Amazing 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Pool Home. About 1 mile from the Beach and Great Eats
Dieses "Hilton" mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern heißt Poolside Paradise TRE. Es ist unsere 3. Vermietung und bei weitem die luxuriöseste und geräumigste. Dieses Haus hat fast 2100 qm Wohnfläche, die perfekt für den Familienurlaub oder zwei Vierer zum Golfen ist. Unser privater, beheizter Pool ist die Hauptattraktion für Kinder und ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand. Dieser abgeschirmte Bereich mit Weber-Grill und Tisch für 6 Personen ist ein großartiger Ort, um den Abend zu verbringen. Wir bieten alle Grillgeräte, Teller, Tassen und dergleichen für ein großartiges Abendessen. Wenn traditionelles Kochen Ihr "Thang" ist, haben wir auch alle Töpfe, Pfannen und Ausrüstung dafür. Unser sonnendurchflutetes Haus ist komplett mit allen Handtüchern sowie Strandtüchern, Shampoo, Seifen, Waschmittel, Geschirrspülmittel, Papiertüchern und dergleichen ausgestattet. Wir bieten sogar einen Hochstuhl und ein tragbares Babybett für einen komfortablen und einfachen Aufenthalt. Sie können einen morgendlichen Lauf zum Strand und State Park von Delnor-Wiggins genießen oder bei den weniger als 1,6 km entfernten Traders Joes und Whole Foods einkaufen. Das Outdoor-Einkaufszentrum "Marcato" ist ein großartiger Ort, um einen Schaufensterbummel mit einer Eistüte zu machen oder sich auf der Leinwand zu bewegen.

The house had everything we could need during our stay, from board games to kitchen utensils. The house was super close to the beach as well. David was very approachable and he helped us with any questions we had. Overall very nice stay.

We were happy with the house in that we were able to get the booking on such short notice ( could be why we were confused about requesting 4 nights & only actually staying for three nights because we finally found out the house was booked the day we left.
VRBO was very helpful in finally letting us know the last requested day would not be available- would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Check in and check out was easy. David was great to work with and communicated well. The neighborhood was close to the beach and close to restaurants and other stores. The house was great and the kids loved the pool. The open concept provided great gathering space for meals and games and the whole place was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home's location is perfect, close to the best beaches in the country and stellar shopping and restaurants! We walked to the Dunkin's for coffee and lived the heated pool! We will be back.

This is the perfect home for a friends and family retreat! It's 1 mile from the best beaches in Naples, has great shopping and dinning around and the house is just perfect!
Very clean, the host is very responsive and the home is way bigger than I expected! We had a great Labor Day Weekend here and I would definitely book again. The host is amazing.

We stayed here for a friends' 30th birthday weekend and loved it. The beach is not far at all and everything else for food, drinks, and shopping is also super close. Great option for the Naples area!

Our stay at David's place in Naples was great. We are from South Florida and wanted to stay near the beach without a very long drive. The house is a short drive to the beach and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you need. It is extremely spacious and very convenient with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. My elderly mother was able to have her own bathroom as well as my son, his wife and my grandson. We had a great time at the beach and relaxing in the pool after. I recommend staying at David's place.

The house was very spacious ,clean and great location. Pool was great we enjoyed it very much. Dave responded to us in a quick manner. The only issue was the sliding back door was very hard to open and close.

Me and my family have spent there a whole week. The house was better than expected from the pictures, it’s roomy, clean and very welcoming. The host (David) is very easy getting in touch with, and he helped us with everything we needed and if there’s a problem he will fix it. In general… it is worth it!

Definitely we had a really great time. The house was perfect for our family vacation. It had all the accommodations and amenities you need and more. Everything was clean and all the beds very much confortable. It’s in a great location and neighborhood. and the beach is very close, like 5 mins in car. The best part the poolside, we enjoyed the most. Thank you very much to David and Laurel for everything. Definitely will be back as soon as we can. We would recommend this property.

We love our experiences in the house, you dont need to bring stuff for babies, they have crib, stroller, baby chair, water toys etc. The house was clean, is close to the beach, 100% recommended 👌

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids coming in for a family gathering. Besides having a great place to sleep our heads at night, local family came over to hang out cause it was spacious and the patio/pool made for a perfect atmosphere. Only could stay in Naples for three night and the property has plenty of space to for our family of 7 adults. There was everything available for our 2 year old grandson, booster chair, pack n play, and plenty of pool toys to keep him entertained.
Didn’t have much time to utilize all the features of the property, but there were plenty TV’s and kitchen had almost everything you would need for entire week stay.
If we return to Naples again we would not hesitate renting the property again.
