Location was close to my early am destination. Most affordable room in the entire area, great value. Good water pressure.

Numerous potholes in adjacent street cause noise when semi trucks pass by. Some expected amenities missing like toilet paper role holder, towel bars, nightstand lamp so you don't have to get out of bed to turn light on / off, no outlet by the bed for charging devices.

Pros: price was the primary reason for stay $70 a night tax & fees included (50 deposit) Place has potential to grow, probably invest more in plants around the area Rooms are updated nice size TV and AC works well, not as smelly Decent bed, nice smelling pillows and sheets I like the shampoo they give has a nice scent Not too far from convenient stores,

Cons: smelly carpets, needs monthly carpet cleaning. Frequent cigarette smell from other rooms(headaches) Bad air quality, need fan or better ventilation instead of AC Gaps in door allowing cigarette smoke to enter Restroom walls should be clean with Clorox well, to the top and to the bottom after use. Starbucks is 2.5 miles away (just saying)

I thought I may have lost something. And the staff went above and beyond to make sure I't wasn't. Also the hotel had a very good view of the fireworks and wasn't busy around me.

All in all happy with our stay definitely stay there again in the future

The room was dirty, there was hair everywhere, dirty towels

The hotel is small but surprisingly comfortable and very clean. The staff was great and helped with everything I needed. I loved the history of the place and knowing it made my stay even more unique.

The location makes it hard to find while driving if you do not know the area well. The roads are neglected and poorly managed by the city.
