Nice and clean bedroom in a quiet neighbourhood.
Unfortunately really noisy and we found difficult to sleep in. Because the bedroom is actually in a family house we could hear them running down the stairs and a lot of other different noises that made really difficult to have a good rest. 😕

Sfeervolle kamer, mooie materialen zoals beddengoed en gordijnen. Er zit weliswaar geen ontbijt bij maar er zijn faciliteiten om zelf n eenvoudig ontbijt te maken.
Ligging is precies tussen Arrowtown en t centrum van Queenstown
Misschien 1 stoel meer op de kamer zodat je niet op t bed hoeft te zitten.
Wij hadden t geluk dat t droog was en we buiten konden ontbijten, daar staat een klein zitje, als dat niet had gekund, zou je op bed moeten ontbijten

Cozy little spot just outside of Queenstown. It was quiet and quaint. It was very lovely. They had a little welcome sign outide with my name, it was so cute

The host was waiting us. The property is beautiful and Rob and Kylie left us a few nice welcome gestures. Really warm and comfortable place juar 15 minutes away from Queenstown. The neighborhood is quiet ans beautiful . From the Studio you can start a walking trail to Lake Hayes which is amazing with good weather. I will come back for sure

Lovely clean warm suite, great quiet location, close to river, cycle trails, shops. Great shower, and lovely personal touches. Would stay again.
The bed/mattress is sagging on the edges, it probably needs replacing in the near future, but everything else was great!

Good bed and WiFi. Room looks new / recently refurbished. Tranquil as no other guests. Nice garden outlook and view of rocky hilltop. Owner said hello but as a rule they leave guests in peace. Self check in. Nice little patio. Good bathroom and shower towel warmer.
TV well off to side giving neck ache watching from bed. Having to drag suitcases over pebbles. Very small fridge. Location well out of central Queenstown which may bother some (not us).

The room/bed was lovely and the bathroom was generous and very clean. The arrival was a bit weird, it was not completely obvious where the apartment was, with a track around the side of the house and through the slightly overgrown garden.
I was surprised to find that this self-contained room was a part of the house, (accessible through a sliding door at the back of the garden) and with locked doors which would allow access to the main house. I feel that this aspect of the room should be displayed by booking.com when I was making the reservation.

It was nice and quiet, we slept well. Very clean with nice amenities.
It was just too small for us. We had 2 large suitcases and 2 small and had no where to put them. We were travelling for 5 weeks so a little awkward for us.
