The house was exactly as the posting said! Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood! The water park in the neighborhood was perfect as well! Walmart being 5 mins away was a plus to go get groceries!

Everything we needed was at this house. It was very close to Disney, the parks and pool was great. They also had a bit of extra stuff that we needed and later we went to but what we needed. I highly recommend this home for families.

We loved our stay at this home plenty of room for everybody. Nice pool nice hot tub. Would have been nice to have a few cleaning Supplies. We flew from far away and were not able to bring cleaning supplies. When we arrived, only one bathroom had about a half a roll of toilet paper. There were seven of us. We had an order arriving from Walmart, which helped a lot. We would definitely recommend this home for a family stay.

Location is great. Traffic is not. First off Allie was our contact and was great. Prompt replys and did everything to make our stay great. There were ants in kitchen dining and master bathroom. Took a couple of days after they put ant traps out. But hey that could happen at home. Huge help would be more info on Using the community pool. Again Allie helped

The house was very nice needs a little updating. It was 2 story could not turn thermostat down below 72 which got a little warm upstairs. The hot tub is connected to the pool which I didn’t read the fine print so in order to use the hot tub it was additional cost. Overall we had a great time.

This was an awesome rental for our almost week long vacation. Everything was super clean, the heated pool and jacuzzi were amazingly clean and large enough for our whole family. All the rooms were nice size, most with en suites and the kids loved the themes. Plenty of stuff to do in the house for a rainy day. Super close to Disney and most attractions. We will definitely rent again in the future. Thank you for everything!

The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The kids loved their themed bedrooms and the game room. Bedrooms were comfortable. First floor furniture is somewhat dated and may be time to upgrade. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances worked great. Overall, we had a wonderful time and also enjoyed the parks and the community pool and amenities.

The house was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. Couple of things should be replaced - downstairs hair dryer did not work and brroom was broken. Had only 1 pod of laundry with me for a load of laundry. I feel if you want a load of laundry started it should be suppled. I could have done several loads with the time we had. Lastly, we were quite concerned to find full propane tanks in the laundry room closet…. Puts renters in harms way…its a dangerous situation. Maybe consider a new plan.

My family stayed 2 weeks at the end of february. We had 5 adults and 5 children. We all loved the house and truly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all, and lots to do too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children visiting Disney for 4 days. The location was great, but prepare yourself for traffic going to and from the parks every day. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and clubhouse facilities, and the house was everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and answered all of my questions promptly. Just a piece of advice, you have to have all of your drivers registered with the hosts before you can get past the guard shack. I failed to do this before the trip, so I had to sit outside the gate while the host put my info into the system. FYI there is a Wal Mart about a mile from the house which was very handy.

The pros:
-location to the parks
-the community
-spacious layout of the house
-property management company was very responsive
The Cons:
- house could definitely use a deep cleaning, all floors are not getting cleaned in any corners, bathroom walls have pee down them, dishes were so gross I had to clean them before use.
-pans so used that I was afraid I was feeding the non-stick lining to my family every time I use one. -pots go that went from a tiny sauce pan to a HUGE stock pot, with no options in between. - upon arrival, with a party of 6, there were 5 forks total in the house
-upon touching the toilet paper holder in the owner’s suite, it fell off the wall
-primary bathroom shower door is broken and is difficult to open
- all bathroom outlets, excepting 1 outlet in 1 bathroom did not work
-12 year old stepping on broken glass in the pool
-house loosing total power after men came to fix outlets
-furnace stopped working at night in January
-when they say house has absolutely no supplies, they REALLY mean it, to the point of there being only water in most hand soap dispensers.
-the shampoo/conditioner combo wash comes two per bathroom and is literally like a ketchup packet.
-literally no kitchen supplies, no salt/pepper, no oil, no cling wrap or tin foil. Nothing but dirty dishes.
-No dishwashing detergent
-No laundry soap, even though they ask you to start wash when you leave
Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the property isn’t being looked after.

The property was perfect for our family. Kids from ages 6-18. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the game room and their themed bedrooms and the mostly the pool and hottub. We loved being so close to the parks (and Walmart). Will definetly be returning.

We absolutely loved the house. We are Florida residents with Disney annual passes, and we usually stay at a Disney resort. But we wanted to do a vacation with extended family, so started to look at rentals near the parks that could fit us all. We are glad we found this place. It had everything we needed and was close to the parks—the longest drive was 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom parking. The only negative mark we have is that there’s no railing/handle to grab when getting in and out of the hot tub, which can make it tricky to use.

The home was just as expected from the photos. There was more than enough space for a group of 11. We had a slight issue with the AC upon arrival but the owner was called and the property management handled it quickly. The home was lovely!

We had 6 kids and 4 adults on our trip. They house was the perfect size. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The kids loved the themed rooms and we went to the resort for a day also! So many amenities for little ones!

The house was just as advertised. Rooms were huge, plenty of space! The location was great!!! We had a wifi/cable issue (huge issue when traveling with teens!) the first night but owners had it rectified the next day. The location was perfect!

For starters, im a Hotel girl. I've never rented a home before and i never give reviews. But my stay at this home was AMAZING! Not 1 bad thing to say about the Home. Our Vaca was wonderful and the home was exactly as listed! For my next trip to Disney I will for sure come back to this property and i will send this link to any friends and family traveling to Orlando. Thanks for making my stay a great one! My family and I enjoyed an amazing Florida vacation with our stay here on the second leg of our trip. Although a couple of issues popped up, the owner stepped up and quickly resolved them. Place was as advertised, and more. I’ve already recommended the property to a coworker and will definitely seek to stay at the property again if in the Kissimmee / Orlando area!

Our extended family of 10 stayed in this property for 10 nights. We were happy to have so much space. The pool was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long days of walking in the parks (pay for heating the pool, it is worth it). The property is a very easy drive to Disney. We were most impressed that despite many people showering we never ran out of hot water. Sometimes it’s the small things….

This was a way better experience than staying at a hotel or one of those water park resorts. Way more room for a larger family and the cost was significantly less than had we gone that route. The pictures are 100% accurate and I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

This was a beautiful home and a beautiful location water park and everything was included with our stay the kids enjoyed everything about this place my little girl loved the princess room they loved a little game room and enjoyed the clean pool that was heated for us we were still able to have fun at night and so was the other homes without keeping us up Best Day Ever can't wait to do this again property owner responded very quickly to any messages that I sent I 100% recommend this place

The home was everything that was advertised. Fun for all ages between 5 and 50! Communications with property management was excellent. Great amenities as well as proximity to Walt Disney. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House!
Our whole Family enjoyed the Stay, the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The rooms were amazingly decorated just right for our kids! The only complaint would be that the hair dryer in the master bath didn’t work and the game systems in the game room were either missing cords or had broken games so non of them could be played. Other than that it was an amazing stay! We would definitely plan another stay at this location again and it was so close to Disney and Universal and plenty of restaurants and gift shops in the area!

We had a wonderful trip and great stay. The home was family friendly and infant friendly. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend paying for the heated pool. No major issues.

Comfortable beds, great resort pool/water park, wonderful to be able to use pool/hot tub/grill at the house. Lots of space for 2 families. Property and amenities do need updating though.

We had a great time and experience with the house the only issue we had was that the plug to the air hockey table was disconnected from the cord and the plug to the Wii was Missing. The rest was just as advertised and expected!

Great location-lots of room space
We had a great pre-Christmas stay. We had plenty of room and bathroom space for our family. The bedroom layout was great for multiple generations or families. The heated pool was nice for December! The location was great both within the Windsor Hills community and the proximity to the parks and shopping/dining.

An Enjoyable Stay
Our family of six had plenty of room, very clean Disney themed bedrooms and a game room with air hockey and pool table for the kids! We made breakfast every morning in the spacious equipped kitchen. An enjoyable stay!
