Parking proche, emplacement idéal ! L'appartement est coquet, propre, agréable comme tout. Cuisine fonctionnelle, salle de bain au top. Parfait pour un weekend de découvertes sur place !

Attention pour celles et ceux qui ne peuvent pas monter beaucoup d'escaliers : l'appartement est sous les toits et l'espace n'est pas bien grand pour monter.

Beds weren’t super comfortable but manageable for a few days.

Amazing location 5 minutes from the champagne avenue. Good facilities and comfy beds. The host was very helpful and it was easy to access the property. Really nicely decorated.

The building the apartment is in did smell of smoke and the property has low ceilings which might be a struggle for anyone tall.

Beautiful apartment in a superb location, good facilities inside and perfect for exploring Epernay. Cheap parking on side street next door or big car park diagonally the road.

Worth being aware that if with small kids it’s at the top of a steep staircase.

It was really close to the center of Epernay! Only a few minutes by foot. Also one street away from avenue de champagne. Awesome location!

Some mornings the hot water run out. I guess the whole building uses the same boiler. However, in the afternoon the water was hot again.

Loved the location and the size of the apartment overall. We had the top floor apt and it was very quiet up there.

The loft apartment is a great size for four people. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you would need for a weekend/week away. The host was helpful and it was easy to get the keys on arrival and leave them safely in the lock box on departure. The location is also great for seeing Epernay. I feel that the pictures of the apartment provided are representative of what it really looks like.

Just to be mindful that there is a narrow staircase to reach the loft apartment. The pillows could have been a bit better. The shower had a small constant drip that could be fixed.

Floors, table and chairs were not very clean. when we wiped them it came away a dark colour.
