Adorable cottage! Great communication from owner. Walking distance to great restaurants and boutiques. We loved it and will come back again! Thanks so much!

My 14 year old daughter and I had a great stay at this house, it was perfect for us. I can't say enough about the location. it was a short walk to main st. where there are a lot of really great restaurants. Easy walking distance to the marina where it was quiet but there was also activity. boats coming and going fisherman returning. There are a couple restaurants on the water there that are really good. Really great little pier to check out the sunsets and watch boats. short drive to honeymoon island which is a really chill beach. Its really pretty and the water is warm. its a very calm beach with no real break for surfing. This beach is more of a flat that stays shallow for some ways and you can walk out and feel safe. 8 dollar parking and there is a ton of it. unlike clearwater which is just packed with people and the parking is minimum 30 dollars if you can find it. This is one of the first VRBO trips I have had where I did not even need to contact the host at all. Stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer made it really nice. we were able to travel with just carry ons and do a load of laundry. If we return to Dunedin we will be booking this place for sure.

Location is great - walk 2 minutes to main Street. Cottage was very clean inside but the exterior was in very rough shape - could use a little TLC outside. Back yard was full of palm tree limbs and not kept up - made it unuasable.

The house was the perfect size for me and a friend. It was easy being in this house and I loved the location.

Laren’s place was fabulous! She had everything you could possibly want and need on hand. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the location was amazing!! Everything is walking or biking distance away. This is a fabulous place; highly recommend!

This was my first experience using VRBO and it set a high bar. The rental process was easy, communication with the owner was efficient, the cottage was as depicted, and the town was lovely.

My husband and I stayed the week of St Patrick’s day. The location was within walking distance of everything Dunedin has to offer. We ran the trail grabbed coffee and the most amazing croissants two doors down. At night we hit the breweries and restaurants. We rarely used our rental car during our stay. The house was clean and Laren was responsive to any questions we had. We both agreed we would stay again.

House was nestled behind the main street. privacy was not an issue. Front porch was a perfect spot to sit and drink a coffee from the cafe two doors away. Host are great! Very informative and friendly. We went to the Mardi gras parade just to see their float. This is our 2nd time in Dunedin. Looking forward to coming back!

Nice little house, great location.

If you have never stayed in Dunedin you are missing out! This quant beach town has everything you could need and more! I've been to Dunedin many times but needed extra sleeping space this time beyond our family home. This home is adorable, has everything you need, and is in the PERFECT location. Walk to the worlds greatest coffee shop, grab some od the best icecream you have ever had, or check out the farmers market on the weekend. ALL are within a block of you at this house. The decor was beautiful amenities all there- easy check in. Will be back!!!!

Great location

The place is just perfect for a small family or couple. Location is also great -steps away from everything going on on Main Street but far enough away for total relaxation! Close to everything. Host Laren is amazing! So attentive.
