Great location and perfect for our family.

This place is great! Everything you need and right next to Chair 8. Check in was smooth and any questions we had were answered promptly by Joe. Will try to go back again next year.

We had a great experience. Better than staying at the resort. You have all that you need and more.

Brian Head’s chair 8 is directly behind the condo and just a couple minutes walk from your front door. Parking spot is mere feet from the front door - makes for easy loading and unloading. Living room is cozy and kitchen is well equipped (coffeemaker and Keurig, note: no dishwasher). Communication with owner was seamless and the property was very clean.

The condo is just as described. It's small, but is updated and was just right for us. The location is very close to chair 8, however it's not as easy to get back (especially if you are new to skiing/snowboarding, which someone in our group was). We had a small issue upon check in and Joe communicated quickly and made it right. I would stay here again.

Our stay was perfect in this property. I knew it was going to be nice when we arrived about 8 pm and the host had the unit prewarmed for us. This place is perfect. Joe was quick to respond with an issue I had that was my own doing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

My friends and I just got done snowing for the day and the place was well maintained. As soon as we got to the property lights and heaters was already on. They had everything you’ll need from clean dinner plates to cooking ware. Overall, I would recommend the place for anyone who needs a place to stay.

Perfect pre-Christmas ski trip! Ski in/out and sledding right outside. Condo was great for family of four. We hope to return!

Thoroughly enjoyed the place and location

I went up for a trail race starting at Giant Steps Lodge and this was so close, I could have walked. I can see how this would be perfect for ski season. Also super close to the market, pizza place and coffee shop. Very convenient and easy parking right in front of the unit So, basically, there was an issue or two but Joe was super responsive and I can see why this place gets such high reviews, he definitely cares and will do what he can to resolve any problems. You can tell the unit is well taken care of. This was a great home base for our trip.

It all worked out as advertised!

Such a wonderful condo! It is almost ski in/out as you can see two lifts from the parking lot. The location is perfect, and parking was right outside the front door. The photos online made me worry we’d feel cramped, but my family of five felt very comfy here. The condo is full stocked with everything you need. We stayed here Christmas Eve, and I was able to cook dinner for the family without bringing or buying anything other than food. Communication with the host was great, we booked last minute, during the holiday, and he still answered all questions right away. The sleeping arrangements were the only thing that anyone had an issue with, and that’s always hard to judge when renting a place. Bed that is too firm for some may be too soft for others, etc. The bedroom has a queen bed and that was fine for my husband and I. Due to limited packing space in my Jeep, I left my kids air mattresses at home and I took a chance on the couch bed and the floor mats. It was against my better judgment because I’ve never in my life slept on a comfy couch bed, but I did what I did and took a chance. They were a little annoyed in the morning and said they were uncomfortable most the night. But it was Christmas morning so I also think their restlessness could have been due to Santa coming. Either way, I just wouldn’t really count on the couch bed and the floor mats are pretty well used at this point. I would have loved to stay here the entire weekend. One night was just not enough, but we had just come up for tubing and did not ski or board that trip, next time. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a good condo that is budget friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The HOA was very good at snow removal. The listing advertised a hot tub, but they are renovating and so there was no hot tub, which was a bummer after a day of skiing. The unit could use some new sheets and towels, but otherwise good.

We had a hard time finding the place in the blizzard in the first day. It was a comfortable place for two of us to enjoy the snow. We enjoyed the ping pong snd pool table but we’re disappointed the jacuzzi was removed prior to our arrival. Overall a nice place to stay and the host was very accommodating and helpful in getting us in and communicating through our stay.

Our family really enjoy the stay at this condo for for 5 nights. With younger kids location is very important and this unit couldn't have been more perfect - ground level with no steps with parking right at front door, steps away from two lifts and steps away from snow play area. The unit was cozy, comfortable and has everything you need. The internet was plenty fast for streaming and work. Will definitely consider again for future trip.

We loved being so close to both ski lifts. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and even the board games available in the club house. We had six people. The floor mats and sleeper sofa were sufficient for our children. Super close to lift #8 and very close to lift #1. Walk across the parking lot and you are on the snow. Made it easy to stop in for lunch or to adjust clothing according to the spring weather changes. Joe is super responsive to all questions.

This place was perfect for a short ski weekend! The host was very responsive and gave us all the info we needed for the trip. The condo was great! Big enough for a small family, but perfect for a couple looking for a quick getaway. Literally less than 100 steps to the #8 lift, a 2 minute drive to Giant Steps lodge, or you can even walk that in under 10 minutes. Plenty of room in the house to spread out your gear and still relax in comfort. Highly recommended, and plan on staying again next season!

First trip to Brian's head and we will definitely be back. The condo was just as described, and had everything we needed for our family of 3. Walking distance to chairs 8 and 1. The kitchen well stocked. Between the fireplace and heaters, we were nice and warm. The bed was comfy, sofa bed worked well for the kiddo. The jacuzzi in the clubhouse was pretty awesome. Check-in instructions were clear and Joe was responsive. There were movies and games, and even some sleds for sledding. We will be back. Thanks Joe!

The property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The condo is as close to a lift as you can get, probably 75 steps until you can put your skis on. It was amazing! Joe was quick to respond to any questions, and gave us helpful hints about the mountain and property. It was so cozy & homey.. we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfy condo. It was extremely clean, and the perfect size for our young family of 4. The vacation home was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed playing games in the clubhouse and playing in the snow right outside the front door. My husband and I loved how close the ski lifts were to the property, made it very convenient for breaks in between runs with our kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Condo was well appointed and very comfortable, there was even portable heaters that worked quicker than wall heaters. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. Good location . I gave lower star as I did not receive info of how to get in condo until 9pm the night before...I was leaving early next morning and would have spotty cell service arriving at night. As a woman solo traveler , I prefer clear instructions at least a couple of days in advanced. And I had to reach out to owner to figure out where condo was and how to get in.

You could not ask for a better location. Two minute walk to the lifts and so easy to get off the mountain and in the condo. One of my favorite parts was the hot tub. Such a beautiful chalet to soak in hot water and relieve all the aches and pains from skiing/snowboarding. My kids loved it. We watched NFL playoff games and ate our meals at the dining table. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Brian Head.

Everything was simply perfect. The location couldn’t have been better, and we had access to everything we needed. Our stay was comfy and cozy! We would love to stay again.

Such a cute cabin and loved the close location to Brian Head resort. I’d definitely stay here again. Joe, the host was so great.
