Island Vibe 5 ist ein neu renoviertes Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, einem beheizten Pool, tropischer Landschaft und einem privaten Garten. Es hat eine gemeinsame Wand mit dem Gerät nebenan. Dieses schöne Anwesen befindet sich in der 631 Street 311A in Holmes Beach, in günstiger Lage zum Strand und in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend in Holmes Beach. Our family of 4(two teens)had an amazing time in this cute little home. Island vibe had everything we needed for the week. So many of the little essentials were included along with all the needed beach items. Unless your item specific, you really dont need to bring a thing except your clothing.
I cant say enough good things about the host. Cathy was amazing!! She was quick to answer all of my questions and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory.
We'd definitely stay here again!!

This was the best place I think I've ever stayed!! WE LOVED IT!! VERY clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and relaxing.The kitchen had lots of space to cook In. The pool with TV and patio was a hit.Thimgs we couksnt haul from WV like beach canopy, chairs, toys etc. they even provided beach towels!! Our host was the best! She made sure we had everything we needed. She checked on us during the stay. She was very helpful and fast about returning communication. It was perfect for our family of four (2 adults 2 teens) This was our first time to AMI. We will definitely be back and plan to return to Island Vibe 5. Ty Cathy for being the. best host and making sure we had evergfgfggffgfgything we needed! We appreciate you!!

This is a lovely spot on Anna Maria Island. Beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. Just a short walk to the beach. Very nice backyard with a pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Great communication with Cathy the property manager. We had no issue at all but Cathy checked in to make sure we were good. I would definitely stay here again. Love the AMI vibe!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was not only quaint and beautiful, but it was also in an awesome location with tons of beach perks to use! They had everything you’d need for some wonderful days at the beach! The pool was fantastic and refreshing! The house setup was ideal and had everything we needed! This was the perfect house for our family of four. Great pool for hot afternoons, extremely clean, and everything you would need to walk to the beach. My only recommendation would be to go through the kitchen and really think about what people might need for cooking and baking. The nonstick pans were old and scratched, and there were no baking dishes. But other than that the house was well stocked, and we had a great visit. We would stay there again for sure!

The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated and updated. The pool area was perfect for my 5 year old. We didn’t have to pack any beach chairs or umbrellas because it was all provided. This was our first trip to AMI and we had a blast between the beach and the pool. They also allowed us to bring our bigger dog, while most places have weight restrictions. We would definitely stay here again. We loved it here.

We’ve been coming to the island for 30 years. This rental was perfect. Clean, close to beach, and it was well-stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc., most of which is never supplied in a rental on the island. The cleaner was super sweet (we ran into her upon arrival), as was the owner.
The pool was on the small side, but it was perfect for us. Plenty of room for parking and the fridge actually kept food cold AND the ice maker rocked! That’s not common in our past rentals.
We’d definitely stay here again, we’re actually thinking about booking it in the future. Couldn’t had been better!
*you do share parking/duplex with other renters. The people who rented the other part of the duplex at the same time as us had different people coming and going constantly and we smelled weed a few different times. Kinda annoying but they were quiet, so it wasn’t a big deal.

This house was the perfect size for me, my sister-in-law and my three year old. It was very clean and pretty much everything we needed was provided. Pool was perfect way to spend the afternoon while my toddler napped. And only a super short walk to Holmes Beach.

Just what we needed!
My husband and I came down to bring our dogs to be trained out in Myakka for the week. We needed a place to get away from it all and just enjoy some relaxing time together. The house was comfortable and inviting and we were able to find a healthy balance between working and being lazy. We slept in each day and made great use of the salt water pool. Besides groceries there was nothing else we needed to bring. The house had it all! We picked up one of our Goldens on Wednesday and enjoyed the second half of the trip with him in tow. The restaurants on the island were all accommodating to him and made us feel very welcome. The house made it easy to live with a dog. The hard wood floors made for easy clean up from long walks or a trip to the pool/beach. We had such a great stay and we can't wait to book again!

Anna Maria Island
Every thing was super clean and brand new, and it had everything that you could possibly need including coffee pot with kuerig, beach towels, chairs, tent, cart, and pool toys. Dog park across the street, restaurant, island tours, and shopping very close. The beach was a 0.4 mile walk around the corner, but we really enjoyed the private pool oasis with T.V., gas grill, and umbrella in pool. Sara is super nice! We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything!

Best property we’ve ever stayed in!
The property was exactly as advertised and had all needed amenities for a relaxing week away from home. The pool was a blessing because red-tide caused some respiratory problems for me when I was at the beach. Owner reached out to me letting me know there was some room for early check-in and/or later check-out. All around great place and would definitely stay here again, but if all goes as planned, my family will be living in Florida at this time next year. Thanks again Sara!

AMI friends’ trip
Our group of three enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very nicely remodeled so that it seems brand new. It was immaculately clean with everything we needed. The pool area was perfect for us with beautiful landscaping and plenty of seating. The beach access was about 4 1/2 blocks away. There is an attached unit in the back, but it must be well sound proofed because we couldn’t hear a thing. We would definitely choose this place on a return trip!

This home is perfect for a family or two couples. Clean, fully stocked, newly remodeled. The pool is full sun and perfect for relaxing any time of day. We did not hear neighbors at all. 7 min walk to beach. Sara was a great host and we couldn’t have been happier! We will 100% return. We had several friends in area who did not have homes as advertised and were pleased to have felt we got more than was expected!
