Very clean, great space for everyone, Molly was very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the beach. Would rent there again!

The property is nice and very comfortable. The furnishings are comfortable. It was a perfect getaway. Access to the beach is just a short walk and easy.

This cute cottage was perfect for our mother/daughter trip with friends. Very clean; nicely stocked kitchen; short easy walk to the beach (just across the street). We loved riding bikes around the island. This host is very responsive and check in was easy. Highly recommend!

This property is 5 stars! Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of storage and a short walk to the beach! We rented golf carts this weekend and explored everything Edisto has to offer. We will be back and would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Enjoyed our older renovated cute home. Walking distance to beach was great..We took our bikes and enjoyed the bike trail. We had a few family members visit us while we were there and they enjoyed their day. This was ourfirst time staying at Edisto and we plan to return in the future. We only stayed 3 days but next time we will stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay! We all slept well in our well cooled rooms. Just don’t forget your own linens! I dropped the ball and forgot to grab some from home so we bought some at the local general store.

Going Coastal has a lot going for it. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and screened in porch. It was a very short walk to the beach.

This was the perfect location! We could see the sand dunes and hear the waves and be on the beach in under 5 min. The bedrooms were perfect size and even the teens loved the setup and fell asleep on the top bunk together!! The porch was perfect for breakfast and an evening thunderstorm. Restaurants were minutes away and 2 miles from either end of Edisto—perfect for riding bikes to marina or ice cream! Would definitely stay here again. Kitchen was also well stocked with everything needed for cooking in.

We loved our stay at Going Coastal, and Mollie was very responsive and easy to reach. Comfy bed ( very important!), and easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen ( we cook a lot). Wished for a range light above the stove, but otherwise , great! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this house! They had an amazing amount of sand toys, chairs and even a small plastic slide our 2 year old loved playing with. The screened in porch was my absolute favorite part, comfy furniture and perfect for hanging out while babies nap inside like my husband and I did. The walking distance to the beach is so short and you can even see the beach from the porch! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Edisto.

We enjoyed being just a block away/ short walk from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed; we were able to make and have Thanksgiving dinner with the cookware, dishes, and space. We enjoyed seeing the deer; a young buck and doe visited the house several times. We enjoyed biking around the beach and found Edisto Island to be a very peaceful place to stay.

I was seeking a small home close to beach access (steps away) for just myself and spouse with all the amenities we enjoy. Although this cottage offers plenty of space for a family. We enjoy vacation accommodations that offer an experience where we come/go as we please, and everything you need is at your fingertips so you can pack light or bring as much as you want and spread out. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, dish, pot, pan, knife, coffee maker, toaster, microwave to reheat leftovers or enjoy cooking/grilling your own meal. The outdoor/indoor space was tidy, clean with functional and comfortable furniture. Our host answered every email and phone call in minutes to offer assistance when needed. We had a view of the ocean from the deck, and saw plenty of deer walk right by. We had a golf cart rental delivered and it was very easy to charge with the extension cord the rental company provided. We enjoyed our stay very much and defintely hope to make this an annual trip and to book this cottage again. You won't be disappointed with this booking. Photos match the home's features.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The description and photos were exactly as described. The property is very clean, updated, well stocked, and in perfect proximity to the beach. Mollie was a wonderful host and exceptionally quick to respond to communications. The only caveat I would add for future visitors is the shower facilities are a bit cramped. They might offer some difficulties to someone larger in stature or physically limited. This was not an issue for our group, but I deem it worth mentioning. All in all, a relaxing stay at a wonderful property. I recommend Mollie and Going Coastal.

We vacation on Edisto every summer and have been looking for “the” house that meets our needs— one we would enjoy returning to year after year. We’ve finally found it! The property was clean, the location was amazing, and Mollie was a terrific hostess! We’ll be back!

This home was exactly as advertised. We had an excellent week exploring Edisto and spending time on the beach. The owner was very responsive and offered great food recommendations and activities for our kids. I would recommend checking out the Serpentarium and Roxbury Mercantile.

Lucky us, we had great weather and really enjoyed sitting out in the sun on the deck and retreating to the shade of the screened porch. The house is comfortable with nice furnishing, close to the beach and had everything we needed.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house! First and foremost, it was the cleanest rental we have stayed in to date! The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. We absolutely loved our little vacation.

We had the best time! The short walk to the beach was the best; we were there every morning finding shells, starfish, etc. The house was perfect for our family. I wish we would have stayed longer!
