wasn’t clean. no tea towel or kitchen roll to dry up. no toilet paper. fire was disgusting with dirt all over bottom of it. hadn’t been cleaned before we went in.

Lovely and homely, in a great location on the site 😀 very clean and double bed was very very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Maybe a mat of some sort running up the outside steps as my dog struggled as it was quite slippy, but was pretty funny seeing my dog act like bambi on ice 🤣

Good location every thing you need shops .transport food supermarket close by and entertainment.

Perfect location for a family break away. Nice to be mixed amongst privately owned caravans and not all rentals. Quiet little spot and lovely deck to sit on enjoying a beverage as the sun sets. Overall a great stay.

There was nothing we really disliked in all honesty, finding no toilet paper on arrival after a 4 hour drive was the only let down.

Forgot how little space in caravans. Mattresses we used had springs we could feel them and woke us during the night, so unable to rest properly.

Location

Caravan felt tired. I did contact the owner to report a couple of faults. The curtain rail was hanging off and there was mould on the shower. Large caravan but felt like it needed a deep clean

Great caravan, spacious and clean, location is fantastic close to a lovely beach, and the site is one of the best! Had to pay extra for passes, but wasn’t expensive and was well worth every penny! Will definitely be returning! 5 stars from us :)

Location to the beach

Caravan was lovely, well kept and clean. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a lovely short break

Living room could do with a lamp, at night it was a choice of the main ceiling light on or off. A softer light would have made it feel more homely.

Closeness of the shops and takeaways. Nice and quiet as out of season.Verandah round caravan an excellent facility.

No street signs on the site to tell you this is actually Palm Grove. Given a map come diagram by reception which didn't help much as there were no road/street signs to tell us where we were. Had to ask someone if we were in Palm Grove.

Very close to everything we needed, very quiet too, decking outside was nice.

Could've been cleaned a lot better, many instantly noticeable areas that were visibly unclean unfortunately and the kettle needs replacing. It didn't smell in main living areas but bedrooms did and there was net curtains which we found distasteful. Widows behind these were unclean and small black hairs on all bedding that was provided.

Great location, close to the beach. The weather might have been a bit bleak outside at times, but we snuggled down and enjoyed our break.

The site was good had all you needed a shop, Chinese, fish n chip shop, a few drinking places, arcades for the kids a park on site, and crazy golf, and you could walk to the beach from the site which was great, so you had everything there for you and you can walk into Chapel St Leonards village from site takes about 15 - 20 minutes either the roadway or even walk down from the sea front which is nicer. You are also only a small 10 minute drive from Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island, and Skegness. The caravan was clean and had everything you needed, nice and cozy when you had the heating on at night. People on the site seemed friendly always say hello when we were out walking the dog.

Wish we would have gone in the summer when the weather was better, but that was our fault going in October but to be fair it wasn't too cold quite mild but missed the sunshine and obviously having covid around did make things a little more restrictive, but saying that everyone did have it all under control and working well.

A good sized living room and kitchen utilities Lovely balcony and outdoor seating Good location Helpful owners Comfy and ideal for a few days away to chill
