THE BEST PLACE TO VACATION ! THE HOST WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO HOLLYWOOD FOR 5 YEARS AND THIS HOUSE IS GREAT!

This house offered everything it promised. It was perfect for our families stay, was a good jumping off point for sight seeing, and the pool/hot-tub was a welcome distraction. The setting was a little more residential than I was expecting and while it was private you are close to neighbors. I parked on the street instead of using the gated parking area in the rear, and it felt very safe. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Always responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay for my family! Loved that we didn’t need to go anywhere to have a great time! The amenities are amazing and everything was in great working condition! We felt safe and Frank replied immediately to any questions or concerns we had! Flights were delayed and he did an amazing job at making it less stressful for my family and I! Wouldn’t definitely stay again!

I would definitely stay here again. We loved the BBQ area & pool was a winner with the grandkids. 5 stars.

This accommodation was almost perfect for my husband and I, and our 2 adult children to meet up for a warm weather vacation. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor dining area was great for eating, reading or playing cards. The house inside was spotless, the appliances were new and we enjoyed the large screen TV as well. We made use of the tennis courts that were only a short walk away. The neighborhood was nice and the proximity to the beach and grocery store was good. Francisco was very responsive and checked in with us also. Last summer we we’re looking for a place to spend a few weeks in sunny Florida near the beach. We loved the pool and outdoor kitchen here and it’s close to the beach and shopping, house was clean and met our needs, Frank was a great host

Owner was great and very nice! The pool and outdoor space was awesome!

I rent vacation homes and by far this one surpassed all previous ones. The outdoor is an oasis and the indoor is spacious. The host makes you feel like the royal family coming to visit. We will be back!

It was under unfortunate circumstances that we all got together. But our host Frank and the property itself made our stay wonderful. I would definitely rebook this property.

The house was amazing. It looked brand new and it was an amazing stay. The house had everything you need to have a wonderful vacation without ever having to leave the house. It also is in close vicinity to the beaches and a beautiful beachy town. There are at least 2 cameras in the backyard that make you feel like you are being watched. I'm not saying that we were being watched, but the cameras made it feel less than private. Also one of the main reason I rented this house was the hot tub. There was not a hot tub as stated in the description. It was an extension of the pool and maintained the same temperature as the rest of the pool, not hot by anyways means.. I was under the impression that it was an actual jacuzzi for soaking that heated up to a regular jacuzzi temperature, but it didn't. Also the host checked in with us via phone daily and that is something I am not used to and could of done without. The yard man did show up and attempt to cut the grass while we were enjoying the pool but was understanding and rescheduled his maintenance. All in all it was a great house and a wonderful experience. I hope this helps God bless you all

We had a fantastic vacation at this home. Location, Location, Location! Only a few minutes from the beautiful Hollywood beach and amazing restaurants! This home was perfect for our family. It was very clean, and spacious with a fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen area. Frank checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Perfect getaway for our social distancing vacation. The pool and hot tub were great. Great space for bbq and to eat while getting fresh air. There were enough pool chairs for tanning, also beach chairs, and even a pack and play for our little one. The owner contacted us before hand and was extremely approachable during our stay.Only few minutes (drive) from the Hollywood beach, which wasn’t very crowded and with very easy parking. Lots of restaurants close by with take out and delivery options.If we come back will definitely come back to this property.

This house was exactly how it was listed. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, the outdoor dining was amazing, and the beach/broadwalk was just a short drive. Franc was always readily available. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Overall my stay was great. The property was very clean and the property manager ensured that my stay was pleasant. The location was great and the amenities allowed my friends and I to be comfortable. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit Florida. You will not be disappointed.

The property was amazing -- My daughters enjoyed the pool so much... The house is super clean, brand new inside and out... The outside area is fantastic... The owner is extremely nice and helpful. The property was amazing -- super clean, fantastic amenities. We greatly enjoyed the pool and outside kitchen area. All of the upgrades in the home are beautiful and we were very comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, a few miles from the beach. Frank was a gracious host and extremely accessible. We will absolutely be back!!!!

Nice Stay

We were lucky to find this gem last minute when our cruise was canceled. First class appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms and yard. Easy drive to beach and downtown Hollywood. Highly recommend!
