It was so nice to stay at this peaceful location with a great view. The house had everything we could want. The sand toys and paddle boards were especially popular. There was plenty of room in the house for people to spread out and do what they want.

This home is truly remarkable. This was our second stay, and the fun we had was echoed in the voices of my six year old twins who were in Jenkins Pond before their parents could even get them into their swim togs. The home is immaculate, well equipped, great for families and exceptionally welcoming. The improvements made since our last visit have only enhanced the home's appeal. The views from the deck are breathtaking, proximity to Falmouth center is very convenient as well. I've been coming to Falmouth for a little over five decades, and re-fall in love with it every time. Furthermore, our host and hostess are fabulous. Lisa cannot do enough for the renters. Communication with her is absolutely top-notch on any inconvenience. This year we had a couple situations (nothing to do with the home, as I mentioned, it is fabulous) that needed understanding and kindness. Lisa, as I expected, was exceptional in regard to both. As far as home and hostess are concerned, I'm running out of stars. Let's go 7 this year!!

Lisa was a great host. She called me a few days before our stay to be sure we wouldn't have any issues on arrival and help with any information about the local area we might have questions on. The house was clean and neat with wonderful views of the pond throughout, and very spacious with the 4 bedrooms and multiple gathering rooms. The location was great for our Christmas shopping weekend with downtown Falmouth, Mashpee Commons, Cape Cod Mall all an easy drive.

Really beautiful and well kept property. Kitchen was well stocked. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We hope to return again!

We had a great week on the lake in Falmouth. The house was great, with easy access to everything we wanted.

A beautiful Property! My kids loved swimming in the lake and using the kayaks.The views from the deck and the kitchen, and living room are amazing. It was very clean and communication with the host was easy. Do not hesitate booking this property!

Lisa has a book with thousands of rules that you "have" to follow, if you don't than she writes a nasty review. I have rented houses since 2012 and I own a VRBO myself. Today Lisa sent me out of the blue a request for $140 extra that I needed to pay. When I asked her why, she told me that there were dirty dishes in the sink, she sent me a picture and in the sink there were 2 glasses and 2 forks left. She also told me that the "outside furniture was brought inside". She also sent me a picture of this and only ONE chair (yes, you read that correctly) one chair was brought from the master bedroom balcony to one of the bedrooms. She also sent me a picture of the master bedroom bed not being made. A screen from the top floor bathroom fell when the bathroom window was opened and she "accused" me of breaking the window screen. This is a hazard due to the fact that I have young kids and they could have fallen. The coach in the TV room is old and dated and with stains and she blamed me for that too. In an email exchange Lisa told me "at least you could have brought the sheets and towels downstairs", which my kids and I did. Therefore, I do jot believe a word she says. The house is dated, the bathrooms have old toilets, the bath tub is old and the shower head is the most uncomfortable one. The tub is so SMALL that even me that I am 5'2" barely fit. The ceiling in the bathroom is coming off. The bathroom downstairs is from 1970., old and run down. It is very clear that she bought the house, put no money into it and now things are falling apart. In addition the house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and she INACCURATELY is representing ot as a 4 bedroom house. The room downstairs, which is not a bedroom as it does not have a closet, she put a full size bed and made it into a bedroom in order to sleep more people. The outside deck was not cleaned (and it is in the rule book that the outside is not clean) it was dingy and disgusting. Lisa also accused me of delying the next renter check in, however, in another text she says that the cleaning lady finished at 3.30pm when the other renter wanted to check in. We left the house at 9.30am and the cleaning lady did not start until 10.45am. Maybe Lisa needs to tell her cleaning lady to start work earlier. I did PAY for cleaning services. I live in NJ, the cleaning hour is paid at a rate of $20-$25 an hour. Which means that I paid for 6 hours of cleaning services. Why is she asking for an EXTRA cleaning fee?

I can't say enough about this property!! It was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and comfortable. The view in the morning can't be beat. Lisa was hands down the best host that I've ever dealt with. This will not be our last girls weekend here!!

Great house and easy process. We stayed in the late Fall, so didn't get to enjoy the lake, but the location was great for us. Very spacious house; I can imagine it would be a lot of fun for a large Summer gathering. Comfortable and pretty, too. Thanks!

We felt as though we were in a friend's home - and the Pond is a bonus. Lisa was my contact, and she is amazing - answers her phone immediately, and is such a gracious person. All six of us were thrilled with our experience there!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of relaxation seating space both indoors and outdoors. It is in a great location on the Cape and the neighborhood is lovely. Lisa was great to work with, very responsive and caring that we were happy with our accomodations.

This is an absolute gem. The setting is beautiful. Looking out onto Jenkins Pond from the enormous deck is truly magic. My four year old twin grandkids loved the private beach. It's absolutely ideal for toddlers, and no less enjoyable for adults who enjoy the paddle boards, canoe and ample beach space. The interior is comfortable, well equipped and well appointed. Lisa, our hostess, rates six stars. She is communicative, informative and above all kind. Just a super place in the most wonderful small town on The Cape.

Nestled in a quiet, pondside community is this lovely, beautifully decorated and well stocked home with a nice open floor plan. The view of the pond from the back deck is breathtaking as the pond beckons you to come play in the water. We were on the pond every day even if just for a brief paddle around the inlet. The Falmouth area offers great fishing spots, bike trails, beaches and cute towns. It was a perfect family vacation, thank you Lisa for sharing your home with us.

We've been renting summer properties for many years and this is the loveliest home that we have rented to date. It is spacious and beautifully decorated, with private access to the lake as well as views from within the house. The location is ideal and an easy drive to all that Falmouth has to offer. Lisa was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend this property.

We had an excellent vacation! There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids (7-11). The house was spacious and cozy (a welcome combination). The pond was absolutely a dream! Many mornings before everyone woke up, one of the adults would slip into the water for a swim or a silent misty paddle - we used our paddle boards, but there are 2-kayaks available for use. I’ve been going to the Outer Cape for years and haven’t spent any time in Falmouth. What a great town! I’m so glad to have discovered this part of Cape Cod. Close enough to the National Seashore to enjoy the waves and seals… and close to the Bayside Beaches to explore the sand flats at low tide and bike riding distance to the lovely beaches of Falmouth. Lastly, Lisa is lovely and so easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful time! I’m looking forward to staying there again.

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home. The home was well stocked with most everything we needed. Lisa was great to communicate with and responded quickly. It was the perfect week to get away, relax and enjoy the water. Thank you again for a fantastic week!

My friends and I absolutely loved our time at this perfect vacation home - the pictures don't do it justice! The place was impeccably clean and a short drive away from everything. It has everything we didn't know we even wanted: a boutique vibe that makes you feel at home right away, comfortable beds, a kitchen that has all cookware if you'd like to cook, access to a sandy private beach, a firepit, and kayaking! Checking in and out was seamless, Lisa was very responsive and provided us with a helpful guide of everything we'd need. We'd definitely recommend it to others and wouldn't hesitate to rebook it when we return to Cape Cod!

Lots of fun for the family with room for everyone. The lake is terrific and although the weather was very warm, an evening dip made everything wonderful. Beautifully decorated home near Falmouth and a great ice cream shop called Skippy’s.
