Our family of 9 enjoyed this house. The pool was nice and had lots of sunlight. The beach was only a 3 minute. And they provided all the essentials for our stay.

Snakes beside pool and under deck, made sure to be first one out to scare them off. The last evening my wife saw one on the deck. Could have been problematic if they had been cited earlier in week.

Location was perfect, walking distance to beach and dining. The cleaners are not doing a very good job but we re-washed what we had to and cleaned what we could. Bring your own beach towels as there are none and no chairs to bring to beach. Other than that it was a great place!

The house is in a great location and very comfortable . The pool and backyard can use some cleaning and updating . The house itself was clean but We did have to deal with some roaches which was a little disturbing . Overall we had a great experience .

We’ve stayed in the house before, and enjoyed it, so we were looking forward to a return. A few things were amiss right away. Dog poop on the deck. A very dirty BBQ that would not start. And outdoor garage containers overflowing because they were not emptied from the last guests. Vacasa was prompt to respond, and said they were horrified at the issues, but slow to respond (days, not hours). The house is in a great location, and provides all the amenities we want for kids and grandkids, but it is looking very tired.

We rented it for our wedding party, and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable, all bedrooms had plenty of space.
Overall we were very satisfied, the only recommendation would be to have a little better upkeep on the grounds, also it had a little smell of mildew when we first arrived. Need to include instructions on how to operate the TV's. ( but we were at the beach, so it didn't really matter)

So many things to love! The space and furnishings were comfortable and in great condition. The outdoor space including the backyard and pool and the upstairs balcony were great to enjoy the weather. However the location was the best...literally from door to beach was a 2-3 minute walk to optimize soaking up those views and salty goodness.

Beside the cockroach infestation.. other issues were dishwasher sending out brown water…pool light that would not go out… pump for pool broke down which send out sound so hard to go to sleep for 4 days and quest to fix was ignore..house was not clean when we arrive..we had to wash all sheets and towels … vacuum cleaner was plug so we had to fix that o..disposal unit also broke ,,

We stayed in this house with a total of 8 adults and 4 young kids (5,3,3,1). The house was clean. There was plenty of places to sit and eat. The bathrooms were both a little small for that many adults but we made it work (Bring toilet paper because there was not enough for all of us through a full week). The house is reasonably close to the beach. About a 8-10 minute walk (with toddlers!) right down a quiet street. The house does NOT have any beach chairs or toys etc (though we left some sand toys so hopefully they stick around for the next group to use!). The pool is really nice and was cleaned one the day we arrived and again halfway through the week. It is very shaded so if you don’t like a cool pool (it was hovering right at 80° while we were there in mid Sept), you may want to pay for it to be heated. It’s about 1 mile walk to Coligny plaza for shopping/restaurants/etc. This is our favorite area to stay bc the beaches are quiet and it’s easy to get everywhere. Would stay in this house again!

This is an amazing house to stay in! It’s close to the beach and has a private pool. It’s located right on a path that leads to shops and ice cream. I recommend renting bikes for easy access!

Great Place but with Unwanted Critters
Loved the house and location. Unfortunately, the house had roaches. The property manager had the house sprayed hours after we reported the problem, but unfortunately we still had encounters afrerward.

Overall a great experience because we were there with family. Pool is beautiful, though we didn't get to enjoy it.
Place needs a welcoming homey feeling. The master bedroom wall with bifold doors should be a closed in wall to allow for privacy and silence from below. Lots of roof leaks which account for lots of ceiling stains and peeling. We saw the notice for roof repair. The floorboard is missing in the bedroom leading to the pool. Someone will eventually fall through it, very dangerous, that entire floor doesn't feel secure. You need a kitchen island to aide in prep work and for closer proximity to the stove. And fix the oven panel - you guys are holding it together with scotch tape, really! Lack of seasonings and some basic essentials in the kitchen make it really hard to make it work in the kitchen. Guess we've been spoiled in the past with other locations we've spent vacations at. Door connecting bunk beds to bathroom has a loose door knob and door doesn't close properly. Bunk bed mattresses really uncomfortable per my 24 year old son. Faucet in the upstairs bathroom is loose. The house needs a complete overhaul. I felt like I stayed in a Super 8 with Marriott rates.
What made it great was to be together with my children and granddaughter. We got to enjoy a great walk on the beach, I'm glad it was close to it.

This is the 3rd consecutive year we have stayed at 20 Pelican. Great location to everything but still quiet. Beds are comfortable. House stays cool even in the heat. Pool area is large. Remodeled downstairs bathroom is much improved. I think the price is reasonable . Vacasa responded quickly to a few issues we had at the beginning of the trip. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Absolutely perfect
Everything was exactly as we hoped. The house was very clean, the amount of rooms and overall space was perfect for everyone to be comfortable, and the location was perfect. Just a short walk away from the beach. Everyone loved the pool (which was surprisingly very deep FYI), and having a fenced backyard was so great since we brought our pup. Will definitely go back, our family really enjoyed it!

Home Not Ready to Rent
Unbelievably poor maintenance / cleaning. mold and mildew everywhere on the exterior. Pool loaded with leaves and sand. Interior poorly cleaned too and strong musty odor on first floor.

Uncomfortable beds turned dangerous
We loved the location of this home & had a great time staying here... until, on night 2 we had a serious safety issue with the bunk beds. The slats of the top bunk fell out from under the top bed. The person sleeping in the top bunk literally fell with the bed to the ground! They got bruised up very badly from the fall. This changed our sleeping arrangements for 2 people and left us feeling unsafe in the surviving beds as they were all quite cheap.
After reaching out to Vacasa regarding this we were told “Sorry this happened. We’ll have maintenance fix it.” That’s it! I have never stayed in a home where something so serious took place & received such lack of diligence or care on the renters part! Very disappointed with Vacasa!

The property was perfect, the PM was not responsive, but finally came the 2nd week to deal with broken TV, bulbs out. My husband cleaned the AC vent which was 3 “ thick with dust. We did quite a bit of cleaning as the house was done with a quick once over and not a deep clean. We did enjoy the area though. It was perfect for our needs.

Enjoyed our stay
This home had plenty of room with a nice large kitchen, and dining room. Lots of natural light. Good supply of towels. Full size washer and dryer. Location was great...three minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Few people on the beach at this location. The pool was great, just the right temperature. However, there was no light in the pool. We had a lovely time, and would rent this home again.

This is the 2nd year we stayed at this house. 1block to the beach. Located on the bike trail. Large pool with a great deck area. Comfortable beds and well working air conditioner. It’s a bonus that it is pet friendly.

I was worried about allergies with the property being dog friendly - but the house was very clean. Half of a block to the beach from the front door. Beach was not crowded as there were no huge condo complexes, just home. Great times!
