Spacious home that was very prepared for group rental. The outdoor space is amazing, room for kids to play, swim, fish. Spacious inside for multiple families to enjoy together but also have quiet. Very impressed!

My family and I, all 16 of us and 2 dogs, had a wonderful weekend here. The house was clean and spacious. The river it sits on is pretty busy and can make water activity right off the small beach a tad difficult but that didnt deter us. All the beds were used on this trip and they were all very comfy to say the least. We had a boat rental from a local company that dropped it off and picked it up for us and we were able to enjoy that as well. The canoe that was provided by the host was a great touch and splendid surprise, they even had chairs for us to sit out by the fire pit. My family and I are highly considering renting this location again next year.

We had 13 adults and one baby in our group, and the house was ideal for our use. The open concept made being together so effortless while the bedrooms were quiet and secluded.
The view was spectacular, and we enjoyed the daily visits from the deer. The beach area was lovely and we enjoyed the firepit at night. We prepared all our own meals, and the kitchen seemed adequately stocked with utensils, glassware, cookware and dishes. Honestly, though, as we all drove up there, we came prepared with our own knives, dish towels, baking sheets, mixing bowls, dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Could have used some extra serving platters.
The house was clean and well stocked with bath towels, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels.
One word of warning, the epoxy floor of the garage is VERY slippery when wet! Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about this listing. We, as a family, really enjoyed our time at the house, and found it quiet and relaxing. We will be back for another stay in the future.

This is a wonderful property. The maintenance department for Vacasa is awesome. If you run into any issues, they take care of it right away. We are looking forward to our stay in Eagle River next year.

Property is nice, needs some maintenance. Fridge had cracked drawer and didn’t keep everything cool as it should, grill outside was dirty and fire pit area a mess. Dining table and chairs and sectional sofa needs to be replaced. Biggest issues is the management company, Vacasa, and their horrible communication! The cabin has no cell service and no land line so we couldn’t contact them from the cabin with a snowstorm approaching. We had to call their customer service number when we went into town and got a person in another state far away who didn’t help at all. Finally a local Vacasa contacted us but still didn’t solve all issues. We’ll never use them again.

Nice quiet property on the lake. Check in process and communication with owner was smooth. Everything clean and in working order. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking but not enough drinking glasses. (They do have some plastic ones). Renter should be aware there are no basic spices not even salt and pepper. Overall a nice, quiet and relaxing place to stay.

We spent a week at this house with multiple kids and adults and really enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and spacious, plenty of room for everybody to spread out. The deck was a nice feature with several tables so we could enjoy the scenery when we weren't out boating. Very conveniently located with decent proximity to town. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Was great to be able to have the whole family stay in one place. Being we went in winter, getting to the house was a little tricky, but we managed. Gathering space was large enough for us all to be able to eat and play games. Being on the water was great for those wanting to ice fish. Would recommend and would stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Golf View. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We love the beach/bonfire area and the close proximity to the golf course. The listing mentions the Lake Forest Recreation Center but that has been closed for some time. The golf course is still open.

The spacious home had room for everyone. The very close proximity to the golf course made our golfers very happy. The sand beach is perfect for swimming and floating. Nightly bonfires on the island property were a great way to end the day.

I highly recommend 1480 Golf View! We had 3 generations staying together and this home was perfect! Pier for the boat, an island with fire pit and beach, and dog friendly! Plus, local manager Katie is a gem who take great care of us. The best!!

A very nice stay.
Location of the property was excellent on Eagle Lake right before the channel to Voyager Lake. Dock was nice, very small beach (but we were able to use a beach from a nearby property). Beautiful and secluded fire pit area. House was very nice, but showing some wear and tear. Had repeated problems with the tv as the router was behind a locked door and when calling to assist service they needed to send someone out who didn't come for about 24 hours. Water pressure for showers was rather low and some leaky sinks.
One other complaint was that the supplies such as toilet paper was very chinzy and we ran out of garbage bags and had to buy some. We used our last dishwasher pellet on our final morning.
But all in all it was a great stay with many memories for our family. This was our first time on the Eagle River chain and it is our favorite so far. We've been doing this for 4 years and this was the best yet.

Plenty of room for large groups. The bedrooms were all good size as well as the 3 bathrooms. Loved the deck, yard and pier for enjoying the outdoors. The lakes are beautiful.

Amazing Christmas in June!
Everything was great and fun was had by all! Because of this experience, we all want to do it again next year!
A couple of minor things:
1. The side track on the sliding screen door is broken. It was when we got there.
2. There is a small leak under the dishwasher on the left side.
3. And, the water in the upstairs bathroom had no pressure.

Great place for family gathering
Excellent property for group of 18, very well kept and room for everyone. Fishing off the dock was great. Small sandy beach for swimming. Awesome fire pit with plenty of chairs. Bedrooms were huge with nice linens. Everything from laundry detergent to toilet paper was well stocked. Golf coarse right up the street. A memorable weekend at an awesome place.

Relaxing week
The house had plenty of space for our large family. Everyone enjoyed being able to walk to the golf course. The yard was big enough for yard games. It was so nice to have the large garage available to keep the golf clubs, camping chairs, coolers, bikes, etc. The house was very clean.

Check in process was simple. Property was very clean. Cabin was very spacious and was more than enough room for our party of 18. Wasn't fond of the quiet hours but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, Solitude with Amazing Views.
Right from the moment we walked in we felt at home. We appreciated having the lights on inside. Because we arrived late, we wished we would have requested a outside light left on to open the door. All the rooms were beautifully and charming as one would experience in a lake home.

Beautiful home
Great vacation property with nice views of the water. The walk to the dock is shorter than it looks in the pictures. It has a great firepit area. Great open concept kitchen/dining/living area for gathering with friends/family. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and stretch out. We would definitely stay here again.

Family snowmobile trip
This is a very nice place with plenty of space for sleeping and spending time together. The trails are very easily accessible . There were plenty of towels and bed linens. My only comment is that the need to supply more than one roll of paper towel for the kitchen and some all purpose cleaner to clean off the counters after meals/use. Overall... very satisfied!

This home in Eagle River had more than enough space for our family. The beautiful kitchen had everything we could need to make a meal. Views of the Lake from the living room, kitchen and dining room were perfect! The 3 bathrooms were wonderful too. Wifi was great. We had a Perfect stay.

Beautiful location and fully loaded
We absolutely love our stay. We came for just a weekend with a large group of 16 and a dog. We've stayed at other locations before so we didn't expect to have much but there were plenty of dishes and utensils, definitely plenty of beds, the place was really clean when we arrived, and the communication with the property management was good and professional. I'd definitely recommend this place for those wanting to get away from the city and just enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoors.
