A white man from corporate seems to be racist, even a few nurses complaining about him. This so-called guy from corporate came beating down my door to get out because I was granted permission the day before, for a late checkout. Intown Suites has a lot of refugees staying there and this seems to have an effect on there customer service skill. Everyone is treated like a refugee and management likes to threaten guest about calling the police when stand up for what’s right. I had to fight with them to get my deposit back, very rude and disrespectful staff members.

The toilet was broke and the room had no hot water. They don't clean the room because of covid-19 they say

It was very clean and comfortable.

The lain isn't ideal.

A very pleasant manager on duty when I checked in and policy was a little different so our reservation was cancelled but it was alright with manager she rebooked us and even let me pick a room of liking by showing them to me . there was a plus in our stay that there were great guests staying in the hotel.

I liked it all .
