Very clean place

The bed was a little stiff and uncomfortable at times.

I liked I was able to book because Phoenix was very busy at the time. The bed was comfortable.

I thought it was close to Sky Harbor but it wasn’t. It was hot at night and the biggest thing was the bedroom fan didn’t work. I wouldn’t book here if I were a single female.

there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property, it was all good. The location is a bit of a ride/drive from the city center, but it’s fairly easy to get there

it’s a 5 bedroom house with the rooms individually rented. The kitchen is great, including basic cookware, though lacking in utensils, & the shared bathrooms are fine. small back patio and nice yard. two of the other housemates during my stay were pretty long-term (a few months or so) and quite friendly, and made this feel kind of like a dorm, in a good way. The other two kept to themselves, which was also fine.

my room was not clean when I arrived. to be fair, there seemed to be some mix-up with my arrival date, so hopefully my situation was unusual. but honestly my room was so gross that I really considered canceling my 3-week stay immediately upon arrival and seeking a refund. the weirdest part, though, is that there was no blanket or bedspread, just literally a sheet on the bed and that was it. i didn’t have time to make other arrangements, I just went to the dollar store and got cleaning supplies and did it myself. once cleaned, my stay was adequate. It’s not the ritz but for the price, it’s alright. believe it or not, I actually would stay here again, assuming it had actually been cleaned, which I hope and assume would be the ‘norm.’

They allowed me to check in early because the room was ready according to them.

I had to call them to make the bed for me and they did that while I was outside. I did have sheets but they gave me the blankets the next day.

I loved the attention to detail. My room was perfectly clean upon arrival. The bathroom was incredibly clean as well. Great value for the money!

No complaints.

Clean open spaces

There was a chair placed near the washing machine area that I would bang into at night. And the upstairs was noisy sometimes. Also the TV was on in the other bottom room all night long.
