Einzigartig anderes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick. In der Nähe der Hauptstraße, Restaurants, Brauereien, örtlichen Geschäften, Supermarkt (10 Minuten zu Fuß) und doch in einer privaten, ruhigen Gasse. Es gibt 4 wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer und hochwertige Bettwäsche, zwei mit Queensize-Bett, eines mit Doppelbett, eines mit 2 Einzelbetten und 2 Rollbetten sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer / Arbeitszimmer mit Doppelbett (und spektakulärer Aussicht). Zwei große renovierte Badezimmer. Zwei angrenzende Loungebereiche blicken durch riesige raumhohe Fenster auf die atemberaubenden Gärten, den Pavillon und das Spa für 6 Personen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer, Familienbereich, Heizung und Kühlung im gesamten Gebäude, ausreichend Parkplätze abseits der Straße. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und beobachten und lauschen Sie den unzähligen einheimischen Vögeln und einem herrlichen Sonnenuntergang, während Sie einen lokalen Wein genießen.

This property was just perfect for our three generations - even better than the photos show. Extremely comfortable and very well set out, it allows family members to spread out, or to be together, as desired.
The views out to the large private garden full of bird life are amazing.
Superbly provisioned, in a very quiet street with no traffic noise at all, it is just a short walk to the local park and shops, and a very quick drive to Maroondah Dam.
The spa was a great hit with everyone, and the hosts are wonderful to deal with - we cannot recommend this property highly enough.

The most wonderful stay with family and our young child for her first snow trip - to Lake Mountain.
The owners couldn’t have been more accomodating and welcoming. We all had such a wonderful stay, with a well stocked kitchen and every facility possible. We are grateful for the hospitality and comfort of this home.

The property was great and very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds, nice outdoor open spaces. Would be amazing when the weather is warmer as we went in winter. We would highly recommend this property, the main shopping, eating strip is literally a 10-15 mins walk away.

Amazing weekend with my family, ranging from 13 years to 78! There were 9 of us with plenty of space, could easily fit more. Lounge was cosy and comfortable.
The garden was lovely and the outdoor hot tub a bonus. Beautiful artwork through the house also.

Spacious, clean house with ample bedrooms and very comfortable living areas for our 2 familes including adult children. Nice big dining table with a well stocked kitchen, so we could enjoy meals, games and lots of laughs. The outdoor spa in beautiful gardens, adds that little big extra that helps make it a weekend for us to relax and create memories. Close to walks, wineries and other places to explore.

The home was fabulous, the pictures don't do it justice. Wine and chocolates were left for us, along with all the necessities. The open fire was even left ready for us to just light a match. There were 10 of us and nowhere did we feel crowded. Perfect for a group getaway. We will definitely go back.

I couldn’t have been more impressed stepping foot into this property. Our whole group was blown away. The photos just don’t do it justice. The attention to detail and the fact this place just had everything we would need for our stay. We also appreciated the little touches like the bottom of wine and chocolates as well as butter and milk in the fridge. We will most definitely be staying here again some day.

we spent 9 days in this lovely home. couldn’t fault it, all the comforts you could possibly want. well stocked pantry with plenty of hot choccy to enjoy in front of the well stocked fire. all bedrooms having split systems was great for the little ones too. looking forward to our next stay

We are 12 women who annually spend a wkd away (since 2009) . We thought this house on the best we have ever stayed- comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with lovely hot showers! Lots of seating areas for smaller groups. And the hot tub was amazing!!! We will definitely be back. Jayne was great to deal with . Thankyou

The property easily and comfortably accommodated my friends following my daughters wedding. Everything that you need for a wonderful stay was provided. It was a great place to chill and appreciate the outside environment. All the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or as wedding accommodation.

House was fantastic to accomodate three generations of our family. So much space for everyone to enjoy, including the garden. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and so many little extras to make it special. Loved it!

The accomodation was beautiful and spacious. It had a great view with open windows with heaps of natural lighting which was perfect for our winter getaway. The bedrooms were great and super clean.

Family house retreat.
Fantastic property to rent. If your kids have only just started walking there are a few small sets of stairs they will need to be getting used to. Not an issue for us we just had to remind the 2.5 year olds to go slowly.
Absolutely fantastic set up with full kitchen and easy to follow instructions on how to use heating etc.
Highly recommended.

Wished we could stay longer
A beautiful and spacious property which had more than enough room for our group of 7 adults. Very comfy interiors which will have you wanting to stay home with the fire on. Great sleep in very comfortable bed.

Excellent and homely
We had a fabulous stay with 12 of us. 6 adults and 6 kids aged 3-9. The house was immaculately presented with some really friendly, warm welcoming touches. I highly recommend this property, with a large group we were very comfortable with plenty of space.

What an amazing find. This place was quaint but big at the same time. It was so nice looking out the big windows at their amazing garden. To top it off Jayne was easy to communicate with and accommodated our needs as much as possible. Will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend more highly.

Jayne was so easy to contact, every question I asked was answered, we had all our family staying for our sons wedding, the beds were so comfortable, the house is amazing lots of room for us all the hang out, in different rooms if we wished or all together at the dinning room table, and oh the spa, was so so perfect. Pleasurable open space where all can come together to ponder & enjoy
The stunning west facing wall of windows draws your eyes to nature, creating space and tranquility. All the living areas are connected but have there own individual space & character. From the variety of artwork, books, games, DVDs, comfy bedrooms, outdoor space and relaxing spa at hand, this is a home our family thoroughly enjoyed. I think it has the best equipped kitchen I have ever visited as a rental, so easy to entertain. A nice walk to the main street or drive in a blink of an eyelid. Your hosts are prompt, kind & helpful and I highly recommend taking a trip to enjoy this beautiful home. Thanks for all Jayne & Mark. Lifelong memories were made.

Amazing Property !!
Me and my family stay at a different holiday house every year this was our tenth house and by far everyone’s favorite.
Just so peaceful sitting outside listening to the birds and watching them play with hot tub an added bonus
The location was perfect but still hidden away, house was huge with plenty of room for everyone with an air con in every room and really everything you could need I highly reccomend this house to any group looking for a relaxing get away .

What a beautiful home, that’s exactly what it feels like a home. The bedrooms are fantastic. First bed I’ve slept on that rivals our own bed. Beautiful bread, wine and fruit left for us what a lovely touch. Spa is fantastic. Loved the fire. The place was just perfect. Great location. We will be back again for sure. Beautiful home and perfect location
Thank you Jayne and Mark for letting us stay at your beautiful home. House had so much space, nice and tidy and great location. Not far from town but far enough to have the peace and quiet. When staying at other places it’s always hard to find a bed that is comfortable. I can honestly say all beds in your home was so comfy, clean and cosy. Also a bonus when your have a great host. Jayne made us feel very welcome and was always easy to contact. We will be back.
