We didn’t like single use plastics in the shower. Would suggest management switch to dispenser bottles in shower

Bathroom felt luxurious. Kitchen facilities were good. Bed and furniture were comfortable.

A small table and chair for eating meals would have made eating meals more comfortable. Getting enough dishwashing detergent to put the dishwasher through twice a day was tricky when I left early and arrived back late after some day trips, as they only provided 1 sachet per day. Provision of a chopping board and a drying mat for dishes would make the kitchen easier to use. Unfortunately, the group staying in the room next to me for the last night were the neighbours from hell - loud laughter and talking, slamming doors and even practicing bird calls between midnight and 5am! :(

I booked this hotel on last year's, because we couldn't make it to stay for 2 nights, we only can stay in for 1 night, but the hotel policy is you can't cancel the booking that is no refund able, but you could change your date to stay in, so we change to 18/01/2024 stayed in and check out on 20/01/2024.( Thursday to Saturday) but they want us to pay more ($157) to stay for 2 nights? and they put us to the disability room level and close to the car park and lift, total had cost us $546 for 2 nights stays. after that we did check out on booking.com app the prices are cheaper than what we paid for? ($337) for 2 night's stay from Thursday to Saturday. (18 of January it's my Birthday) very disappointed on that day.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The guest laundry was efficient. The apartment was sparkling clean.

Location is central and fantastic for visiting

Car parking, I hate not being provided a car park, or having to pay extra. Pillows weren’t great

Awesome CBD location. Well appointed room. Very comfortable

There was adjoining room noise which got a little loud at times.

The location was great, central and close to all facilities, restaurants, cafes, and there was even a supermarket nearby. The room itself was very nice, spacious and well set out. The fridge, kitchenette were very good and you could live in the room quite comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was serviced regularly. The onsite parking was good and reasonably priced. The Malaysian restaurant right next door had great food.

The apartments themselves were very good. The only thing was that at times there were people loitering outside in the street at most time of the day and we sometimes had an uneasy feeling walking past them. However there no incidents or issues.

The location of the apartments meant you were super central to everything from local eateries, the local supermarket and a great bottle-o. The one-bedroom was also super spacious and it was convenient to have a kitchenette with all the basic utensils on hand.

We had some issues with charging our devices but the front desk was quick to help find an alternative solution; it was just a little inconvenient more than anything.

It was an extremely comfortable stay and a beautiful room. The room wasn’t a cheap apartment, it felt expensive. We loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very central and close to everything. Room was clean and spacious, had everything we needed. Carpark option was available.

Bed seemed smaller than a normal double.

Couldn’t get a better location- it is in the heart of the CBD and walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. Daily room cleans.

The showers water temperatures in our room were terrible- consistently changing. You also couldn’t have 2 people in the shower or it would overflow into the bathroom. Slamming of doors late at night and early morning would wake us up from guests and cleaners.
