Great working with Maria. Super responsive! House was just perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and the linens were plentiful. TV in every room plus outside, so great for the NBA finals. Pool was well maintained and lots of toys, beach gear, games, etc. Beds were comfortable and lots of furniture on the pool deck to catch a comfortable nap outside as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Great house loved it

We rent this property for a family vacation. On the pictures you can see a dock, so we rent a kayak for our stay but when we arrived to the property, the property don't have any dock, the pictures are old. And the dock was one of the reasons why we choose this house instead of others. We loose the money of the kayak and we were sad because it wasn't what we expect and change our plans. But otherwise the house is ok and is a very calm neighborhood.

The house is excellent! Very clean, and the description is accurate. The location is very good. The grocery store is 15 min walking and less than 5 in the car. We'll definitely come back in the future.

1.5 mile easy bike ride to the beach or just enjoy the amazing patio space and pool overlooking the inter coastal waters- you can watch the boats pass by and even see dolphins! Clean, updated and well stocked rental on a quiet street but close to restaurants and grocery. Would definitely rent again.

Clean quiet home

Owner and Property manager were very communicative and responded immediately to any questions we had. House was amazingly clean and finishes are updated to a beach type feel. Would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed here and loved it. From the dolphins in the canal to the covered patio for those rainy hours the house was perfect! Property Manager was quick to respond to questions. The only thing we struggled with was how firm the mattresses were. The house itself was amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great house for relaxing, but also perfect location for biking to the beach and restaurants around town. House was well appointed with great outdoor space and it was set up very well with comfortable patio furniture. We really enjoyed our short getaway to Marco Island. Thanks for sharing with us

Our stay in Marco Island was perfect. Last time we stayed at the JW Marriott but this time we wanted our own space. This house was the perfect option. Having the 4 bikes was great, since last time we rented them. We biked all over the island. The pool was ideal after a long bike ride. The location of the house was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do. Never really had to contact the owner since we had no issues during our stay. We will surely consider staying here again on our next trip to Marco!

Me & my fiancée stayed and it was just so beautiful! Booked this as a surprise for him as an engagement gift for us to celebrate! It was the perfect get away, from riding the bikes in the morning, to fishing! The heated pool was so relaxing and so needed! Thank you for having us! We'll definitely be here again SOON!

This house is a dreamed house

The property was as advertised, everything was clean and orderly. The home felt bigger than it was and the outdoor area with the pool was fantastic. Good location and all the amenities required. Did not contact or need to contact property manager for anything.

Ed was extremely helpful before our arrival as was the property manager with a few minor questions I had. It was a huge plus to have the beach chairs with coolers umbrellas and the bikes. They even have a beach wagon to haul the chairs around. Everything was in very clean and working condition. I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Marco Island!

Enjoyed our experience it was an easy out to get to the gulf with our boat super close to most local eateries and Publix is nearby for quick meals if needed!

Great property right on the water with fabulous views. Pool was wonderful and outside patio/lanai was perfect for our family to enjoy dinners, play games, watch tv or just relax on the chaise loungers in the sun. Can't wait to plan a return trip!!

My experience, start to finish, was top notch! Due to the quarantine, we had to postpone our initial trip. Ed was prompt to reply to all of my communications and made the planning and reservation process straightforward and easy! The property itself was impeccable - clean and spacious, with every amenity! Linens, games, books, cruiser bikes and truly anything you could need for the beach! I can’t think of anything the owners didn’t think of, and if you’re unsure if they have something, drop an email and ask! The pool was beautiful and clean! We spent every morning enjoying coffee poolside while watching the dolphins in the canal! This house is a quick walk or bike ride to Mackle Park and a local baseball field. The Marco Island beaches, restaurants and shopping are all within a short distance too. I’m always a little nervous booking houses online, but I have to say that this one was even better than I expected! I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a family member!

Perfect spot for a quick get away - ample space both indoors (beautiful kitchen!!!) and outdoor area with the pool. Loved the location - a mile walk to beach. VERY clean property!!!

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The house is beautiful and the heated pool was a big hit with everyone. The house has everything you need for the beach and for cooking/grilling. We rode bikes and went to the beach everyday.

If I could, I would give this property more than 5 stars. The pool was wonderful, the view of the canal is great. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and we could easily ride our bikes to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.
