The location is perfect. A short distance from the beach. 99% of the staff are amazing. The restaurant & Bar staff are superb. Just one chap named "Nabil" seemed always disgruntled/unhappy. Lacking social skills/angry faced ! Which I'm sure could put a downer on many guests experiences. Shame ! Otherwise perfect.

We arrived at the property late as our flight was delayed to find no one to check us in we had to go find another hotel at 2am rang booking.com for a refund and they were no help atall saying that the hotel refused so big thumbs down for us £250 out of pocket and didn’t even get to stay?!

Fresh made omelet or eggs and Real juice would be appreciated

Unfortunately the breakfast was ok the first day but the following days the offering was the same as previous days and there for very boring , also under the current circumstances it was a free for all and social distancing was not observed what so ever, which worried us to the point we decided to go to a local restaurant for breakfast . as this hotel is supposed to be 5 star it was very disappointing .

The breakfast offering should have had better social distancing measures in place to keep customers safe , the hotel should have been able to communicate with English customers as on the web site states that they cater for English customers but we found two members of staff that could speak English which was one waiter and one of the bar staff . Very disappointed .
