I have visited LBI with my family over the years .. This was by far the best vacation spot . Beautiful house ... on the beach ... host was amazing . Coming back here next year !!!

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was not very beachy, but we still enjoyed the incredible views and had a great family vacation at this property. The location truly can't be beat. Right on the beach and quiet, yet walking/biking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shopping, you name it!
Not having to bring bed linens was a great convenience. But don't forget to being beach and bath towels!
Karen was super helpful before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. We walked to the beach, local restaurants, and drove to a beautiful bay beach with a playground where our toddler loved to splash in the calm, shallow water. The home is clean, comfortable, with huge windows and a fantastic host. We will be back!

Very Nice Property with an Amazing Location
We had a great time and loved being right on the beach. You can see and hear the ocean on the second and third floor balconies. The owner was very responsive to questions leading up to the trip and we didn't have any problems during our stay.

Great place and location
Karen has a wonderful townhome type condo right on the dunes on Ship bottom. The pictures don't do this beautiful rental justice with beach and ocean views on the upper deck along with a private patio outside. 7 adults and 2 kids stayed comfortably - would highly recommend!

Most amenities - mini golf, bakery, liquor store, boat rentals are in walking distance. The property owners (and their family) are congenial and responsive. We’d stay again.
