Séjour d'une semaine absolument parfait chez Anne. Maison parfaite pour une petite famille, très bien équipée et à proximité de tous les commerces. Communication très facile avec Anne qui est de bon conseil et très arrangeante. Merci et j'espère à bientôt !

Très bon accueil d 'Anne. Spécialités rhetaises,décorations de Noël de bienvenue..... très appréciées.On s est senti aussitôt comme chez nous dans ce petit home tres chaleureux .

Bonne semaine chez Anne qui a une jolie maison à quelques pas de la plage, pièce à vivre agréable chambre parentale avec excellente literie et au calme. Petit jardin où il doit être bien sympathique de manger malheureusement le temps n’était pas avec nous😢. On peut garer sa voiture juste devant la maison et en plus possibilité de ranger les vélos à l’île de Ré c’est un gros plus. Anne est très gentille et se rend disponible si moindre soucis. Notre famille et nos chiens ont bien apprécié ce séjour.

Nous avons reçu un accueil sympathique ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison, bien équipée, lumineuse, agréable à vivre, très calme et reposante. Bien située près de la plage et des commerces, nous en avons pleinement profité en partant à pied, mais aussi en voiture pour visiter le reste de l ' Île. Wir haben Annes Haus sehr frühzeitig gebucht, da sie für die Ile de Ré ein ausgezeichnetes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis anbietet. Das Haus liegt keine 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was uns sehr wichtig war. Wir haben einige Strände getestet und obwohl der Anblick auf das Industrieviertel von La Rochelle nicht der Schönste ist, fanden wir unseren Strand fast am schönsten! Aber nicht den ersten Durchgang nehmen, hier liegen zu viele Algen, sondern den Zweiten. Anne ist wirklich eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, was nicht nur dem gekühlten Rosé im Kühlschrank geschuldet ist! Sie spricht französisch, englisch und lernt aktuell auch deutsch, so dass nahezu für Jeden die Kommunikation möglich ist. Wir mussten noch kurzfristig etwas bestellen und wie selbstverständlich hat sie es entgegengenommen, nur zu empfehlen! Im Haus gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine, dies wurde eine Zeitlang bei fewo nicht angezeigt, aber vielleicht ist es auch korrigiert. Sollten wir wieder mal auf der Ile de Ré urlauben, würden wir auch wieder Annes Haus anfragen.

Séjour idéal. La propriétaire des lieux est très accueillante et chaleureuse. La location est très bien placée, proche de la plage (mais au calme). Elle est très bien équipée, les jeunes parents y trouveront notamment tout le nécessaire pour leur enfant (rien n'a apporter). Nous comptons bien y retourner.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Rivedoux-Plage. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und sehr tierlieb. Auch wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat, ist sie direkt zur Stelle. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitspielte, hatten wir eine tolle Zeit auf der Insel.

Zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen, ein rundum sorglos Paket wie man es sich wünscht. Lage Vermieterin Haus und Wetter alles super, gerne wieder :-)

Superb property in a stunning location. We were so comfortable in this beautiful holiday home which had everything you could need. Ann was there to greet us with a friendly smile and she had been so accommodating during the booking process. We couldn't have asked for better and this will most definitely go down as one of our best holidays. Wall to wall blue skies and sun helped of course. Oh and of course a very atmospheric beach bar just a few yards away contributed as well. Thank you Ann for letting us stay in your lovely home with our little dog Bene. Liz and Chris Boys

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht. Im Haus hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt und Anne hat sich sehr fürsorglich um uns gekümmert! Von hier kann man wunderbar mit dem Rad die Insel erkunden! Im kleinen Garten kann man nach einem Strand- oder Radwandertag entspannt grillen und ein Glas Wein genießen. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

We liked the quiet yet near beach location, calm and fountained little green garden and accessible car park. House and kitchen was clean and reasonably well equipped and for a week of cooking our own meals we especially liked that consumables like spices, detergents and so forth were readily available. Anne was a helpful, welcoming hostess.

Wir haben hier zum zweiten Mal Ferien gemacht und es war wieder toll. Das perfekt eingerichtete Haus, der lauschige Garten und Annes Freundlichkeit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wow what a fab week we have had staying in this property, it was perfect and we didn't want to come home. It made a very special family holiday and we wished we had booked 2 weeks. Anne is very helpful, efficient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. She made us feel very welcome. The house is very homely with everything you could possibly want for a holiday. It is a lovely property with good living space and bedrooms. The garden was brilliant and contained which was brill with 2 young children. There is a great BBQ there which we used every night as had superb weather. The island is beautiful and we thought it was such a special place to explore. The property is fantastically located only 5 mins from a lovely sandy beach which our kids loved. Our son learnt to ride his bike on the flat straight path along the beach which was brilliant. There is a great play park on the beach about 10 mins walk from the house which became a daily visit. We visited lots of the villages on the island, many by bike. The cycle tracks are amazing from the house and well sign posted. It is so flat everywhere it is very easy cycling and so enjoyable as you pass through vineyards, forests, oyster beds, salt marshes and countryside. We cannot recommend this house and location of it highly enough it is an absolute delight you will love it 😍

This was our second holiday, staying in L'Ostreane, and it will not be our last ! It is perfect in so many ways, obviously location, and only two mins walk to the beach...it is extremely comfortable, sunny, south and west facing aspect, fully equiped and very well maintained and clean ....the village of Rivedoux, an easy walk, with restaurants, shops, and a good market. You will receive a very warm welcome , from Anne Townsend, the owner, who takes great pleasure and pride in L'Ostreane I am sure you will enjoy your stay there, as much as we do !

A lovely warm welcome from the owner Anne, to her very attractive Gite, all so well presented, spotlessly clean and very well equiped.. we had, with our labrador Jasper, a wonderful two weeks here......good restaurants and shops all close by only a short walk, and the highlight, a lovely long sandy beach, two minutes walk away......we had a car, but renting bicycles would be a great option. We are already looking forward to a return holiday here !

We had a wonderful time in Ostreane. The house ist perfect, was well cleaned and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need, especially the small Espresso machine. We've loved to sit in the garden and had a Barbecue for lunch or dinner. Even with our dog on the beach it was no problem. We had a short flight from Southampton, into La Rochelle airport. We hired a car and following a very short drive across the toll bridge we arrived at Ostreane. We had a lovely greeting from the owner Mrs Townsend. The house was light and airy and very clean. The small patio garden was a little sun trap, and great to sit and have meals. The kitchen was very well equipped with all we could need. The lounge / diner was comfortable with a couple of small sofas a chair and a table for 4. The TV was in French with no English channels, but this was no problem as we spent the evenings exploring the local villages and ports. The week we went there was something on nearly every night at one village or another. The house has a parking area and a handy store for you to put your hire bikes away at night. You have to hire a bike to explore the island, the cycle paths are excellent and numerous. Bikes are so popular you will have a job to find a post to lock it up when you get to your destination. We had a wonderful stay in Ostreane! The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable and seems to have been recently decorated. All of the applicances are new and everything works perfectly. The little garden is a lovely place to sit in the afternoons and the beach really is only a 4 min walk around the corner. We already want to return!
