Beautiful loft. Perfect base to explore Reggio. Giovanni was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Struttura nel centro cittadino, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, in pochi minuti, dal parcheggio ex CAAM. Self check-in immediato e semplice, molto comodo. Appartamento ben arredato, luminoso. Essendo posizionato in una corte interna non è esposto ai rumori provenienti dalla strada. Proprietario gentile, sempre molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. Sarà la prima opzione in caso abbia bisogno di tornare a Reggio Emilia.

We enjoyed our stay at Lovely Loft. The location is just perfect! We were right in the city center, next to all the piazzas, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars we wanted to see. Still, it was quiet and warm. The room is spacious with a large bathroom and a kitchen. The loft is equipped with everything we needed. Giovanni was available at all times and responded to our questions really promptly.

very difficult to access by large BMW6 car and because of the many one way streets very confusing. Also I did know about the ZTL but assumed that as when staying in a Hotel (as here in Bologna and last visit to Reggio several years ago)they or the garage where the car is parked sort out the ZTL permesso. As it is we are probably going to have to protest a fine . The owner Giovanni could perhaps inform guests what to do in advance or find a way of registering like a hotel. Also for guests staying only a few days as we were it would have been helpful to have a small quantity of wash powder for the machine, more than 1 toilet roll (we had to buy some )and and some information about the city.
