Close to the beach and pool

We had roaches in our condo . I let them know the first day I was there . Nothing was done about it except I received a” I apologize “. I still had a whole day and night for the stay . I let them know again , and still nothing was done . Not even a visit .. I even offered pictures . Nothing was said back regarding this issue . The second day I awake to a roach climbing on my bed . Went to the kitchen and they were in the counter while I was making coffee . Same thing happened in the guest bedroom my mother stayed in . I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of care . I spent a lot of money to stay here and couldn’t feel relaxed because I was afraid a roach would climb on me . ( as it did ). I was very excited to stay at this location and it ruined my trip .

Staff services, quality of our rooms, amenities provided, and proximity to the beach were awesome.

We had very minor (and I mean very minor) issues during our stay; so minor that they're not worth mentioning and we never called them in.

Comfortable quiet and relaxing.

Everything , it’s a beautiful property , great location , loved all the amenities and condo!

This property is very close to beach. It’s just a short walk away. The pool area was very nice and my kids had a great time there. There is a shuttle service if needed but we didn’t need it cause the walk was not bad at all. This property exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

There was not a thing to say bad about this property. Everything was great! We have already booked another stay for next year.

I liked when we were moved to a different property.

I didn't like being in a mold infested f9ndo with awful mattresses and couches and dirty vents. I ESPECIALLY didn't like that booking.com NEVER followed up with us in spite of their ....we will contact you in 24 hrs texts. It is 4 days and 12 hrs later and no help at all from booking.com.
