The condo was nice! All worked well. The views are great. We enjoyed the deer as they would come up to where our balcony was! We also enjoyed the pools and gym. We will definitely come back!

We knew that we may not have the best weather but this is why we chose this place. The building has a hot tub and an indoor pool. What was unfortunate is that we were not told that the indoor was not working. This was very disappointing because it was 56 degrees out all weekend and if would have been the only thing we could do. We would not have chosen to stay here if we knew the indoor pool wasn’t working. All in all, the location was great, communication with the management company was prompt and the unit was clean. I would only come back in the late spring and summer when the weather was nice because otherwise there is nothing to do.

The condo and the owners were great and very helpful and responsive. It was clean and well decorated, and the coffee selection was superb.
The property though not so much.
The pool heater did not work. This happens many times in my stays at VRBO's and the skeptic in me rolls my eyes because we aren't told this until after we book. I think it's a cost-saving measure.

Lago Vista Weekend Get away
We really enjoyed our stay and loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. The pool deck and pool was great for our little guy to get some good play time in with other kids. The guests and residents were all very accommodating and welcoming. We were greeted every evening by the local white tail deer who love to come see the guests and are very conditioned to people. The area is so quiet and peaceful so activities for the family are a good distance drive from the island. Still, lots to do for daily fun, trails, kayak rentals, boat rentals, day trip into downtown Austin..

Beautiful property, a tree blocks most of the view, but honestly you can walk anywhere to get an awesome view. We absolutely loved our visit, beds were very comfortable. We had a bit of a roach problem in the condo, like German roaches falling for the vent while my husband was cooking. I reached out to the manager, but I was told they could not get an exterminator out and they can’t control the neighbors. However we got a BOOK of rules, none that we minded too much, but I guess there are fines for everything, except roaches 🤷🏻♀️

Beautiful property, a tree blocks most of the view, but honestly you can walk anywhere to get an awesome view. We absolutely loved our visit, beds were very comfortable. We had a bit of a roach problem in the condo, like German roaches falling for the vent while my husband was cooking. We had an amazing time! This condo was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all of us (our two teens, and their two friends) to sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of linens. Proximity to the pool was a plus. Definitely recommend!

Had a nice weekend at this lovely condo on lake travis. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were clean, kitchen well-stocked, and check-in was a breeze (no contact, received our gate & door code 2 days before check-in and everything was easy). We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Lake Travis. The home was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and the patio was the perfect spot to relax. Pools were nice, as they weren't crowded, and the restaurant wasn't bad. We appreciated the welcome gift and customer service offered by iTrip and will definitely stay here in the future.

Relaxing weekend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend, including beautiful views. iTrip was great ... they were quick to respond to any questions, offered us an early check-in, and left a very nice welcome gift that included sparkling water, wine, macaroons made by a local artisan and an assortment of treats. We will definitely be back!

The Island Lake Travis
A few red flags before we ever arrived at the unit. The VRBO listing clearly stated that because of covid19 issues to check and be sure any amenities that were important to you were available. I emailed through the listing asking who or where to check for this information. I waited 6 days without a response and emailed again. I never received a reply. The second issue was in trying to gain access to The Island. The instructions we received included a code to open the gate. The touch screen had definite malfunctions. We tried for 20-30 minutes with no success at opening the gate and so called the number in the instructions. They could not help but said they would contact the appropriate person and we would get a call back. That call never came. After multiple tries and about a hours time we finally got the touch screen to work enough for entry. This was an issue our entire stay. We saw many cars going to the left of the entry - it was also the exit= no gate. It appears we were the only ones using the actual entry. Also, info on this unit was contradictory. From the website, to the emailed info, to the info book in the unit just differences in amenities, allowed guests, parking, etc...Our unit was what I call surface clean. Woodwork very dirty in places. Dead bugs in the light fixtures. Walls very scuffed and you can see where the scuffs were painted over.Grout on floor and shower tiles needed a deep clean. The trash can needs a thorough cleaning inside and out. The linens, while worn, were nice, clean, and abundant. We were much pleased that dishwasher pods, washer pods, dish soap, hand soaps were well stocked. Also, paper towels and trash bags enough for our stay. A little stingy on personal care items - shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. Coffee maker and Keurig with pods were were nice. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishes - again things showing their age, but they were functional. The second bedroom closet is full of fun things - games, beach towels, extra linens, and sports equipment. The second bedroom is very small. There is no where to set anything. There was no rack to set luggage on, no nightstand by the bed. The dresser top was full of TV. A luggage rack is a definite need in this room. The furnishings in the unit appear to be very new. The furniture was comfortable and clean. It was decorated nicely.I would stay here again except for the cost. Very overpriced for the condition of the unit and overall property

We enjoyed our Anniversary trip staying in this condo. The property was well maintained and we loved the secluded feel. The host has generous with a welcome basket. We plan to book again.

Fantastic Service
ITrip had great communication and response leading up to and during our stay. The unit was very well prepared and we were greeted by lots of basic amenities as well as some goodies. When we had an issue the property managers were quick to respond. The patio (the feature that caught our attention when looking through listings) was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely keep this property on our list to visit again!
