Dies ist eine fast neue 2-stöckige Wohnung mit Hauptschlafzimmer und Bad auf der Hauptebene. Die geräumige Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, ein schönes Abendessen für 12 Personen, eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, eine normale Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster, einen Ninja-Mixer und WMF-Kochgeschirr. Das Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer bieten eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Es gibt zwei große Ledersofas und einen Gaskamin, der eine wundervolle warme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Deck hat einen Gasgrill und Adirondack-Stühle.
Am unteren Hebel befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer sowie ein weiteres Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und einer super bequemen Ausziehcouch. Eine geräumige Terrasse auf jeder Ebene mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge und freiem Blick auf Mary's Lake schafft einen ruhigen Ort zum Entkommen. Wildtiere, Hirsche und Elche besuchen regelmäßig Ihren Garten und sorgen für stundenlange Unterhaltung. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der angeschlossenen Garage und zwei Stellplätze im Freien. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances were well thought of. Dishes and silverware were more than enough for a family of 6. We enjoyed the grill that was provided. The view from the living, room, dining room and the porch were spectacular. I don’t mind waking up and drinking my tea with that view in front of me. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will rebook the next time we go back to Estes.

We used this lovely home for our base while exploring RMNP. Beautiful home, lots of space, great views, an Elk (calf) came by every morning to eat the leaves from the trees in the front of the house, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Actually, we stayed here with extended family to be relatively close to Boulder for CU graduation. Easy check in, check out; beautiful, comfortable, and clean home; has everything you need. Great views, too--we especially enjoyed watching the elk meander right outside the back deck. We would definitely come here again.

We loved being in the Mary’s Lake area. Beautiful views in a calm and restful community… Our rental was perfect. Thank you, Monika, for providing such a lovely, well equipped home for our girl’s getaway. The three bedrooms provided separate space for each of us, and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to be able to put the car into the garage. The locale was accessible to everything we wanted to do. The next time we want/need a nice respite we will definitely look to book with you again.

The home was well stocked with kitchen essentials....3 different types of coffee makers to suit your needs. Loved having a garage to park the car out of the weather.

This property far exceeded our expectations! It is such a beautiful property located just outside of town. It was so quiet with the best views! The entire main living space was open and gave our little guy lots of room to play. The toy bins and books saved us from having to go buy new toys that we wouldn’t have wanted to take home on our flight. Monika and Shea were incredible and so responsive when the pack and play was not working as it should. Shea came to our rescue and our little guy was able to go to bed on time because of her. He had a hard day of flying and not napping so bed was important! We will be booking this location again!

We had an amazing time staying in the condo. It was a great set up for two families with younger kids. It had everything we needed and was easy to get around Estes. We also saw some elk and deer which was a really treat for the kids.

This condo was well appointed with everything you would need. Great balcony with views to mountains and more. Was a little bit of a hassle taking your shoes off every time you entered the unit (which we did) but I guess if it were my condo, I too, would want to preserve the beautiful wood floors. Overall, great place to stay, and would book it again on a return to Estes Park.

This property was perfect for our family! Convenient location close to town for those who want to shop, and remote enough for those wanting to find a trail to hike or mountain to climb. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent!!! Great location near Mary’s Lake with spectacular views and several opportunities to watch the wildlife.

Perfect location to easily get to RMNP or the main street of shopping/restaurants, only 8-10 minutes away for either one. Very clean and accommodating (everything you could want to feel at home here). Cozy and comfortable. The deck is a great spot to relax and read a book while enjoying the mountain views. Second time staying and now our go-to vacation spot in Colorado.
