The staff was professional, place and room clean.
Not close to stores like Walgreens/CVS. Most people leaving for cruises don’t rent cars.

Everything from the entrance, front desk staff, to the rooms, to the breakfast the next morning. Everything was amazing and simple!

Very clean and new property. Pool area is very nice if you have time to swim. We stayed here before embarking on a cruise and it was perfect - very close to port. Huge breakfast area in the morning also for the included breakfast. They do arrange a morning shuttle to the port for $10 per passenger, but we took an Uber for our family of 6 and it was just as easy. Asked for a cot for the room and it was brought promptly along with extra bedding for no charge.
The property does not have a full restaurant just FYI (they do offer some things at the bar by the pool, but it was limited and VERY busy). It was tough to get food after we checked in since we did not have a vehicle and it was getting late. There are restaurants nearby, we were just tired and it was late - didn’t want to Uber over and wait for a full dinner. We ended up door dashing fast food but it was pricy.

Staff was nice, and helpful. Glad that breakfast was included and has transportation to the cruise port for all of our family, especially for my disabled child. You do have to pay, but it still cheaper than taking a taxi....
Could of had a 24 hr store that sells milk for kids....

Chambre Propre, produits hygiène de qualité ( Neutrogena), personnel courtois, belle terrasse extérieur avec la piscine, restaurants fast-food approximité. Navette pour la croisière ( avec une compagnie Tiers) 10 min du port .
Terrasse avec coin fumeur , pas de séparation.

Fantastic location for the cruise port and only a 20min Uber away from the Space centre. Very clean and tidy, all the staff were friendly, the room size was very large and the kids loved the pool and basketball court

La musique qui se déclenche la nuit dans le hall à 2h du matin et qu’ils ne peuvent pas éteindre. Je déconseille les chambres au rez-de-chaussée près de l’accueil

Breakfast was a cut above the typical hotel breakfast. Enjoyed it.
Staff at front desk checking was efficient. Was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer any tips in where the room was, which way to go to elevator etc and other typical tidbits I’m accustomed to getting on checking

Porte communicante avec la chambre voisine : bruit de séche cheveux et de micro onde dès 5h du matin, la voisine était matinale ! Des 7h le bruit des engins du chantier d'à côté. Et toute la nuit le réfrigérateur bruyant et des vibrations qu'on ressent même avec des bouchons d'oreilles (clim de l'immeuble ?). Les lits étaient trop souples au milieu ("trou").
Pas de service de nettoyage pour nous, on a du être oublié.

It is super close to the cruise port, staff is extremely friendly and the facility was very clean! We loved the pool and bar area, it was perfect for the night before our cruise. We’ll stay again!

It’s location was perfect for visiting the Space Center! The room was a great size to accommodate two adults along with our teenage daughter.
Although I had booked a suite for a family of three, I had to go back to reception for bedding for the sofa bed, which seemed to have been forgotten.
Didn’t enjoy the space where breakfast was served, way too busy for the amount of room.

I dont think our sheets were changed from the last guest. Linen wrinkled and pillows had a "used" smell. Room had a stale odor. No housekeeping service after 7pm had to change our own sheets and set up the sofa bed in the room. Breakfast was so so.

It was a beautiful hotel
When I got to the hotel @145am the lady at the desk was rude she did not say good evening she just looked at me until I spoke. I did not feel welcoming. When I got to the room there were no sheets to put on the pull out couch. When I went to take a shower there were no soaps or body wash inn the dispenser. I felt the amount I paid I should of been treated better then this.
