My fiancé and I wanted a quiet place to stay kind of away from the busy part of Hot Springs. This was the place! Nice pool area. Random seating areas around the lake. Still close enough to everything of convenience. It was perfect for us! It was very clean and well stocked with towels and had any kitchenware you could possibly need.

My kids and I were very pleased with our stay here at Beacon Manor. I relied heavily on ratings/feedback when I was choosing a condo (which is why I am leaving this review to help others) and I would definitely stay here again! Also I have already recommended to family and friends. (Only one semi-negative comment I have regarding the building is the "gym" is not very functional. Most of the equipment was broken and everything was basically on top of each other) But overall, I rate our stay a 10/10!

This property was close in proximity to our extended family staying in a separate Lakehouse. The strong smell of cologne/air freshener was an overwhelming as we entered the property. It seemed to mask an underlying smell. A few towels and a blanket smelled a bit stale. Overall, it was clean, safe and provided a convenient stay.

We are a family of 4 that stayed here to visit Hot Springs. This place was affordable, clean and a great place to stay. The building is older but really nicely maintained and had an awesome pool area that overlooks lake Hamilton. I would definitely recommend anyone come stay here for their trip!

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place, with a very responsive host and easy get-in & get-out directions, this is your place! Host responded within minutes when I had a question, the details for entering the property and condo were very easy to understand, and the check-out process was not a burden. I have stayed at other places where they asked you to do an unreasonable amount of cleaning and work before you left, but this place was easy. Basically, don't leave a mess and she is happy. The beds were soft (as were the bath towels), the kitchen appliances nice and easy to use, and the shower was very nice! Will definitely book again!

This was our first VRBO experience, and we are glad it happened here! Overall the stay was great! We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Comfortable furniture, very clean and tidy spaces. We LOVED the pillows, getting our own when we get home! Our only sad faces came in the forms of personal preference. Traveling with a child, at night we like to watch different things on T.V. so a T.V. in the bedroom would be nice. Additionally, we like cooking so a better variety of cookware and utensils might help those people who like to do the same. We will be back on our next trip to Hot Springs! Thank you so much!

The property was clean and checking in was seamless. There was an issue with the door code, but I was able to reach the owner by phone and get into the property quickly. The location was perfect and the kitchen had everything I could have thought of. Overall, great stay!

This was a cute place to stay. My family enjoyed the game room. It was a quiet place. Everyone was kind. Check in/out was so easy. Communication with the owner was quick. Apartment was so cute! This was not in the middle of all the busy but was a quick drive to attractions. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the mattress needs to be updated. But unless you’re here to sleep alot it will be fine. Will be coming back and recommending to others.

This apt was very clean and host was accomodating with great communication. The pool was very nice and location very close to lots of fun things! The only downside was the mattresses were noisy and not so comfortable and the toilet/shower room was very small.

I am a grandmother who took my 10 year old and 16 year old here during spring break. It was perfect. The things we love:1. Gated community- felt very safe 2.communication during the process 3.the coding system and keyfob perfectly explained 4. Very clean and well stocked 5. The boys loved the game room/work out room. 6. the lake view from the balcony 7. Location is very good to access downtown and restaurants 8. A nice outdoor pool that we will enjoy in warmer weather 9. Very clean, attractive grounds and the price is excellent. We will stay again in the future.

Fourth of July getaway
My husband and I stayed at this cute condo for the holiday long weekend. The communication was excellent, check-in process smooth, location and security was great, and the property very clean. The view of Lake Hamilton from the screened in patio was lovely - perfect for early morning coffee. Overall, a convenient and great place to stay.

Amazing stay. Easy check in and check out process. Condo was clean. Plenty of towels. Pool was clean. Would recommend this place to anyone. Kid friendly and safe place to be with gated community and key entry to get into any door. Very fair price! Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hotsprings.

Beautiful Oasis 8 stories high
The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The lake theme throughout was beautiful. There was plenty of coffee, kitchen utensils, towels and linens. Having extra pillows & blankets were perfect for both of us to snuggle up in at bedtime. I have a few suggestions: tighten the toilet to the floor as it rocked every time we used it and have a small shelf or something in the shower to place bath supplies (shampoo, soap, razor, etc.). Thank you thank you for a wonderful stay. I know others will enjoy your hospitality.

Exactly what we were looking for
The condo is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and came with all the necessary amenities. It blew us away for the price we paid. Jelena was very detailed and thorough about the check in and check out process. When we first arrived our AC wouldn’t cut on and she sent someone to fix it right away. I’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our 27th wedding anniversary, and this was the perfect place! Very clean, decorated just like in pictures. Cute, cute, cute place to stay. Close to all Hot Springs has to offer!! Our host thought of everything, from the makeup towels too the coffee! Perfect! Very happy with this condo

Great value and very well equipped
I was extremely impressed with how well stocked this condo was. Plenty of essential items without mad dashes to get stuff. Location is right on lake with view from the deck. It was probably closer to the park than we realized because the streets do odd things.
The bedroom is huge. There was plenty of room for the two beds.
Recommend it and the owner.
