The house was just as advertised. plenty of space for separation when needed but when we wanted to be together we could without feeling cramped. The property owner answered our questions right away which I greatly appreciated. My only recomendation to this property would be to to leave a operation manual for the t.v. There were alot of remotes and took us a bit to figure out what did what. Our stay was very relaxing and filled with great memories

A death in the family changed our week Long Beach vacation to a shorter close proximity vacation. We could not have asked for a better experience. The house was amazing, the host accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic lake house. We discussed a return trip in our way home! Thank you to the Lange’s Only thing we missed was a pizza cutter LOL

Property seemed recently renovated and very clean. Jeremy was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to emails. The place was perfect for our large family. The only drawback was the pool sticks didn’t have any tips. All in all we had a great time!

Every single person in our group mentioned wanting to come back and how perfect the house is. The property is beautiful—so many places for hanging out or getting away from the rest of the crew! Bedrooms and baths were large and so nice. We fished, grilled, cooked s’mores over a fire, played cards on one of two outside spaces. It was an amazing weekend wit three families—the kids had a ball! No complaints — we will be back!

The property was beautiful! It was a sabbatical for my family. I would like to share a couple things for future guests. Don’t be afraid of the magnificent byozoan at the dock. It looks scary but very harmless. We researched it and had a science class with my grandchildren. It was a beautiful thing. Also there’s a switch by fireplace that turns on deck lights. Beautiful time and experience with my family!

It’s a great secluded spot where our kids and grandkids gathered and swam off of the dock. Plenty of things to do for everyone. The grandkids favorite part was renting a pontoon and tubing. Most of them had never done it before. The only down side was I felt the front porch and sliding door tracking should have been swept and clean before our arrival. The livingroom with big windows does get warm during the day and you can’t turn the thermostat below 70. We will be back for sure! It’s a great getaway!

Beautiful house, great host, exactly what we wanted and would go back again in a heart beat. Only complaint was dusting on light fixtures and tables and the amount of bugs in the inlet upon arrival. It was possible that it was cleaned and not stayed in for a while, just had to clean off some things ourselfs. Beautiful home!

The rooms were nicely arranged for a large group of people. The various bedroom plans allowed for each of our varied groups to find the right spot to have personal space and the large gathering areas provided lovely spaces for being together. The kids loved the billiard table and the shuffle board; however, the shuffleboard left a lot of sand on the floor. Two of the billiard cues lacked felt tips. The availability of the pontoon boat was great and the kids loved tubing. The kayaks were great for heading to goat island from the pontoon. We were grateful for Jason's help in getting us set up with these items and for warning us that carp might leap into the boat. He was right! But with warning, we were able to manage the exciting event! The kitchen had almost everything that we needed for meal prep and we were able to have our traditional marshmallow roast in the convenient fire pit. The little raccoon who came by to eat graham cracker crumbs was polite. One of our group would have valued having a book of instructions for using TVs (not all of us have such complicated systems at home) and please make it clear that no one is to touch the little box by the door (which turned out to be the alarm system -- yikes!). All in all, a lovely stay with helpful managers willing to help. Thanks!

Windsor Way was just what we needed to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy the lake! Our extended family enjoyed all the house had to offer. The kitchen is very well-stocked and spacious. We had plenty of counter space for food and snacks. The house was clean and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk room! At night we would sit out on the deck and play games and listen to the cicadas. In the morning, we would sit out on the deck with our coffee & watch the geese, squirrels, and hummingbirds. It was so relaxing! We also took daily walks/hikes and the hills provided some good cardio for those who liked to workout while away from home! Our kids swam off the dock and had so much fun. We also rented a boat and really enjoyed exploring the lake. We loved this property and this area of KY!

Beautiful home with everything you need on Lake Barkley tucked away in a quite cove. Great area to ski, tube or just float and enjoy. Boat ramp is only a 5 min, and Cadiz is a quick 13 min drive should you need anything. Stayed here w three families, 6 adults and 8 children (11-18), plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. Jeremy is great to work with and responds quickly to questions if needed. Would highly recommend!!!

Our stay at this home was fantastic! The property is exactly as described but the beauty of it is not evident until you open the door. The space is breathtaking and the attention to detail is evident in all the small things. The furniture was comfortable and we were able to sit 10 around the table for dinners. We enjoyed the game tables and the table games for kids. The fire pit was a hit in the evening for some tasty s'mores. While the walk to the doc was a bit steep, the curved path let us older folk stop and rest along the way. We were fortunate to rent the pontoon boat and enjoyed fishing, tubing, and swimming all week long. This was a perfect vacation for our family and all of us are eager to return.

This house was just what we were looking for. Great sleeping arrangements that allowed for privacy while providing enough bathrooms for everybody. The only discrepancy I saw in the description had to do with the "new" grill. Jeremy was very responsive to any questions we had. Even the questions that were already answered in the instructions we received before arrival. Sorry about that Jeremy. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! The area is filled with very friendly people and we enjoyed golfing at the Boots Randolph course.

This was perfect for my family and I. We had such a great time and got to see some wildlife as well. I highly suggest this property. Jeremy was an amazing host and responded quickly.

We can’t say enough about this house! The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the lake. We had more than enough space for our group and the house was very clean. Beds and other sitting furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had no issues cooking all weekend. Thank you!

This house was a beautiful setting and very roomy for our large multi age family!. Future renters make comprehensive list of needs as some kitchen items are not always available. Overall wonderful experience.

We all were impressed by the cleanliness and abundance of supplies in the kitchen. We also loved watching football all weekend in the game room.

Absolutely beautiful property! From the furnishings to the amenities to the surrounding landscape…we could not have asked for more! Jeremy went totally above our expectations in insuring our family had the best accommodations possible. Our original booking was cancelled two hours before check in so we were in quite a spot. Our family enjoyed a great weekend at Lake Barkley. The owners were great to communicate with and the house was just perfect for our getaway. The lake view was awesome, too! We would definitely recommend this lake home and hope to return again ourselves!

The house and property are gorgeous! We had a group of 7 and had more than enough room. Our group was there to celebrate one of our friend’s 50th bday! We relaxed thanks to the peaceful location, enjoyed great food thanks to the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, crockpot, bowls, and utensils as well as the grill. We would rent this location again without a doubt.

We had 6 couples. Plenty of room to spread out. This home is beautifully furnished and very well stocked for cooking. Includes two refrigerators. All the rooms are spacious with adequate bathroom facilities for all. The views are impressive and the abundance of deer to watch is entertaining. Highly recommend.
