Everything was amazing, just as the listing says.

We were a family of 9 adults and 7 children. The overall experience could not have been better. The location was excellent - directly across from the club house. There was plenty of room which included indoor and outdoor terraces. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was immaculate. There were so many extras, such as beach towels, kitchen supplies, ping pong table, Outdoor furniture and spa. We truly appreciated all the planning that went into having a fully equipped unit. Thank you.

Zion Village is awesome and our house did not disappoint. It was spacious and had all the supplies/amenities we needed. The communication with the host was fantastic!

This home was beautiful, clean and a great location for our family trip! We had 7 people in our group, but you could have had several more because the space was huge! We have stayed in the Zion area several times and this home was one of our favorites. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and everything was CLEAN and very welcoming. The owner was quick to respond when i had questions before booking and the reservation, check in and check out process was smooth and simple. The kids loved the community pools/lazy river and the outside decks on the house had amazing views. We will definitely book with this property again. I highly recommend this home. Very nice house and property. Accommodated all 21 of us well. However, the pool, lazy river and splash pad were COLD. It was advertised as 85 degrees year round, but it was 75 degrees when we bought a pool thermometer and checked it. That was a big disappointment as we came for the pool/lazy river specifically. When we called to ask about why the water was 10 degrees less than advertised, we were told it was due to the weather outside being cold and in the 50’s and nothing could be done. But if a place advertises 85 pool water year round it shouldn’t matter if it is cold outside or not. Wish they hadn’t advertised it as that way if it really does depend on the weather outside. So very disappointed in that part of our stay. If the pool being cold doesn’t matter to you, then super nice property.

Overall great experience. Would rent the same place again.

We really enjoyed our week in this great townhouse. Large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, awesome hot tub and a very convenient location to all of the places we wanted to see. We really appreciated the little extras such as shampoo and conditioner in all the showers, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, and spices and cooking oils in the kitchen. The club house is awesome and is located right across the street which the kids loved. Overall we would highly recommend this great rental for your trip to this beautiful area of the country!

We absolutely loved this home! The home was well appointed, lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. We explored Zion, Sand Hallow and peekaboo slot canyon. Everything was an easy drive from this home. It was great coming back, enjoying the hot tub and community pool. We would definitely stay there again!

The property was fantastic. Parents, grandparents and kids all loved it! Having the pool right across the street was wonderful after long days hiking. Well-stocked large kitchen made it easy to prepare family meals.

The house was perfect for us. Great location within the development (my kids loved being right across from the pool/lazy river!) The location in Hurricane was perfect as a home base while we explored national and state parks around the area. Very clean and the check in process was so easy! We would definitely stay there again.

Great home with lots of room. Loved that each couple had their own room and bathroom. Very well stocked kitchen, and many extras for the kids. The kids loved the game room and also the ping pong table and basketball shoot in the garage. The location of the home is awesome, right across the street from the pool. Wonderful home and perfect for families. It exceeded our expectations!

We were 13 people there for two nights. Very comfortable for all three families.

This rental was awesome for all the adults and kids we had staying with us. There were plenty of bathrooms (was a concern) and the views from the front and back of the property were beautiful! Walmart was only 5 mi idea away so that worked perfect for anything we forgot to bring on the trip or for the food we needed. Plenty of restaurants not too far away. The owner was very nice in her interaction with me also. There was alot of construction going on in the neighborhood so that was unfortunate but certainly wasn't an issue that anyone complained about to the point that it wasn't manageable.

Beautiful, new spacious and clean property that offers the BEST location in the neighborhood. This property is conveniently across the street from the pool/fitness center/community center. We enjoyed daily sunrises on our private master bedroom deck, happy hour watching sunsets from the 2nd floor front deck and star-gazed from our private hot tub. The food store was close by and we could easily bounce between Bryce and Zion National Parks, Sand Hollow State Park, and Las Vegas. Highly recommend this property to friends and family when venturing out West.

This house was a great place to hold our large family gathering. There was enough space for everyone with plenty of room to spread out. The first morning we were there, the main topic amongst the adults was how comfortable the beds were! The host was very quick to help us with anything we needed and the house was stocked with just about anything you could imagine needing. The location was also wonderful. The Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and of course the magnificent Zion National Park was all within a few hours. If I am ever down in that neck of the woods again, I wouldn't hesitate to reserve this home again!

Simple seamless and straightforward

Jodie’s place was beyond perfect for our family and friends with our stay. She’s super responsive when needed and the house is conveniently located right across from the clubhouse which made it nice with kids walking back and forth between the two locations. We had everything we needed for cooking and having two washer/dryer units was a huge plus...everyone went home with clean clothes to unpack! I would highly recommend this place to anyone especially with kids...we had 6 under the age of 6.

Great place for a large family. Lots of sleeping arrangement flexibility, comfortable beds and sitting areas, plenty of suite and shared bathrooms, good A/C, good wifi and televisions, directly across from a great clubhouse and pool, has its own private hot tub, good kitchen and great room area. Just a good place to stay. Will hope to be there again.

The location was great for our family to travel to Zion for the wedding. It was a beautiful property and memories were made.

I have to say, the pictures do not do this property justice. Even though there are a ton of bedrooms, I was skeptical that the living area and dinning spaces would feel cramped, and they did not! The living area is large, spacious as well as the dinning and kitchen area. The house was big for our 21 person trip to Zion and visiting UTAH for the first time. The location of the house was perfect, since we were 25 minutes from Zion, and a few minutes from Sand Hollow, and then about 20 minutes to St. George. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms clean and awesome, and everyone had their own personal space, which was huge since we were traveling with a lot of people/families. The kids loved being right across the street from the pool, lazy river and spa. Balconies over look the most beautiful mountains you could ever see. And, Zion is right there in the back with an amazing view from the upstairs suite.Everything was provided and more, tons of coffee, and everything labeled nicely in the kitchen. I would only suggest that a home that large perhaps have another fridge in the garage for over flow, especially when families that large stay for a week. Everything was great, only problem was checking in and having access to the door code that took a few days to straighten out. Other than that, everything ran smoothly and was wonderful with the hosts. Thank you for making this home a great place to return after our daily adventures! We will for sure be coming back and staying with you!
