several people there had dogs. I never heard a bark, nor did I hear anyone above or beside me. The best part.... the beach is RIGHT THERE! It's an easy walk over the dunes to the shore. We loved being able to grab a cup of coffee and take the dog to the beach in the morning. OH! We also had our choice of coffee makers, drip or K-Cup. I'm telling you, they thought of everything. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet time that's close to the beach and reasonably priced, this is your place! Thanks Max and Sarah, we hope to be back soon!

Great location!!

We went for a quick weekend everything was perfect we had an amazing time and our fur baby was able to stay which made our trip even more perfect!

Our family of 5 stayed in the orange condo for spring break and had an amazing time. The location can not be beat, we walked out on the main floor patio past the pool to the beach to see the beautiful sunrise. The beach is very wide, not overly crowded (even on the weekends) and our children were able to walk out to boogie board and jump the waves (no big drop off). We spent most days just relaxing at the beach and pool. At night we walked to dinner (loved the refinery and margaritaville). We drove a short distance and took the kids to an arcade, go karts, pee wee golfing and water park. We also drove to the mall (the avenues) to get some shopping in on the day it was a bit rainy. There is so much to do. The house is equipped with top technology so you talk to turn on lights and fan. The living room has amazing views of the pool, dunes and sliver of the ocean. All glass doors but also private because of dunes. The people in the building were so friendly and the hosts were amazing!! We are already planning our next trip with friends to stay and get both condos. Thanks Max and Sara!

Location is incredible…walk right out the living room and bam! Pool and ocean! We had a great stay. 100% would stay again.

Condo was cozy, comfortable beds, living room couch not so comfortable. Beach area so close to get to Sara supplied chairs and umbrella. Pool was fantastic just needed a little TLC for the area, but that it part of the overall building issue. Sara was great. Very clean condo. Close to a lot of restaurants. I would come back.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Beachdrifter... it never disappoints! The location is perfect. The condo was terrific and our hosts were super accommodating. We highly recommend this unit and plan to stay again.

My mother and I took a weekend getaway and could not have picked a better spot. It was exactly what we needed. Max and Sara are the perfect hosts! Condo is amazing.

The condo is great. Plenty of room to do anything you would need. The pool is still under construction. Once the pool is complete, this will be the cream of the crop.

This condo is so cute and like a home away from home. The space was very clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs to coffee and even a bottle of wine! The owners have amazing communication and responses to questions were always timely and complete. We had two teenage girls and the front room with two beds and a tv was just perfect for them!! We had a great time!

The property was perfect and plenty big for my wife and I, along with our 2 teenage boys. On the beach with a short walk out the back. We appreciated the two parking spots as well. The amenities were great and the SONOS system was a bonus. We will choose this location again!
