Amazing location. Very near to the Golden Temple and market. Great service with friendly staff. Mr Gurpreet and Mr Maninder were very helpful. Delicious food at hotel restaurant, Masala Darbar. Special shout out to Bhupinder Uncle. Thank you for your hospitality. Overall we had a good and pleasant stay.

Got a nasty surprise to know that the room I booked was not available/showing at the hotel when I reached the hotel. I had booked a triple room on the app but was given a smaller room first. Besides, they charged Rs.1000/- for the triple room (which I had already booked) in addition to the booking amount as the booked room type was not available and/or it didn't show on their side of the app/computer. Don't know if it's the booking.com app's issue or the hotel's issue. So, had no option but to pay Rs. 1000/- more over and above the booking amount shown on the booking.com app. Booking.com should look into this kind of issue as it doesn't give a clear picture of the room and/or its correct price.

The food was delicious , must have, dont order from outside....eat hotel cooked meals. The images displayed on all online platforms while booking showed a footon bed as a separate single bed, now if you book in a hurry and dont know what footon is but just trust the images displayed for the room that does not have an actual 2nd bed (should not be displayed at the first place , misleading images)...you will end up having one family member sleeping on the floor with 1 slim mattress. They refused to give another one to make it seem like a bed and only when I said I am cancelling the booking, they came to give us another room that had an extra bed but it was a smaller room though. So they did help but after us making a scene about it, pls remove misleading images from all sites for the king rooms! Interiors are nice and modern.

Dirty washroom- The pot was dirty and stained when we arrived, they dont clean the washrooms properly and sorry to say but there are guests who are very keen about cleanliness and hygiene, it was like yuck to even use it...the amount paid and the actual mrp should not come with dirty yuck toilets! It may not be important for you but there are people who dont care about you beautifying the hotel but about real cleanlienss. The extra bed in the room had a good mattress but the main bed had mattress that was diving in instead of a hard mattress...the pillows are thin and not comfortable...all in all...if you understand the importance of a good mattress when you are dead tired from travelling, pls re think! The rooms should be sound proof if they are built at such close proximity to each other! We could hear the next room guests talk crystal clear! A big reason why we could not sleep cos the guests in surrounding rooms were up and happening til 1-2 am which is none of our business but if their noises are reaching our ears so clear and their kids crying shouting etc....I wonder how can anyone sleep! We had started early morning and required a good nights sleep but we didnt get it! The manager told us there may be little disturbance but what we encountered was not distrubance it was noise pollution! The room service is unprofessional, we ordered tea without sugar but they gave with sugar. Also, if people get up earlier than 830 or 9 am, they wont get any breakfast and need to manage with snacks or just go out to eat. We were told they dont operate before 830am but they wil send us a kettle to make tea which never came and we were hungry til they actually jad breakfast prepared! Why we waited? our package included breakfast so why spend outside...they are u unprofessional cos in other hotels you can get stuff 24x7 and that is what this industry is about....there is nor set timeline so you gotta have staff ready 24 x7 ...

Management lack coordination. Rooms in pic and in real are very different. No view of Golden Temple from any of the rooms. Rooms which we booked online weren’t allotted to us and when we tried to show them the booking app we were told that it’s erroneous.
