Das Gem ist ein wunderschön gepflegtes Haus auf drei Ebenen, das exklusiv für Gäste eingerichtet wurde. Auf der oberen Ebene befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Vollbad, nur fünf Schritte von der Hauptebene entfernt. Auf der Hauptebene finden Sie die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und den Essbereich mit einem Kamin im Wohnzimmer und einem Flachbild-TV. 10 Stufen weiter unten finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad sowie eine zusätzliche Höhle mit einem riesigen Flachbildfernseher für den Fall, dass Ihre Gruppe verschiedene Fernsehkanäle sehen möchte, sowie einen Sitzbereich mit einer Glasschiebetür, die direkt zum Hinterhof und zum See führt . Diese Höhle kann auch in ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Queen-Size-Versteck umgewandelt werden. Es gibt einen Waschraum mit neuer Waschmaschine und Trockner, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, Bootshaus, Feuerstelle, Holzkohlegrill und Dock.

We enjoyed staying on Lake Sinclair. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We rented a boat from the nearby marina and were able to dock it at the property easily. My family also enjoyed fishing from the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

This property is in a great location, close to restaurants and the highway. We stayed one night on our way to TN. The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the eggs, sausage, and orange juice that were provided. Wish we had more time to hang out at the lake. Will definitely stay here again if make it back to this area.

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We loved having the golf cart to take thinks back and forth from the boat, although the walk wasn't bad without it. Quiet neighborhood close to the marina. It was very peaceful at night. Thanks for hosting us!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable and "Sinclair"golf cart was a life saver. Two of us are in our 70's ,one recently had knee replacement so going up and down to the dock would have been terrible. The younger ones loved being our private "Huber" ride. Thank you for making our family fishing trip a success. Joyce Franke

This home is beautifully situated on the lake and convenient to Milledgeville. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and having dinner on the covered deck. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and helpful. The Check-in & Check-out process was simple. Breakfast items provided are a very thoughtful extra.

This place was excellent! It had everything we needed for all our friends to get together and enjoy the lake. Beautiful property and it is located back in a cove so there’s nearly no

This listing was perfect. The neighborhood was great, the home was clean, it held 8 people comfortably and the breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. We wished it was warm enough to use the beautiful deck and the backyard was a great size for a larger guest stay.

This house is great. Host Bryan and Joanne are wonderful. They even supply breakfast food for your first meal. The listing does not even pay justice for the property. The property and the house are great and kept in great condition. We look forward to next year so we can go back. This is our 2nd time renting this house and anytime we can go we will definitely rent again. We gave 5 star reviews only because that's as high as it goes . Thanks Bryan and Joanne.

We had a few friends come to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and we had a blast! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. We rented a boat for the day and access to the dock was super easy! The golf cart was a huge plus to get our things down to the dock! Overall had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

Property is very convenient to stores and restaurants. Very clean upon arrival. It is a walk down hill to lake but owner provides a golf cart so that is a plus. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We found inside cameras plugged into outlets in the upstairs bathroom and two more in bedrooms. This is the reason we cannot stay here again. We understand outside cams for security but inside in private areas are unacceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay very close to Lake Sinclair. Great views from the house and a very relaxing place to be at! We took the opportunity to hire a pontoon boat on the lake and did some exploring. Our only gripes were that that the house could have perhaps been a bit cleaner and being English we would have liked a kettle for our tea! Overall though it was great!

We loved our stay from start to finish! The house was immaculate, comfortable and more than what the listing appears to be. I hardly had to unpack our "extras" especially when it came to our children's needs. We don't want to stay at another listing in Milledgeville and we travel to the town multiple times a year

Great place for family vacation. The golf cart is wonderful bonus and the breakfast items left for us was a great touch. The home is older but updates were done well and the outdoor space is excellent. We would recommend to anyone and will be back! You can tell the owners go above and beyond for the renters!

Beautiful property on the lake with plenty of room for children to play. The house was equipped with just about everything extra you would need. The owners were very welcoming and easy to get in touch with them. All around great experience!
