Really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything, but private enough to enjoy some quiet time and the beauty of the location. The hammocks are a nice touch! We loved having outdoor space next to pool to lounge and listen to the waves!

We had a terrific stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our two families with small kids. Location to the beach was fantastic, kitchen was well equiped as we prepared all our meals in, and pool was ideal for the afternoons. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. It's a great beach. The kitchen is well appointed. There is a garage converted to a 6th bedroom we just used to store kids' toys. The pool was perfect for the kids. Like all VRBO properties, everything appears bigger in the pictures. It would have been nice if the main floor living area was larger, but due to the age spread, we ate in shifts and spent most of our time outside anyway.

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The house is located very close to a couple of grocery stores (Publix & Winn Dixie). Rosemary Beach is just down the road if you want to boutique shop. Down the street going East is a great market, butcher shop, liquor store & gifts all in one called Carousel (Laguna Beach). The house is beautiful! The views are gorgeous! The kitchen is well equipped too! The only suggestion is that there needs to be directions for the TV’s. Roku was new to us, but we finally figured it out.

Celebrated my 60th bd with family. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Views were breathtaking and the beach access was great! The pool was heated and the kids really enjoyed that! Plenty of space for the 7 of us.

We all had a great time making memories. It was a great house right on the beach and it was plenty big enough for the ten of us.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has a great view of the beach and a wide stretch of beach to enjoy. The house was nicely stocked and clean. Great for a family trip!

Enjoyed staying at this property. Housecleaning wasn’t great though. Had to clean the refrigerator out because it smelled like shrimp-, etc- other then that we all had a great time.

We had a great time at this property. Pros: Beautiful views, great TV selections, well stocked kitchen, close to Grocery stores and easy to find. Beach was absolutely breathtaking with plenty of shells! We even got to see dolphins and a swordfish in the water! Recommendations: The house should be listed as four bedrooms, in my opinion. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is how everyone accesses the pool and beach without having to go out the streetside door and around the outside of the property. I would recommend taking the bed out of this room and putting a pool table instead. The finished garage was intresting since we didnt realize it was this way until we arrived. However, we were shocked that the garage door was still operational. This makes this room questionable for "children overflow" as stated elsewhere, due to safety concers. I would recommend making the investment to turn the garage door into an actual wall and then splitting this into two rooms. This way you could advertise the house as, "six bedrooms and bonus room with pool table!" The pool was "dirty" as other guests have commented, but it took me all of 10 mins to clean the palm tree leaves out. The beach is usually windy so the debre in the pool is expected. Comments stating the pool was dirty are being a little impractical, in my opinion. The only thing that was truly alarming was that we found several nails and screws in the gravel area with the hammocks. I wouldn't say this was the owners fault because they did alert us that the roof had been worked on prior to our arrival. There is also the new construction next door that was actively being worked on during our stay. Some of the nails and screws could have been from this as well. I would recommend the owner run a magnet over the gravel area a few times a year to check for anything like this. We did a walk through the best we could and disposed of any we found. There are also a few repairs that need to be fixed. These include the handle on the downstairs sliding door that another comment mentioned, an electrical cover in the master bedroom that has nothing to mount too in the wall, and the stair spindles need to be replaced; many look to have been glued back in place multiple times. Conclusion: We had a great time at this property and would recommend it/stay in it again. The house has obviously been a favorite for quite some time, for various guests, due to the well loved characteristics of the home.

The house is very spacious with great views. Access to the beach is through a bedroom and through the pool. So many bugs. House is well equipped with kitchen utensils. Need additional blankets. Not enough toilet paper supplied. Property manager very responsive.

The location and view were wonderful. Best equipped kitchen I've ever encountered on a rental. When one Air Conditioner quit working someone arrived in 30 minutes! The biggest downside was getting outside from the bottom floor. Door to pool stuck so most could not even open it. In that same bedroom the handle to the patio door was off and repaired only stayed on for less than one day. Needs replacement or just larger screws. Probably due to that door too being extremely difficult to open. Not the owners fault, but the living room/dining room area is much smaller than the pictures would leave one to believe. If not sitting on one of the sofa there was no floor space so the only option to watch tv was on a hard dining room chair. Bedrooms on the other hand were larger than anticipated. Ad states parking is only 3 cars. And that is tight. With no option since the house sits directly on a main road. Nowhere to pull off another car. Perhaps why there were no pictures from the street. If someone has a subcompact they could park parallel and block in the 3 cars.

Amazing location, perfect to have the pool and easy , private beach access. Plenty of room and very accommodating hosts!

Got married in June and had the absolute BEST time! All of my immediate family and kids stayed here and we had plenty of room. The house is amazing! The location is perfect! We will be back year after year. The owners are amazing to work with. Really can’t say enough things about this house and the location. Worth it all❤️

This property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, will leave you wanting for nothing! The hammocks and beach are incredible. My only suggestion is to update pics online.

We had the most amazing time staying at this house especially since we were so close to everything. Having the pool and beach in our backyard was so perfect that we barely left the house just to enjoy it all. Having all the beach chairs , floats , beach toys etc right there for us to grab and go made it even better. It would have been nice if there was an outdoor shower to rinse off better before going into the house and a second fridge maybe in the garage would have been useful as well. We brought plenty of coolers and made it work. Overall, this was the most amazing property we have ever stayed in and we are already monitoring dates to come back next year! Thank you for having us!

Great across the board!

Renting the property was easy and flawless. The owner did respond to some of our concerns. The pool was dirty when we arrived- which she had cleaned ASAP. The house could have been cleaned much better. I understand other groups stay at the house prior and might have been dirtier than most but that doesn’t have anything to do with us. We expected a clean house and were somewhat disappointed. The fridge had a fish odor that was awful- we had to hold our breath every time we opened it. My brother had to repair a door handle 3 separate times bc it fell off. The house just needs some updates and repairs in some areas. We did report most of our issues so hopefully they will be fixed before next house guests. All in all our stay and time together was fun and great. We had a great time all together. House just needs a little TLC and deep cleaning. Great location and quiet area.

We booked this property for spring break and showed up with three families to find the property uninhabitable. The mold and mildew smell hit you as soon as you walked in the door. The property was not at all as pictured with worn out, stained, and filthy furnishings, mold on every air vent, mold on the walls of the utility room and windows, and a lot of deferred maintenance. We found mens dirty underwear and socks left in one of the rooms, and the garage which had two beds in it was completely infested with bugs. The garage door didn't seal and daylight could be seen which was letting bugs in. We rented for top dollar expecting what was in the photos, and got the opposite. We left the property very stressed to find somewhere else to stay with that many guests on one of 30A's busiest weeks. We contacted the owner to let her know the state of the property. Knowing that a refund we desperately needed was in her hands, we were calm and kind, even apologizing to her to deliver such news suggesting that perhaps she wasn't aware of the condition. She responded with fury, refusing to allow us to cancel or get our money back despite us leaving within hours of arriving not staying one night. We sent photos and she wouldn't acknowledge the reality of the situation. She did offer to send her cleaning lady over the next morning "when the cleaning lady wasn't drinking," but this property needed WEEKS of professional mold remediation, updates, and maintenance. We filed fraudulent charges against the credit card payment, where we had to provide a timeline of details and photographs of the property when we arrived, and finally got our money back after hours and hours of time and energy invested. Be warned renting from this host or in this property.

We loved the house and the location, but we were most impressed with the owners and how responsive and quick they were to fix a couple small issues. I’d book this place again, not only because we had an amazing time, but because working with them was so pleasant. Some of the reviews mentioned an odd layout but it worked for us. We loved the beach view and access and we were impressed with how fully stocked the house was. It was a great choice for our family!

This property was nice the location was near shopping. It was spacious and had great views of the ocean. The only issue was trash in the pool the pump was not running sure it was something simple. Overall it was a good stay.

The location was wonderful to be so close to the beach! A large storm just before we arrived caused the pool to be dirty, but the owner was wonderful and responded promptly to get someone out to clean the pool. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

Overall, we were very pleased with the home and our stay. The home was easy to get to, it was comfortable, and the view and access to the beach were fantastic. We found the photos of the home to be a bit outdated. Although there is a huge open area on one side of the home, there is a large house right next door on the other side of the house, which impedes on the privacy a bit, and its central air unit drowns out the sound of the waves from the deck. I was also surprised to find that one of the bedrooms was in the garage... it was fine, just unexpected. We've done the beach house rental several times, although this was our first stay in the Panama City area. The beaches in Panama City cannot be beat! However, the house left a little bit to be desired... be sure to bring/purchase trash bags, a scouring sponge for washing dishes, beach towels, as well as additional toilet paper & paper towels and batteries (some of the TV remotes didn't have batteries).

The house was the perfect for our 8 adults and 2 teenagers. The beach area was very quiet and clean. We were close to shopping stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool everyday! After a very strong storm, we asked for the pool to be cleaned and the response was immediate! We were extremely pleased with the accommodations, location and beach area! Super vacation for our extended Family!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful private beach location and a beautiful home.
